The theater was clean, and they made sure there was plenty of space between people for Corona, really good movie experience

Wonderful venue for an entertaining time out! Especially nice are the recliner chairs to make watching a movie far more comfortable. Even better is the seats are reserved, so no issue with losing your seat.Of course, the popcorn, drinks and other snacks are part of the experience - and while it costs more, just go with it.The are video games and other things to keep you busy, plus, there is also a full-bar for those who wish to imbibe.Something for everyone and a lot of fun!

Well-done cinema! frequent showings of current movies and an IMAX for the big show. They have expanded their food and beverage offerings at this location, delivering the food to your theater seat when ready! Nice to have a beer at the show too!

Their drive in is a huge disappointment! Doesn’t matter if there’s 2 or 5 people the pice is the same. It’s bad enough when they place your vehicle you’ll be behind either a pickup an be breathing in his exhaust. Or a SUV that insist on opening their back to sit in it and block any possible view you may have been lucky enough to get. Staff are not only unhelpful but either rude or indifferent. They will suggest you leave and not refund your $30 ticket!

Great! I require the wheelchair they brought it out to me right away and wheeled me into the movie theater. And when the movie was done they came and pick me up in the wheelchair. Great customer service! This location is always clean and pleasant

I actually had a great time at celebration except when I entered the restroom. An employee used the urinal and after finishing he proceeded to lick his hand clean. I didnt catch his name but he was kinda tall and looked like he could man handle 135 on bench. Regardless of the restroom situation which I had to rack off a star, I had a fantastic experience.

This is one of the coolest theaters Ive been to. The option to order food and have it brought to your seat was awesome. We went to see Jo Jo Rabbit and it played in a small quaint theater. Only half the theater had the big reclining seats but that didnt take away from the experience. The characters from Frozen were in the lobby by the concessions greeting kids for free. Although my girlfriend and I didnt partake in meeting them, it was cool to see a small event there for the kids. All in all, well be coming back and Celebration Cinema was a great addition to our trip to Grand Rapids.

This theater is spectacular in layout and offerings, both showings and concessions. Always clean and friendly. Note: I am a traditional movie-goer and miss the traditional nachos with the yellow rounds, processed cheese, and pickled jalapeños. I vote to make those available again.

Too pricey to enjoy more than a few times a year. I simply cant justify spending high prices here. They do have a rewards club, get a card before you pay for tickets. Their seats are nice. I used to work there as a third shift years ago and I can see their updates are nice.

Always enjoyed $5 Tuesdays !! Buy at the location to avoid online fee. Lower rows are recliners but close to screen.Outside food not allowed , even next door cold stone ice cream .

Buy your tickets and concessions ahead , online and just walk in and take your seat and theyll bring the popcorn to you.

I love this place! It’s tucked away so it’s almost like it’s own town. The food is pretty good (maybe not the burgers) but the loaded tots are great! One of the only theaters I’ll go all out for.

Im reading past comments and I actually am relating to a lot of these comments. The experience overall was great, a little pricey but expected since it is a movie theater. The one thing that stood out over everything was an odd situation I found myself in when I entered the restroom. To say I was slightly uncomfortable would be a under statement. There was an employee who was kinda tall, shorter hair and was wearing a name tag but I didnt really catch the name. When I walked in he was standing awkwardly into the mirror and once I made it to the urinal he proceeded to rub hand soap all over his pubic region and then pulled up his pants up without washing the soap off. It made a huge mess. I know it wasnt my place to observe what he was doing but he was making quite a scene and was preforming this act right at the sinks. Im assuming this is the same employee that was mentioned in previous comments that I was reading. I hope that they can figure this issue out and take care of it.

Went for a corporate event/movie for Mary Free Bed as a thanks. you guys are awesome! Popcorn and pop plus some candy and raffles our 10 year old won candy. Theater was clean and fresh smelling seats are comfortable. Family bathroom was great and clean for our 3 year old girl (it can be unsettling to have to bring her to the mens room past the guys standing at the urinals, and Im not ready for that talk yet). Have worked data/electrical and done work at this location 3 or 4 times you guys were great then free pops and popcorn as were working. Always have a great experience!!!

