The swim instructors are amazing-so patient and make every lesson fun! Every single person we come in contact with is so friendly and knows my daughter by name. She is so excited to swim every week!

Everyone at the Glen Ellyn, IL Goldfish school has been great through this process. We appreciate the time and hard work from everyone! My son has been attending swimming classed for over a year and we absolutely lover Goldfish Swim School in Glen Ellyn. Always clean, safe and lots of fun!

My three year old daughter was afraid of getting in the pool without me or her mom. She would have tears every day we would show up to lessons. She nearly had meltdowns on the pool deck twice. After four lessons she was very comfortable with one instructor, Sam, but we wanted her to get acclimated into the regular class she was supposed to be in. Sam worked on a transition plan and getting my daughter into the water and comfortable in the group setting. She was even the Star Student!. The staff has been so friendly, understanding, and accommodating.

The facility is very clean and well run. The instructors are attentive and engaging. Brian, the GM is AMAZING and is doing a great job! The only opportunity I see here is to remember to give the ribbons more often, my little kids thrive on that positive encouragement. Thanks for helping my kids learn water safety and teaching them how to swim!

We just got back from our first swim class and I have a feeling Ill be spending my money there for a long time. EVERY SINGLE employee I past greeted us and said goodbye. Not only is the customer service fantastic, but my daughter left the class doing things she was never confident enough to do before. If I could give them 100 stars I would! I had heard great things about goldfish and Im so glad we decided to give it a try. Going to swim lessons is my daughters favorite part of her week and shes learning so quickly! Staff has been very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

We love Goldfish!! The swim teachers are fun and engaging. The staff never hesitate to go out of their way to greet and accommodate us. The pool is always warm and inviting and the facility is clean and tidy. Everyone loves going to family swim! Weve had a wonderful experience here with all 3 of my children.

This school is amazing. Just two years passed from fear of water and the last level before swim fores! And Alice will be 5 tomorrow! Teachers, staff, amenities is incredible. Price is affordable. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I go here with my daughter and grandchildren on Saturdays for swim lessons and the kids love it and the teachers are great with the kids. They are learning a great water skills.

Mr. Jim and Miss Jackie are so good with my not-even-two-year-old daughter. Scheduling is flexible and hassle-free. Accommodations are comfortable with shower/shampoo, dressing rooms, water extractor, blow dryer. It’s a fun wait for little ones with the fish tank, coloring table, chalk board and books. My daughter is comfortable in the water and has learned so much.

We love it here ! Friendly staff - customer oriented, so approachable, always ready to help and offer flexibility. Coaches are great and work well with the kids.

The coaches, and greeters are all excellent, happy, focused and give great feedback - leading with the positive. We love it!

I love the small classes. It helps the teachers know the kids better and helps the child feel better as well. Being inside all year long is a such a plus, and I wish I would have started Goldfish so much sooner!

Amazing place, I was a former instructor, the place is kept very clean, the instructors here are very professional, one of the best swim schools Ive seen around the area.

My daughter is only 15 months and just started kicking on her own. She loves the water and all the activities that are incorporated into a short 30 minute class. Would definitely reccomend Goldfish Swim School to family and friends!

The instructors at Goldfish in Glen Ellyn have been incredible-particularly Emily, Keila, and Jim. They have more than exceeded our expectations!! My son has always been uncomfortable in water and the instructors have gone out of their way to make him feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to their individual attention to his needs and their sweet nurturance, he actually loves swimming-something I never thought would happen. Thank you to this awesome team!

Great with kids, nice small classes, patient and personable staff, and my children have grown in their swimming greatly.

Goldfish swim school cannot flex with your family’s needs. Because they are more focused on gaining new clients than keeping their current clients they create obstacles for current clients to reschedule lessons. Lessons can only be rescheduled one week in advance. This creates a poor experience for clients who pay a fairly hefty price tag for monthly lessons. They have no flexibility whatsoever. So if your week looks the same and life never disrupts it you’re all set. But if you have multiple kids and a busy life you’ll end up paying for a load of classes you don’t take. Which certainly feels by design. It’s unfortunate and frustrating.

I swim here, and I love it! My swim teacher is super funny, and the students in my class are funny. Love u guys!

“I love every instructor we have had and the assistant manager Bryan is amazing. He takes the time to get to know my child and what she needs and my child has progressed dramatically from 6 months to 2.5 years old. I would highly recommend this Goldfish for your child.

The staff here is wonderful and the pool and locker rooms are nearly spotless (no easy feat given the number of kiddos in the pool). Weve been so happy with our experience here.

Clean and new facility! My daughter was formerly at Goldfish in Naperville but transferred since it’s closer to home. What really impressed me was a billing issue, that I had yet to catch. They caught it, refunded the mistake and had my daughter pick someone from the toy wall. Not too often does a business catch their mistake and go so far out of the way to make it right. Great customer service.

We had a birthday party there on January 14th, for my daughter Erianna. The facility was very clean, the staff was amazingly helpful with EVERYTHING, they let us set up a few minutes early, they were in constant communication to make sure our needs were met for the party and we did not feel rushed out when the party was over. Above all, my daughter had a GREAT birthday. Thank you so much!

The facility is pristine and Goldfish has done an amazing job turning my nervous toddler into an avid swimmer.

Goldfish Swim School in my opinion has the best childrens swim program out there. Not only are they staffed with lifeguards at all time creating a safe enviorment for your children but their instuctors use fun activittes to promote swim play in the water, essentially turnning those necessary swim skills into fun.

Goldfish taught my little cousin how to swim and I highly recommend to all people who want their young children to swim.

She is very comfortable with the instructors and is learning quickly with the encouragement and assistance provided.

All the teachers are great and very patient.
