They never answer their phones!! Ive called multiple times and even drove out the way to the location. The hours online dont match the hours on their door! I wanted to book, but had questions before booking, again I left messages, but NO ONE ever returns calls. How can you have a business, but no one is ever by the phones.... I went ahead and booked a time for Thursday, but couldnt make it due to a medical emergency. Again calling with no response, basically lost $93 for 2 people. The WORST customer service ever! They dont give refunds and again dont answer their phones....... Nice to read others had great experiences.

This place is fun for families, friends, date night. The staff are extremely friendly and they encourage people and provide positive feedback to those who are nervous about doing a high hopes course. In addition, many seem like experience climbers and I watched someone climb to get a patron off of a course safely when they could no longer continue. The park also has a wide variety of courses from youth, beginner and all the way to expert to really get your adrenaline going.Overall, I suggest going and you wont be disappointed.

If you can’t book online you are going to have a really hard time getting on their books. They refuse to take phone calls, they ask you to email and then are sporadic about responding. If you want to book a party or schedule more than 6 people at once you are forced to get ahold of them which obviously is extremely difficult. Definitely start group reservations weeks in advance. Once you finally get connected with someone it’s not too bad.

This place is super fun and a great time to go hang out for a couple hours. Im not giving it a 5 for the fact of the staff have a ton of people to watch so if you get stuck it may be a while before you get help. Also some of the ziplines you come in a little to fast and if your not careful or paying attention your going to slam into the posts.

It is a wonderful outdoor activity place for adults & teenagers/tweens.Our kids had a blast here and there were enough challenges for them to keep going for 3.5 hours. We’re visiting GR for a week and looked for something different thing to do as a family. It was in low 80s afternoon temperature. We felt it was nice and cool under the shades of trees for adults who’s not participating the obstacle courses to rest and observe. All staffs were very helpful when certain course is a little more challenging than others or you’re stuck with something.A several water dispensers with paper cups on the ground near picnic tables where you could refill. This place is located right behind a huge shopping mall not far from Meijer Garden which was a surprise and it’s really conveniently located for city folks. The check-in station is a large green yurt in the back of the large parking lot facing the forest, so not sure if it’s well marked in the map.I’d recommend to reserve your spot a couple hours before your arrival as there were 1.5-hour wait when we called. That point, we booked online before heading over. Disclaimer: there are no refund and you’ll get a ticket for later participation if any member of your party couldn’t make it after booking. There are about 3 zip-lines, and you will finish 2 of courses with a zip-line.It was a good physical fun.If you’re not physically active and won’t like to challenge yourself, you may not have fun doing this. It requires some coordination as well as focus & being active. One of my kids exclaimed “that was really fun!” on our way home from this place.I highly recommend this place for outdoor & physical activity for a family.

Man this place is pretty cool. But they are not concerned about covid. We were early for our reservation to be sure of distancing, but we had to wait an additional 30 minutes and be put with the next group totaling 15- since we were only 3. There were signs but other than that- zero concern for social distancing.I would have appreciated more staff around or even signs with some detail regarding the elements - as a first time we were constantly asking for information. The staff was helpful but sparse. They have a lot of covid guidelines on the web but don’t seem to enforce which is a bummer being an outside activity.

The staff gave us a quick information session on the equipment and courses and then let you go! TreeRunner is so much fun! I recommend it, especially with a few friends or family. TreeRunner has different levels for all ages with different colors for each. There are little sections and about ten make one level. The instructions are a bit confusing at first, but after a little practice, its pretty easy. If you still have a little bit of trouble, there are really helpful assistants happy to help! In addition, TreeRunner has a big zipline that is a blast! If you go to TreeRunner, you will highly be sore afterwards. TreeRunner is such a blast and fun for the whole family!