Theater is mostly clean and not freezing cold like most venues.Staff is friendly and helpful. The front row in the cross aisle of most screen rooms is all recliners. Pretty comfy!

Favorite place to watch IMAX movies or standard theatre movies

Would have been great without a 2 year old talking throughout the entirety of the pg13 movie. Do a better job on making the movie experience enjoyable for all your patrons. If the parents are too irresponsible, you need to remove them

Super friendly staff, even on Thanksgiving. Easy to find your place, good sized theaters though some can only be entered from one side and its the side opposite the enterence/exit. Recliners offered. TONS of meal options and a bar is available. Several restrooms too.

Always a great place to see an IMAX 3D movie. Been coming here for years. Love that they have a full bar right when you walk in. The architecture and decor is well designed. I would recommend!

Great theater that has many perks outside of just good movies. Cold stone creamery that you can eat in lobby but not the theaters, a full service bar with domestic and craft beer and spirits, I believe the can go into the theaters. A large food service counter and a large area for arcades. Almost always busy so it has a nice buzz to the atmosphere. The building is surrounded by restaurants. Especially pretty in the Winter.

Always love coming to this theater. The staff is always very nice and approachable. The food and drinks are very good as well and I love that they will deliver your order to your seat for you.

Very clean facility with friendly staff and comfy/roomy seating. Unfortunately the popcorn is popped in Coconut oil which isnt allergy friendly so was not able to enjoy popcorn with a movie.

It was a sunny Sunday afternoon. I decided to stop by the movies with my wife and 2 sons. We went and had a great time at the movies but when I had to take my younger son to the family bathroom i walked in too find a complete mess. There was 7-10 people in the same bathroom and what I saw was gruesome. They all had there pants off and screaming ferociously. I couldnt tell if it was some sick sex fantasy or if they were just kids messing around either way what happened that day was something my son should not have seen.

Nice and clean. Well kept up. Front of house seating very nice.

Overall the venue is very nice. However the seating is getting a bit dated. The lowell-ada 5 has much better seating, but the audio video isnt as good.

Big and beautiful. I also like how there are more than one bathroom so I am not like running after a movie. Only down side is the cotton candy. It was like wet and soggy gross.The ones from Muskegons Celebration Cinema are always great.

My favorite place to go for movies in Grand Rapids. The service is always friendly, the rewards program pays off well and theres a varied selection for concessions. Having a Jimmy Johns and ice cream shop attached is also a big plus!

Great movie theater! Tickets are sold with seat assignments so you dont have to worry about being early enough to get good seats. They offer a student discount. They also serve alcohol which is kind of a cool perk. This is where I go for all my movie nights. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to go see a movie. The wife and I came out this afternoon to go see the Elton John movie “ Rocketman”. We are having a nice cold drink at the bar before we go watch the movie in the adjustable leather recliners. Always s great time.

Pretty rad cinema. Ticket prices are a bit steep, even during matinees. They do have you pick your own seat, do go ahead and scoop it up in advance so your party can all stick together. Seats were plush since they replaced em a few years back.

I had pizza delivered to my reclining seat. Need I really say more? Delivery was free. Pizza was reasonably priced. The other concessions were a bit much considering they were the same price as a pizza. But its definitely got a lot of fancy upgrades compared to other movie theaters.

This theater is by far one of the best in the area. You can pre-order food and it will be delivered to your seat. Theres IMAX the staff is friendly. And for those who like an alcoholic beverage those are available there.

Definitely one of the best places to get a handy 2 1/3s of the way through a movie about racecars in the back two rows

Honestly the best movie theater we found since we move here and love to come to this one !!

I had a very uncomfortable experience in the restroom with an employee named Andrew. He mad solid eye contact with me the entire time in the urinal. The rest of my experience was wonderful.

