I went in to get something framed and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. It was finally ready after 6 weeks. After spending a lot of money on the frame I thought it would have been more of a priority. I guess they only have 1 person that can grame stuff though. Im giving 3 stars because of all the other nice things they offer for crafting and fun projects.

Stopped by this Michaels because I was on that side of town. Not a lot of scrapbook supplies compared to other places. Overall it was clean store and staff was helpful and loads of Christmas decorations if thats what you are looking for.

Variety is kinda limited, but store is clean and employees are helpful and friendly.

Great place to come and find anything you need for crafting baking decorating etc. For any age kids and adults love buying here all my Christmas decoration been doing so for the past 3 years and every year different they have allot of beautiful decorating items for any occasion weddings, baby showers, birthdays etc. They even have frames, anything to make earings, necklace, even watches what ever you need youll find it here books, coloring books, some toys, cameras, knitting items painting items for clothing for walls and also professional paint for pictures best thing is that everything is well organized by sections.

They did not have what I was looking for but the lady walked me around the store looking for items to create what I needed. She was patient and offered alternatives and great suggestions for us.

Love going to Michaels for all my crafting and creativity needs!

Im a little disappointed. This was my favorite location and its not the same. I imagine its lack of help because the shelves are bare and the store is untidy. The employees are still sweet though. So definitely room for improvement.

Im always satisfied when I go to Michaels. The shelves are always nice and neat. Prices are always on point and the staff is always super friendly. They are always willing on help me find what Im looking for even if its at another location.

I love Michaels! But please dont offer curb side pick up if you arent going to even answer the phones. Waited 30 mins ended up having to go inside to pick up my package. Its fine but I could of saved a lot of time getting down from the beginning.

I needed floating candles. Im not the most creative person and needed to pull off this Valentines day project for work. The lovely lady organizing everything and getting ready for Easter went way out of her way to help me and make sure I had everything I needed even tho she had of ton of things to do. I was so grateful! The girl at the register was a little slow but over all a great location.

My husband and I went in last night to buy things for my circut and spend over $1000 , our car keys must of dropped while walking around and it was 5 min before closing when the lady working didn’t let us go in and leave she was soo soo rude. She keeps pushing us out saying we had to leave I made it clear that I couldn’t leave without my keys I was my 3 kids and one of my kids needs his medication at a certain time everyday and that was in the car .she still didn’t let me enter I asked nicely it was still 5 MINUTES before closing she just rolled her eyes and started laughing to her other associate. I’m a regular here I come all the time and now you’ve lost my business I’ll gladly be going to a different location and I will be calling corporate on her. This is unacceptable. I had to call a Uber with my 3 kids and use no car seat !!

The staff is very nice and helpful! The store was really clean, except for the bathrooms. I wouldve imagined a Michaels bathroom being super clean, neat and cute but its kinda like a gas station restroom in there.

Umm over priced and the customer service was eee. I was trying to get some last minute items for my daughters birthday and they treated me like some common thief, I was being watched and followed by there security which didnt faze me I was pretty much in my own head trying to picture how to make stuff work but when I would aks for advice from those following me or watching me it was very unpleasant. eather way I got what I needed and was definitely never going back. No thanks to you Michaels I finished my daughters set up.

Its very convenient being off the 101 its along my route to Arizona natural selection for my stardawg cake batter. Its clean they have all your art and hobby supplies. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Keep an eye out for clearance end racks up to 50% or even more plus they toss in 40% on the next visit

As usual, they had half the number of skeins required for my project and 2 cashiers with 14 people in line lesson learned - shop somewhere else

Tonight was the first time Ive ever had anyone one ask me if I needed help. And when I needed watercolor out of a locked case, she came right away and was super nice. Wish I looked at her name tag to give her kudos.

We always find exactly what were are looking for when it comes to if crafty needs. My kids absolutely love coming here. There is always great deals and they have coupons on top of those deals. I found most of what I was looking for, its a little frustrating to see items available online and have the staff say, I just saw that earlier today, but we just moved everything around and I dont know where it is now. I also didnt know the hours had changed, they now close at 7 pm. There was a lot of empty space at the front of the store, but I think they are making room for Halloween inventory.

I went in to get a few things but the store had a lot of thing that needed to be restocked. When I went to pay the cashier was being pretty rude she sighed annoyed when I asked questions and rolled her eyes when something fell. I was pretty upset and I didnt get a receipt.

Great menu options. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is always great with good size portions and fair and competitive prices.

Poor customer service. Couldnt give me an updated to which my curbside pick order was going to be ready . I called the store and just canceled my online order and went in instead. Guess what, my order was never canceled and I got a notification my order was ready 20 minutes before they close! I live 35 minutes away lol. So Save yourself time and do not order for pick up online. Still waiting for my money back 3 days later . Didnt even receive a cancelation email

This store is so dirty. Theres trash everywhere and nothing is where its supposed to be.

Good news? Michaels is close to my house. Bad news? Same. But Its great for quick trips whenever I have various projects going on. Something is always on sale, they have a good selection, and employees are always so nice.

Almost always find what I need and the people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Best store for drawing materials. They have a large variety and the employees are so helpful and welcoming. The emails I receive always have offers relative to what I purchase most often!

No matter what I need, most of the time & I dont want to drive clear to my cake supply store, I turn to Michaels & they are so nice at the one in Surprise. I had trouble finding the cookie sheet with flat sides at a couple stores... should have known and just gone to Michaels oi n the first place. I LOVE Michaels! Anytime I need help I always get it. Employees are always nice. Great selections on any craft items you could think of. Dog friendly also! I shopped today with my dog after visiting Petco next door, just have to be leashed or contained. All in all Michaels is always my go to store for all my painting and creative crafting needs.
