This Monday night, they were extremely rude. The waitress was nasty and very rude to us. She had to be told on more than one occasion to watch her tone. She just had an attitude that was out of this world, we had to get the manager involved. The food was not at all decent and the alcoholic drinks were very weak. I wont choose this place for a birthday party ever again. They do the bare minimum if anything at all. Very disappointed in the service and the tension in the air. This was a horrible experience .

I was kicked out of the restaurant by Kaitlyn Dunn because I’m unable to wear a mask, and even after pointing out where I’m exempt from wearing one and letting her know it’s a federal crime to not provide me service based on a disability, she pulled out a fake government mandate that said otherwise and told me I had to leave anyways. Reported to the ADA, nobody should have to deal with insufferable people like that. If I could give you 0 stars I would.

Brought the family for fun & games after Thanksgiving. We all had such a great time! Games are awesome and service was exceptional.

A lot of games were unavailable. I understand Covid-19 however, if youre going to be open, be all the way open. Each individual has to practice social distancing and soundness of mind. If you go with another person, you cant play games side-by-side. That doesnt make any sense.

Order EVERYTHING you might need Because you will not see them again. Have money because its expensive. The beer selection is butt. But the lady walkin around selling jello shots was awesome. I give it 2 stars. #1, this actual arcade area is TINYYYYYY. Im not even joking. Now, Im FROM Miami, Florida and Im Miami theres a Mall called Dolphin mall. Inside the mall theres a Dave busters there. Its literally 5x bigger. #2, a lot of the games are messed up. We tried the SNOCROSS game and its messed up. We told someone but, nothing was done. The Mariokart DX game was messed up and it took someone way too long to come, especially since the arcade area is so small. #3, my man got us a Piña Colada, to try it here. (We always do that in some places) and it was so BAAAAAD. IT WAS DISGUSTING. It was extremely watered down. It didnt take like liquor or Piña..... it tasted as if I was drinking a water slushies, honestly. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the service in the front desk was great and there are a few games that are fun and multiplayer. Theres a four player air hockey but, everyone must pay for their own side. And there are a lot of big games like, 2 star wars battleship games. Theres 2 separate ships, and you got inside of a small door, sit down as if you were inna real ship, and you shoot planes down on a HUGE screen. So, 2 stars. Thats it.... sorry.

Took a day trip here with my wife and two kids. We thought it would be a good place to have fun and spend some time together. While the games were fun and we had a great time in the arcade area, I will absolutely never eat here again. I wasnt expecting a fine dining experience, or even great food, but I was expecting at least reasonably good food and service.We arrived at about 1:15pm on a Saturday, already pretty busy, but most of the crowd was there to play in the arcade and not for the restaurant. About 25% of the tables were full in the restaurant, but we were given a 30 minute wait time estimate nonetheless. The hostesses seemed disinterested, felt like they would rather be anywhere else. We waited 30 minutes, were seated (again, very disinterested staff member), and waited another 5 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. She also seemed less than happy to be there. We received our food an hour after we were seated, 45 minutes after we ordered. This wasnt because we had trouble deciding, nor because the restaurant was busy, as I mentioned before there were only about 25% of the tables occupied. The food was very disappointing, and the service was likely the worst I have ever experienced. I was able to eat, go get our passes to play games (instead of buying it from the wait staff) and get back before the waitress came back to the table.I have worked in the restaurant business, and this is a clear lack of inspiration from leadership in the restaurant. The staff hates their work, and certainly doesnt want to interact with customers (which is their primary role). Management should take notice and adjust their approach accordingly. If I were the owner, Id consider some new management.I now understand why there were so many people waiting at the front counter to buy passes and not to go into the restaurant. Dave and Busters isnt offering a good reason to eat at this location. With other options in the immediate area, my family will certainly eat elsewhere if we ever go back to play games at this location again. If the business exists and thrives off of the arcade revenue alone, Id suggest shutting down the restaurant and opening an arcade.Really, Really bad.

Very nice sports bar and kids friendly

I enjoy it here every time I visit here. My family and I love the food that Dave & Buster’s offers. For the longest time, it’s always been decent quality food. Besides the food, you can always stop by the bar to watch some sports and catch up with friends and coworkers. If you have kids (or are a kid at heart yourself) then you’ll really enjoy the arcade section of Dave & Buster’s. There are tons of games to choose from. And once summer roles around, Dave & Buster’s always changes their lineup of games to play. Once your done playing games and collecting your digital tickets, you can stop by their prize shop and spend your tickets on some cool items. I highly recommend that you stop by if you’re a kid at heart or have kids. There’s fun for everyone!