Booked weeks in advance, never recieved any confirmation. Called 3 times, left messages, emailed twice, used their contact us form multiple times- not one response. Adequate at best for what you are paying for. Website has very limited information. Course was alright. Have been to similar places elsewhere that were significantly better, with similar or better prices. If you only want to zipline, save your money and go to a zipline place for a much better experience. Just do your research. We were going to be in the area, so thought we would try it. Wasnt an awful time but not nearly what was expected due to advertisements. If you are planning on a 7-9 year old you will be very limited on courses that they can do. Staff does not do much, you are on your own the whole time. Thankfully we have experience, but dont count on the staff to be attentive.

Oh my goodness, this is a must do! Adults and children, it felt like I was in a different country while I was in the middle of the forest with tree mazes and zip lines surrounding me. My son is 5 and had a ton of fun on the course they created that is not as large as the adult course. The adult course is very high up and exhilarating! So much fun, and not expensive for such a great experience. It wore my son out after only 2 hours. The course itself is very cool, especially at night. However, my husband and I got there around 8:15 pm to do the course until close at 10 pm. We were told that all course levels were open and that if we completed and easy and medium course we would be able to do a hard course. The staff made it sound like we would be able to do a hard course before the night ended. However, at 9:10 pm, 50 minutes before close time, the staff started closing the hard courses and we were not allowed to even attempt them. We wished it would have been communicated at 8:15 pm that courses would be closed starting around 9 pm and we would have not paid $60 to get stuck on the easy and medium courses the entire night.

This was voted the best family outing of the year by my 17, 19 and 21 year olds. We can’t wait to come back! The courses were fun and often challenging. We decided to skip the most difficult one but may try it next time. Even though we were there at a very busy time I never felt that we waited in line. This was such a fun day with our teenagers. The staff was friendly and patient. The courses were fun and the more advanced courses were challenging. There were no mosquitoes. I want to recognize an outstanding staff member, Shanna. My daughter was physically struggling on our last 2 obstacles and started to panic. Shanna immediately recognized the situation and stayed with us through the rest of the course. She kept my daughter calm by coaching her through breathing and all the steps to complete the course. She was calm, helpful and most of all, kind. She is an asset to your staff and I appreciate her help very much.

This is definitely something everyone should experience at least once in their lives! Its entirely unique, like your own attempt at Ninja Warrior in the trees! Please note that this is a very independent activity - after the orientation/training session, you are largely on your own with a handful of staff members stationed throughout the park if assistance is needed. In other words, while completing a path, you are responsible for your own safety with no guidance as you traverse the aerial obstacle courses. While the orientation itself can be rather overwhelming at first, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and there is excellent, iconic music playing to keep you motivated. Bug spray is a must, and I would certainly recommend glasses or sunglasses as dirt can fly into your eyes while ziplining. All in all, we had a lot of fun, and we were exhausted by the end of the day, but it is totally worth it. So, head on out and test your strength!

The staffer left halfway through the party. Said I could manage the kids by myself. When I booked the coordinator/person said that the course would be fun for the little ones. However, the course was only four zip lines formed in a square. Then a little slide playground if the kids didn’t want to do that. It was a horrible birthday experience for little ones. At reception employer said sure u can take water. Guide will give u caribiner. Down the hill guide says reception guy doesnt know what hes saying. Real confidence booster as we begin! After initial platform and choosing which level of difficulty i was faced with overenthusiastic unmonitored preteen trying to cut in and crossed cables with mine on tree. No parent or staff. I had to be firm to be safe. Not my job but having experience I informed park goer of rules.Back area not monitored as well as it should be. My adult son told he went on the exercise ball rope wrong after the fact. My adult daughters hurt themselves after one fell dangling and the other tried to help. Guide came after telling her from afar to try this and that but not instructing other daughter what to do. After she was unable to help herself then he came. When we needed water one reservoir was out yet the full bottle had no cups!!!!!no one to help. Highest/longest zipline a disappointment if u have previous experience. At end of run no one on duty for assistance with equipment return just a bunch of signs. Overall an expensive fail
