Dre and her team are amazing. My husband and I received stellar customer service and the staff is well-versed and knowledge of their products. They were kind, considerate, and helped us find what we were looking for! There were many other more expensive items they could have pointed us towards, but they listened to our needs and helped us find what was best for us. 11/10 would recommend going here for your intimate needs and questions!

I bought a $180 wand for my girlfriend. We got home and the product was all scratched up. I addressed my issue with management and they got me all taken care of! I definitely recommend them!

They sell really low quality stuff. I asked the clerk how to wash the Ben wa balls I was buying and after she had already rung it up she said oh I would never buy these kind its a terrible material.

I bought a vibrator from this store just over a month ago...never even used it yet. Well guess what It doesnt work. I let it charge all day and it still doesnt work. It was $120 toy. I wanted to just exchange it because IT DOESNT WORK I cant find the receipt but I can show the charge on my cc statement clearly purchased there. I was told without the receipt they cant do anything about it. Plus its been over 30 days so I would have to go through the manufacturer. Well this was my first and LAST TIME I shop at this store!!! bs

My husband and I walked in together holding our infant son. We didnt think anything of it since he was a baby and we were obviously his parents, but we walk in with our son to a completely empty store. The clerk wasnt even up front and it didnt look like anyone had been there all day. My husband and I were looking for something specific, but since there was no one to ask right away we started looking along the displays, holding our son in our arms. A few minutes go bye and this short, round woman with glasses and black hair came out from the back. Didnt even greet us, took one look at us and promptly asked us to leave because our INFANT son was under 18. It wasnt really what she was asking us, so much as it was how rude she asked us. My husband and I were both a little taken aback, but he took our son to the car so I could just ask about the item we were looking for. After he left, not seeing any of the 18 and up only signs the rude woman behind the counter said we should have plainly seen, I approached the counter to show her a picture on my phone of what we were looking for. She looked up at me haughtily, as if I was inconvenienceing her by asking her to do her job. She looked at the photo on my phone for half a second before snapping at me, saying she didnt have anything like it. I left at that point and honestly even if she had had what we were looking for I didnt want to spend money at her store front. We wont be going back either.

Toy we bought was shorted out. We asked for in store credit for a grab bag since my girl is picky about her toys and was basically told we HAD to get a similar item.Also was told in store credit is basically for the super angry customers... so I suppose that means yell and scream if they dont do as you like on returns? And here I was thinking that being reasonable would get us anywhere.Would not recommend.

The clerk working was helpful. My Gf and I were browsing toys for her, and found what she wanted. It was honestly over priced, and we found it cheaper on Amazon, but thats expected with any retail shop. Regardless it was nice to go someplace with all the toys on display so my Gf could make an education desicion.

I was with my girl browsing, clerk asked if we needed help. I said no, jus browsing. Another couple came in about 3 mins later, she asked them if they needed help. they said no. After she talked to them for about a month, she asked if we needed help. I said no. By this time, my girl n I were making final decisions, the clerk imposed n started talking about product. We went along with it, but decided on something else. We grabbed an item n continued to she, the clerk then asked to take the item up front to hold it. Thought it was weird but we complied, a few moments later she came back n asked if we needed help. All the while the other couple was still n there browsing n holding items trouble free. For those who may wonder, all African Americans do not steal, and from a sex store??!! Im not angry, I jus will never spend another cent at the store, n I will be making an fb post. If I can stop them from getting something as little as a quarter, Ill be satisfied.

I had a horrible experience when I tried to return a package, that I had bought the day before. The clerk was so rude, she had long red hair I believe, very rude and I will now shop online instead. I would not recommend going there at all.

Comfortable, just like any store ,but more fun.