The people that work here are great they remember me all the time and have my usually drink in progress as I sit down sometimes that overwhelming busy but if ur patient then they will make it right

I came here with family from out of town and had the best waitress, Jessica S. She was very helpful in helping my Great Nieces (ages 3 and 6) decide on a special drink and made them feel important with her attention. Jessica made us feel like we were her only customers, even though she was running around taking care of all of her other customers as well. I will definitely be back and recommend the Glen Allen Dave & Busters.

The games here are awesome as well as the prizes. Our server was great and polite and brought everything out in a timely manner. However the food wasn’t that good. It was all COLD. I had to ask for hot French fries. I just wasn’t impressed for the price you pay to eat and play games, which is pretty expensive, you would expect that your food would be hot :(

We had very good service. Food was good and happy hour drinks were okay. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated for some reason. The 3 people in front of us were only playing games & there was plenty of seating. Overall it was a good experience on a Friday at 4:30pm.

Last time I went in the hostess was standing at the bar talking for a good 10 minutes before she came back and waited on me. Its a fun place great concept and its fun. The point systems are a little high but I guess if you come back alot you get the points to get stuff.

Had a horrible experience. This was the first time at this location. They have a counter at entrance that has signs for the play cards. So we get the card. We walk up to the restaurant and ask who can give us a table and they tell us we have to go to the front counter to get a table. There is a line now where its even outside the placeThere is NO Sign or anything to let people know that they need to ask for a table. If this is your first time at this location and other locations are set up different I would think they would at least have a sign at the counter saying they have to sit you. My recommendation to the management team is either train your employees to ask of people if they need a table or put up a sign at the entrance. Not everyone knows you have to ask to be seated since it looks like an open restaurant.

Their chicken and waffle sliders are my absolute favorite. You definitely have your sweet and salty with this one. My kid was also pretty excited when she was able to score a HUGE Brian stuffed animal from their giant claw machine. This is one of our favorite places to go for some mommy daughter time♡

Great location, but its small inside

I hadnt been to this restaurant in a few years but it was everything I remembered. I had an appetizer and a couple beers. The appetizer looked appetizing and was delicious. The bartender was friendly and courteous. I played some games with my date and had a really good time. Though it probably will not be a regular hangout for me, I would recommend it to anyone thats into places like this.

I Came here with my Wife to be for a Date while we are in the area. The Wait staff was a little bit slow but, He was Curdious And Knowledgeable which I appricated. Guessing by the fact there was 2 servers and it slow we on a weekday around 1pm it took around 12-15min to get our Food. So if you want a somewhat peaceful area theres your window. They Have a CANDY CRUSH Game where you can Win Tickets for those of you who are Awesome at Candy Crush.We got the eat and play combo which I was fairly pleased with. The Unlimited Play means 100 Tokens & Any Game that is a Blue Scanner Like the Walking Dead Game which was a HOOT and doesnt give you tickets is FREE.The food was Hot when it came out and the server was nice enough to let us Know our food was ready a couple times. Although I couldnt use my old D&B cards which is where a couple NOTABLE problems arose.1. The Wings bone out were extra crunchy and semi-Tough after the 1st time like they were OVERCOOKED. The Bone-In turned out better. Their BBq 1 was Great like a Sweet Mesquite with a little Bite, The Buffalo on the other hand was nothing to Cheer about.2. The fact they Got ALL New Point Cards for all there Games Will become a Big Headache for MANY!! IF you dont know the special trick.I found the Games manager and he told me The card Reading program is a Card Read problem. IF you BEND The card slightly Inward with your thumb like a Smile and put the card. The Device will read it Alot more. I got it to work more then My Sweetie did. As the Big Burly Head Games guy and Hell show you. He was Very nice and made us feel important.Fix the Overcooked Wing Issue and the Frequent issue with the scanner reading the card and Ill review again.

Add a small sitting area for parents in the game area. We ate dinner some where else for my sons birthday, the kids just wanted to play games there afterwards. The place is conveniently located, staff was nice, but me and my wife had to linger around, because the seats are for bar and food costumers.Note - ( We had 4 jackets to hold as well )

We asked to be seated at 4:30 they told us 15 minutes and we did not get a seated till 5:30 we were all tired and walked to our table with soar feet. We got an empty ketchup container on the table. The youngest child (5 yrs) was starving because she was hungry and the last to get her food. The drinks came out a minute before we got our food and the pink lemonade tasted like pink water. Overall not a good experience I have been before and had no problems but this will come into account next time we even think to come here again.

