I also wanted to tell you how outstanding Luna and Solis was. It flowed incredibly well... your actors and actresses were perfect for the roles they were cast in.. I found your play/musical to be charming, humorous enough to throw in a couple of laughs to keep it from feeling daunting or draggy(thats not a word) the story itself was well thought out with a beginning middle and end.. I enjoyed that not any two characters stood out more than any other.. at one point i had favorites then I had favorites that were different and then favorites again but still different people and characters.. I was partial to one character because she was so much like me .. that being the witch character flowed into her her own creation which was part writing and part acting... well done. I really enjoyed when they were on the water the way they made waves .. I loved how everyone was re-used throughout as props and different characters, ALSO Loved Shelbys expressive eyes.. I told her so .. we had parking... concessions... comfortable seats .. bathroom was clean and well kept. Staff was warm and friendly... very welcoming. Lighting was great. music was compelling. Overall great experience.

I went to see Evil Dead, the Musical. It was a very up close and personal experience in such a small theater! Prepare to be part of the show with all the blood that gets thrown around.

An intimate and private little theater house which puts you directly in front of the action. Reasonably priced with friendly staff. Snacks available for purchase.

This tiny theatre boasts some serious talent! I went to see Powerhouse and was surprised to find the theatre only holds about 60 people. But dont let the size of the audience fool you, the show was top notch. The music, acting and singing were as good as many of the other valley theatres. The set was simple, you could tell they were working with a budget. However, the creativity in how they used that budget was fantastic! I didnt visit the concession stand, but it seemed to boast a wide variety of snack offerings. The seats themselves were comfortable for two hours and raked so that you could easily see over the head of the man in front of you.The tickets can be expensive ($20 per person), but you wont be disappointed. If youre looking for quality original work this is the theatre for you!

Only saw CARRIE and enjoyed it. Audio was a little difficult to hear even from row 2.

Ive truly enjoyed every performance here, theres a a lot of heart and soul put in to every production by this theatrical company and it shows!!

What a wonderful local theatrical experience!! I saw the 12 days of Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by the story line and acting. If you have a chance to go see one of their plays, please go and support this local theater. I look forward to the next play they offer!!

Small and homey theatre but amazing service and faculty!

Ill bet this is a wonderful place. Sadly, I tried to take my daughters to see the show tonight, and spent about 30 or so minutes trying to find a parking place before giving up. Sorry I missed it, but will have to try again when theres no Glendale Glitters traffic.

Great amateur theatre, the cast was really into the job their are doing and Jasper in Deadland is worth seeing.

Lovely little Theatre. Provides a very intimate experience for its patrons. The company puts on several original pieces as well as stellar community theatre shows. They have very affordable tickets and an awesome season ticket package (pay monthly go to as many shows as youd like) like netflix go check em out!

Saw Heathers the Musical with my thirteen year old daughter. Small theater. Very intimate performance within feet of where we sat. I enjoyed this performance very much and would gladly see more performances by this group of talented singers and actors.

Intimate theatre in the heart of downtown Glendale! A++ shows!

The Brelby Theater company, while small, is a wonderful place to see a show. I really enjoy the ambiance of being so close to the actors. You really feel you are part of the experience. The owners are very personable, and the performers truly give their all for each performance. I have seen several shows there and have never been disappointed.I highly recommend you catch a show and experience this troupe for yourself, you will be thrilled, and excited for the next one!

Brelby is an amazing community theatre! A mix of first run shows and familiar favorites! The playhouse and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

My brother is affiliated with productions here and I always have a great time watching the shows! Great atmosphere and talented casts!

We saw The Good Widow at Brelby. The theater provided EXCELLENT actors, EXCELLENT script, and personal warmth within an intimate theater setting. It is wonderful to have quality, live theatre in Glendale. Were glad to have found out about this hidden gem.

This is a scrappy, small theater company creating great, inventive productions with the resources at hand. Their productions are great, they are incredibly welcoming, and have deals worked out with a bunch of nearby restaurants so you can usually get some sort of drink deal with your ticket or program. Dont miss the studio series, world premiers of new plays, usually staged very inventively. If you are expecting the same quality as you will get at a national tour of something at Gammage, this is not the place for you. If you want to see some good theater for a very good price, and support local businesses and local artists, do not miss this cute little store front theater.

Great theatre community and great shows to prove it.

A sham. Advertises and gives free tickets to people online through Eventbrite, but claims they made a mistake when you attempt to go to their shows with the ticket printout clearly showing $0 as the price. They tried to charge me $12 when I showed them the ticket. They wouldnt honor the ticket that Eventbrite provided for their show. They should be boycotted for that in my opinion. I waited an hour to go to the show for no reason.

THE LAST PLAY SPIN WAS OFF THE CHAIN, MR.BOWMAN AND MYSELF,,,MR.PALACIOS, ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF THE PLAY,AND THE MOST AWESOME STARTS,BOTH MALES,AND FEMALES...I ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE TRUE MEANING OF EACH ACTORS ON THAT STAGE HOW EVERY SINGLE ACTOR PULLS OUT OF THERE HEART AND SOUL,AND TEAR, OF THE EVERYDAY PROBLEMS AND TRUE MEANING OF THE EVERYDAY LIFE EXPERIENCES WE FACE AS KIDS,AND YOUNG TEENS,AND THE ADULTS BOTH FEMALE AND MALE,OR RACE, OR SEX PERFENCE WE CHOOSE TO LOVE,OR JUST GIVING OUT A HELPING HAND TO OR FRIENDS AND THOSE WHO PRETEND TO BE TRUE, I JUST HAVE A FEW WORDS OF APPRECIATION TO EVERY ACTORS, AND THE PERSONAL,BECAUSE EVERY TIME I ,AND MY OTHER,OR WHAT EVER PROBLE WE FACE THAT DAY OR THREW OUT THE WEEK, WE BOTH COME AFTER SHOW... I have now seen 2 performances at this place, She Kills Monsters and Little Shop of Horrors. Both were excellent. It is a small theater, so be sure to pre-order your tickets since both performances I went to were sold out. Even the concessions were low priced. I will be back again and again.

I had the pleasure of being dragged down to a small theater in Glendale to experience a production I had never heard of with a plot that is synonymous with watching paint dry during a chess match.Notice I said pleasure, because once I arrived to watch The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee I forgot I was in a house in Glendales historic district watching a production I had only heard about because of a particular coworker with a plot that has been upgraded to watching the college cheerleading competition in Daytona Beach.Im not going to review the plot because its about a spelling bee or really critique any of the actors because it takes courage to act something out to a crowd that you have to inclination of their response. More guts than Ive got so I will save the cast reviews for the Glendale Star.Except for one stand out actress. The female judge (not Judy or Marilyn or even Mel B or Heidi K.) I speak of Female spelling bee judge Monica Bollt. While the rest of the cast does a phenomenal job, I can only speak about Monica because the bubbly, glass is always half full spelling bee judge is no act. Monica found a role in which an acting coach would say theres nothing left for me to do here.Unfortunately the production closed yesterday but this is not the end of the line for Monica. I plan on catching her in her next big production so someday I can say see that actress up there accepting that Tony Award? She once played a spelling bee judge and owned it.
