By far the best facility around. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility.

Health Track Fitness -Complete DisappointmentI’m not typically one to talk negatively about a business online, even if the experience was negative, but I felt this was something that I needed to post. I have been a longtime member at HealthTrack in Glen Ellyn. However, I was recently treated horribly by the General Manager Cris Castillo at the club over trying to bring my niece in as a guest, which I’ve done before over a year ago with no problems. Without making this a ridiculously long post of back and forth confusion, I will sum it up by saying that Cris turned a simple conversation of my concern into a personal attack on myself and my family, which was completely unrelated to the issue of allowing my niece in as a guest or our membership to the club. In addition, he stood from his chair and stated that he was “done with me”. I was in serious shock over something so small and that someone in a management position would treat a longstanding customer of a club he runs this way. After expressing my concerns with some of my friends whom are members, I was told this was a common reaction by Cris and that he is extremely unprofessional and rude. Most of all, I was informed that my concerns will go without being addressed because the owner and Cris are longtime friends. I couldn’t believe that would be truthful and so I took my concerns to the owner of the club Roger Benson and explained how poorly I was treated by Cris. He was apologetic about this behavior and said he would look into it.Unfortunately, it’s been 9 days and I’ve never heard back. I’ve since left HealthTrack and joined Midtown in Willowbrook. I’ve been there 2 days and remember what it feels like to be appreciated as a member. Sad that a club in our town is run so poorly with such terrible management in place.

I am the current member and have already started feeling bad about the gym. Like mentioned in some of the feedback by other General Manager Cris Castillo is definitely rude so avoid any conversations with him. The month I joined the gym+pool, they didnt update me on maintenance at that time and the pool remained off for like 40 days and they charged everyone the same even though their facility was down for 40 days.Gym is overall not clean and facilities need a lot of maintenance and upgrades. Probably they never changed their carpet as yet. Men locker rooms are really dirty and the brands of lotions, shampoos and after shaves are really cheap and bad quality.The only reason why I am still a member is because its closer to my office.

Nice, clean, family friendly gym.

I went there it was extremely dirty. I was also ripped off of my money. They charged me even when I sent an email cancelling my membership. But then they said it was not valid, because it was sent to the wrong department. They were not willing to work with me at all. They scam people.

Best spot around and worth the money with all of the included amenities involved. Great child care facility and very clean and well kept up! Highly recommend

This place is awful. They do not allow 13 year olds in. Don’t recommend this place if you and your friends are trying to have fun. Also out family is paying to much money for this place and we can’t go because we are one year to young. Do they think we are 7 years old or something like what are we gonna do? Now we have no ride home and we live miles away. This is AWFUL.

I came in to sign up for a new membership and the guy at the counter told me a manager had to set me up and it would be a 20 minute wait which I thought was not a big deal, I waited for an hour in the lobby without even getting an update from the people behind the desk, I got the feeling they were avoiding eye contact with me so I got up and left, strange customer service for someone trying to give you money. On my way out I didnt even get a sorry for the wait or let us call someone real quick I just told the kid maybe Ill try again later and he just said Alright. Doubt Ill try again after that.

This facility has so many amenities. Free coffee when you come in, then great locker room with sauna. Swimming pool, tennis, a whole track to run around the gym, and endless machines. Highly recommend.NEW EDIT: I was going to come back post covid but after reading all the negative reviews about the GM, Ive decided not to.

Do not use Health track for swim lessons or any other instruction as instructors are terrible, not on time, and do not follow through with proper instruction for the kids. Management did nothing, no help, and we cancelled our membership.

Great and outstanding fitness, swimming and tennis club with a variety of classes / programs, equipment, a spa, childrens activity center, etc.Highly expert instructors and coaches! Wonderful staff!Excellent management!

The child minding is amazing, the facilities are always clean, and the equipment is great. The staff are usually quite friendly, and its a great place to get a workout. Best gym in Glen Ellyn.

One of the cleanest gyms Ive ever been to. Steam room , sauna, pool and all the equipment one needs to get a good or should I say thorough workout.One would think a gym connected to a hospital would be well informed any institution following the new normal I wont be a part of.

I love my new job so much because Im a membership doing the towels there with my job coach his name is joe vitto I help him do the towels with him and my dad does tennis match and I will see him when I do my job and he will get his stuff back at my house also my mom has worked out when I do my job until she gets home after me I come home and I got a ride home with joe vitto until I finished my work all finished with my job and got a ride back home with my job coach Im started on 2015-2017 this year i spent my weekend with my job coach until i work around4:00-9:00 in the first day on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning I made some new friends at my job my boss asked me if Ill be their until around this weekI love my job so much I had fun doing this job with my job coach Im in enjoying the job I love

Ive been using this gym since 2006. Its definitely not the largest gym around, but its smaller size makes it feel friendlier and more personable.Size aside, here are some reasons I keep going here:- Cleanliness. From the pool to the weights to the lockerroom, everything is clean. Theres never garbage on the floor an unkempt bathroom. There are also plenty of clean towels to go around.- Updated equipment. None of the exercise equipment I used in 2006 is still there. They regularly upgrade the equipment and keep it well maintained.- TVs on treadmills and ellipticals. This might seem minor, but being able to watch my favorite show or basketball game while working on my cardio really helps pass the time.- Staff. They are friendly and helpful. Whenever Ive had a problem, theyve been very responsive.Overall, its just a great little gym to go to. There are a lot of regulars I see every time I go. This really makes it feel like a community, not just a business.If youre looking for a gym, I highly recommend this one.
