I love Downtown Grand Junction all year long, during the Christmas Holiday it is even better. Uniquely Yours and Colorado Baby both locally owned stores are awesome.

GJ has grown tremendously since I was a kid! Great eats,rotating art statues,coffee,breweries, shopping,and of course Enstroms!

MX was a fun restaurant with good 8ntetesting food. We window shopped and found a variety of places to visit tomorrow. Quirky, small town nice.

Great selection of stores and restaurants, a few entertainment venues as well, free parking on main st., surrounding areas and lots are metered. Great variety of stores for local souvenirs and perfect for holiday and gift shopping. Summer farmers markets, first Friday art walks and amazing holiday lights, carriage rides and unique vendors. Antiques, games, books, arts & crafts, and small businesses. A must see for all.

Being there at a cold winters day was most likely different than on a summers day. It was a bit empty as it was cold, but I thing it will be a very nice place on a summers day. At least it was not all done for cars but there were room for walking down the main street.

SO much local art (there is a specific program name, which I forget). Our local friends took us visitors up and down the main street. We even ran into a bagpipe and Celtic dancers group - best Ive ever heard.I couldve used a public restroom or two - I saw the Sign but not the place.On a weekday evening the parking was easy, convenient and free.Of course, the art was the best part.

Great well designed downtown walking space with interesting shops and restaurants

I love shopping down town Grand Junction. It is old school with great Antique shops and a variety of other shops. We went down to the parade of lights in Grand Junction. And all the stores were all decked out with Christmas lights and trees. At night it was so shinny and bright. The theme of the parade this year was super heroes. And there was at least 100 floats in the parade. And the weather was out standing. It was a great time for the hole family.

Clean, beautiful art lining the street, excellent boutiques!

The Mexican place Guadalajara downtown is to die for. Best chicken tacos ever. I also stop when driving through.I so enjoyed walking around downtown! Tasting olive oil, looking through antique treasures... I’d definitely stop through again

Always amazing atmosphere and great people. I love all the different activities and festivals. Our downtown is so beautiful and unique with all the different types of art and businesses.

I think to feel a history of a place you need to experience the downtown of any place. The one thing that grand junction has done is worked on reviving downtown areas in ways that speaks to history of a place. One of the things that made our decision to move here 12 years ago is the feeling of a small town yet knowing that it has great amenities of a larger city. If you are visiting here please go downtown there is restaurants and great local shops.

Sweet downtown area full of sculpture and funky shops. Plenty of food options-diner, brewery, candy shop. Art and artisan goods available from multiple locations. Fun walk for window shopping or outdoor dining.

Love this place. Very cozy. Warm, inviting, with wonderful art everywhere. Great restaurants, shopping, and farmers market every Thursday. Weather is always perfect.... very family friendly.

If your looking for somthing special this is the place to go for a unique experience. I was walking down the street and asked someone whats that cool looking candy your eating they told me and directed me to the shop. It is a nice experience in a fantastic environment. I plan to go back soon.

Walkable and friendly.

I have loved downtown since I moved here 5 years ago and its only gotten better. The art, culture, food and shopping are outstanding. The charming relaxed vibe you get strolling past shops and cafes is wonderful. Local musicians play out front of stores often giving you the pleasant ambiance of a charming little town in the middle of a city.

Went to 5th street diner for breakfast. Great food. Good service. It was snowing. Downtown is so pretty.

The art on the corner sculptures have something for everyone. Many small specialty shops and restaurants. Including at least 1 bike shop. Nightlife is vibrant. The only downside is our homeless, they can get a little aggressive, especially if thier sleeping on the benches.

Downtown Grand Junction is SO much fun! The art is beautiful, the shops are SO inviting, the restaurants are all delicious...throw in festivals and street fairs and holiday decorations and you will fall in love with this place over and over and over again!

The parade of lights was fantastic

Absolutely love the huge selection of sweets! They have so many that are unique/hard to find, and a lot that remind me of my childhood. Prices are a little high, so we dont get anything too often.

Always love perusing the downtown shops and seeing the local art. I really love that they incorporate art made by local college students. The entire length of Main (from 7th to 3rd) is very beautiful and quaint.

Love it walking down town being able to go in to the stores to see whats new. There is so many different types of great food. They also have alot of stuff going on during the summer its wonderful being here.

Great shops and restaurants. The walk is lovely, with statues and fountains on every block. Parking is on the street or at parking lots within a short walk. Loved it

Downtown Grand Junction has it all. Quaint but modern, you can buy old records, grab a beer, feast on incredible eats, go antiquing, clothes shopping, or just sit and watch the world go by.

Downtown Grand Junction is one of the nicest areas of town. Lots of little shops, restaurants, and bars to check out. Definitely worth a visit if youre in town.

Lots of interesting places to shop and visit

Very good home made ice cream with specialty flavors some from local grown ingredients like Palisade Peach ice cream. Prices are a bit higher than for your genaric makes and flavors but worth it and the scoops are A descent size. My particular favorite was the BlackBerry ice cream Sooo good!

Lots of sculptures! Fun to just walk around downtown. There are some nice stores, restaurants, and cafes too.

Downtown Grand Junction is a special and people-friendly place. Lots of shady trees, great stores and shopping, and big sidewalks to stroll while taking it all in. Beautiful West Slope town life here.