The theater is well maintained. Image on the screen and sound worked well. Food service a bit slow but not terrible.

The theater is very nice. The seats are very comfy and they recline back like most theaters these days. The quality was good and the feel of the theater was very nice. It has a large atrium at the beginning with a full bar and small lounge. The concessions were good and overall the service was very fast. I would say the cost of tickets is more expensive than most places, I had to pay $11 to see a standard movie which is a decent amount in my opinion.

Went to see jumungi the next level. Good movie. Love kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson. Concession prices are ridiculous. But they are at movie theatres everywhere. Had some confusion ordering tickets online. But got that straightened out once we got to the theatre.

Nice open parking area which reduces parking and traffic congestion.Lines move quickly and efficiently.Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.Seats were comfortable and arm rest were able to be lifted up for comfier viewing.

They have a bar and will deliver your food to your seat. If all the seats were recliners it would get 5 stars.

Everything was great except I had an odd encounter in the mens restroom with an employee who I think was named Andrew. He forcefully rubbed his nipples while locking eyes with me at the urinal.

Extremely nice theater, very modern and free refills for drinks and popcorn. At least 15 different theaters always comfortable sitting and excellent sound and video. Very nice lobby with a very nice staff. Restrooms are clean and so was the entire theater. Conveniently located next to the main road and very comfortable.

I have been going to this theater for about 4 years now and its wonderful. The place is always really clean and the lines move quickly. The bar inside is an awesome addition. I highly recommend seeing IMAX movies here, it is an incredible experience.

Was greeted by lots of trash in my chair and throughout the floor in our designated theater. They were certainly busy but we were bummed all the same that we had to clean out our seats during the trailers.

The Wave Room is a great place to hold conferences or events.

Not a bad little theater screens aren’t that big or fantastic but it’s rarely busy. Great area for a date night.

A nice theater, and the food getting delivered to your seat is a plus. Its a bit hard to eat the pizza with no table trays, though. Also, the bathrooms are way too small for a theater of that size, so definitely be sure to use a bathroom beforehand to avoid waiting in a super long line.

You get what you pay for. This is the best place to see movies in GR. Bonus you can buy beer and watch a movie. More recliners would be great... but I don’t mind the first couple rows for a recliner (personally).

Celebration north is my go to location for big movies. Its clean, the staff is fast and friendly. On my most recent visit(Mortal Engines) they were giving out free popcorn and fountain drinks. The concessions are always good even when you do have to pay. Also this location has a bar in the lobby, it makes for a nice post movie place to discuss what we thought.

Watched Harriet and it was a great, awesome, and spectacular..... The workers here are friendly....

Saw Stephen King It in the IMAX theater and it was great with the chairs being soft and spacious area for your feet. Not to mention there is a great Nintendo game in the lobby.

Just enjoyed the best movie Ive seen in years! Downtown Abbey was amazing! Audience even clapped at the end.

I choose this theatre over any others in the area. Bar allows you to take drinks to your show plus you can order concessions to be delivered to your seat. Cheap Tuesdays and plenty of parking around the structure. I also really like that they have their bathrooms close to all theatres so you wont miss as much when ya gotta go. All the staff are so nice.

Overall nice theater but they want $10.50 for a single largeish soft drink and regular popcorn bag... Thats the cheapest bundle option...

Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this theatre. The architecture is great both inside and out and really sets a good movie mood. Though the best part of this location is the Imax experience which is amazing and is the highlight of the whole cinema with its big screen! Overall, a real clean theatre with amazing vibes and the Imax to top it all off!

Expensive, but so are all movie theaters. Very clean restrooms and the staff is accommodating and friendly. They have IMAX and D-box.

This movie theater is nice because they have plenty of theaters and comfy seats. Their snacks are a bit overpriced but thats movie theaters really. The parking can be tight close up but you can typically find more on the back side. They also have e plenty of restaurants around for a movie dinner date night and sometime offer specials, deals or combos with partnering businesses.
