I was very impressed by the person at the door taking temperatures and handing out hand sanitizer, but was quickly discouraged when I saw that mostly everyone (mainly the kids) were running around without masks. Their sign outside isnt enforcing masks to be worn, just highly recommended, which is disappointing. Youd think with the pandemic and the nature of this kind of business they would enforce masks (except when eating of course). They did have spaced out seating, which was a plus I guess, but didnt see much of any kind of cleaning on the machines.Apart from that, we went on Halloween to get their special which was a Jack-o-lantern Pizza and Spider web dessert pizza. We were expecting a long wait. We had waited for about 50 minutes. We would continue to see people come and go and pick up orders. Which I understand that people must have placed pick up orders in advance. Although, we started noticing people come in and order food at the front, just as we had, and they were leaving with their food before we did (and they had more food than us). We patiently waited, but after a while I asked when they think our food might be out. To which they couldnt find our receipt in the line up of orders that they have infront of them. After much confusion they came back and said that they had found my order in the back. Then proceeded to give us attitude about asking about our order. They told us that those people had online orders, even though we clearly saw them order at the front just like we had. Whatever the case may be, I feel bad for how stressed they all looked. I feel like they should have had more staff for the amount of traffic that came in. But I dont personally feel safe at this location because of Covid. Sorry.

The game girl Carmen is nice to kids. The pizza oven here cooks evenly nice staff. Bring back buffet asap please get rid of serving alcohol then Ill give 5 stars . but carmen deserves 5 stars

Had the buffet, great selection of pizzas, salads were okay, too much dressing, the lettuce was doing a backstroke. Clean, friendly clerks. Good portions.

We have been getting take out from here since the pandemic started and the staff is always very quick and friendly. There has been a mistake once or twice but the manager has always made it right. The pizza is always fresh and tastes great.

Very good online ordeting experience and smooth visit to pick up the order. We were impressed by how seriously they were tsking the health standard rules from social distancing, wearing and requiring masks, using gloves, to taking our tempature at the door. They even mistakenly made us an extra-large dessert pizza instead of a large at no extra cost. All-in-all it was a great visit!

Very hot inside, open for dine in... Game room is open too, very cramped but every other game open for play to enforce social distance. We ordered the 24.99 deal with two pizzas,........ . And thats that. But the staff were very kind and service of food was faster than before...

The 43rd ave and Glendale ave Peter Piper Pizza has the best employees. We have our school fund raiser there all the time. The food is great, kids have so much fun, and the staff is over the top friendly.

Buffet is great. Chicken alfredo pizza is amazing. Chick with rainbow mask was awesome. Mac n cheese was perfect. Bread sticks were bomb. Great price for buffet.

This Peter Piper is the best on the northwest side of town. The service is prompt and accurate. The pizza is hot and delicious. It is always clean and the employees are on it.

First offf i despise leaving negative feedback... but this was the worst possible experience my family and i have had in a while. We were here celebrating a party and the hostess made it very difficult to enjoy.. I totally wish their customer service skills were up to par and that they treated everyone who showed up on that day like all the money we spent there was important... ugh sorry .

There are only two Peter Piper pizza locations in town that I visit, this is my second favorite. The oven that the use here cooks the pizza so much better than the regular oven they use at the other locations. Its always really busy but the bathrooms are always dirty

My favorite -local pizza bar is offered M-F 11a.m.-2p.m. Really nice looking buffet of green salad, macaroni, plentiful fresh hot pizza variety of choices hot and fresh every few minutes, and desert pizza. Customers are saying about value, ease of family and personal lunch break seating, parking, and cleanliness. Remember that if you arrive at 2 p.m., to see your options will be limited to the last hot pizzas freshly served on the buffet table.

Service was great, food was fresh and they keep it pretty clean.

Pizza was pretty good. I had the California veggie, pan style. The location was sketchy. No one came out to clean while I was there.

We have been fans of Peter Piper for many years. The only reason for four stars, is their serving of alcoholic beverages and sometimes serves too much. Especially with this being a family friendly place. Otherwise the games, food and rides for younger children, this is an ideal place to come. This location is our go too.

This is one of my favorite locations. The pizza always tastes better because of the old school ovens they have. I will say, never go to all you can eat buffet on MLK day. It was horribly over packed!! I did want to mention something though about the type of people who come here.. I watched these two women scam the employers over and over again. They were greedy rude pigs!! They went up a dozen times each and filled up their plates to steal and put in a pizza box. They were also talking food to their table so two other people could eat who didnt pay. The reason i know was because they put wrist bands on us and they didnt have them on. I know it was super busy but they need to watch out for people like this...

This place is very quick and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend eating here.

The food was sooo good! I am a huge fan of buffalo wings so I had to try theirs out. Their bone-in buffalo wings were delicious! We ordered several different pizzas including the pan crust and the original crust and everyone was pleased. I love that they had a place for kids to have fun as well. Only reason I am giving a 4 is because the wait for out food was a bit long.

Ive been a big fan of Peter Pipers since I was a kiddo. The games, the atmosphere, and of course, the pizza. This location is well maintained, the staff is friendly. A good experience, all in all.

Management is well-trained and professional and the staff good food and of course as everybody knows good family this particular Peter Piper Pizza is very nice!

Game area is rather small however makes it easier to keep an eye on your kids and the manager was very accommodating.

Ordered takeout for two large pepperoni pizzas said it would be 20 minutes. Still sitting here going on 40 minutes. Not very happy will not be back.

This place was fun. But if you are a parent i suggest to bring a lot of money because they are pretty expensive. For 1 personal pan pizza its $5 when you could go to Little Ceasers and get a large pizza for $5.