Great service. Dont expect inexpensive food. Luxury in every meal and a fine waitstaff. The area is nice to walk around in with many cool shops to visit walking off your meal. Not as large as other D&Bs across the country, but my kids are plenty entertained. I like how there is only one way out for the children to go. Wish they had a nice check point to the game area like Chuck-E-Cheese to make sure no one loses a child. Also the emergency entry is not easily identified in case of a fire and there being just one public entry and all.

I used to love going here but they are definitely starting to slowly slack on the quality of the food. Last few times I wasnt very pleased with my meal. But the servers are always good!

My kids and I had a great time. Dave and Busters has awesome games, drinks, and food. I was really happy with our server. She was nice and good at her job. The one thing is that money disappears quickly. But for a once in awhile experience it was worth it.

Nice place to go...Enjoyed my fabulous meal which was the teriyaki steak with mashed potatoes, and onion strings. I only gave it three stars because Im used to Dave and busters being much bigger.

Went for lunch on a tuesday to enjoy some cheap tacos and beer but they were out of tacos, and the beer hadnt been refrigerated. Staff was pleasant enough but after that experience I wouldnt bother trying to come back here because I dont have much respect for franchise owners who fail to take advantage of corporate promotions. Consider too, this was my first time here and I only came for food. I dont see a reason that anyone would eat here particularly for lunch given that I could have gone to a nice steak house and enjoyed a lunch plate for around $10.

This is probably one of my favourite Dave & Busters I have been to, and I have been to a number of them across the country. Its not the biggest or the flashiest. But it has alot of games. A large restaurant area and a good size bar with flat screen TVs overhead. The bartenders are always cheerful and happy to help you and give you recommendations. The staff on the floor are also always happy to help whenever you have a problem with a game.Their winners circle is always stocked with plenty of prizes in all shapes and sizes.I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are in the area.

Food and appetizer came out after 45 mins of waiting, at less then 1 minute appart. Food was cold. Would be passable if not for poor service. Will not be going back.

The food and the waitress were the only thing decent here. The gaming experience was horrible. Games were overpriced and half of the ones I attempted to play either were broken or just flat out stole my tokens. Upon trying to cash out what few tickets I had, there wasnt a staff member in sight. If youre looking for a night out, there are plenty of other places in the area thatll give you a better experience for your money.

First time visit for a family birthday party. Not sure what to expect. Ended up a very pleasant evening. Food was good, service excellent, and games reminded me of being at the fair arcade as a child. This was a weekday, and everyone playing the games was respectful and waited their turn. Crowded but not too much. Weekends might be different. Would go back with the family.

If youre going to promote NFL Sunday Ticket, educate your staff! We called ahead to see if our game would be playing, and were told it was. Not even 15 minutes later, we arrive only to be told by the hostess that it wasnt playing. We told her it was a 4:30 game and she just responded with, Oh well, I dont know what tv is playing it.... She didnt even offer to find it for us. We took our business elsewhere. We really enjoy Dave and Busters, but we know where not to go for football..

Its a nice place and all, but the service is slow and their happy hours on cocktails are missing the alcohol! LOL! PLUS, the all you can eat wing is kind of tricky, 5 wings at a time!!! By the time the waiter gets to you for refill, you ha e lost your appetite.

Dave and Busters here was a 4 stars, perhaps 3 in some ways. It was a good combination of a place where you can eat and play games with friends and family. Adequate seating for most and a good variety of the latest arcade games to play. With a darkened interior lighting, the games light up the room well.The employees were okay. They helped and greeted, but not anymore than they had to. You know, that high school/college type worker thatd greet you, and then turn around the next second to continue chatting with their co-workers. With that said, there is one worker there that I give high regards to. Her name was Chelsea and she was our waitress. She was upbeat, very friendly (leagues above the other workers), and more than happy to help with any request we had.My boyfriend and I did eat there and the foods were excellent for all things considered. It was hot and well cooked, nothing rushed here despite how busy they were. The only issue was that the dish my boyfriend originally ordered, they couldnt make (out of ingredients I assume), so he had to choose another. Chelsea apologized for the inconvenience, gave a few suggestions, and gave him extra spices since he wanted it spicy.Gaming wise, it was awesome! They had plenty of higher end gaming machines and newer ones. Games like Kung Fu Panda (where you hit the pads to hit the objects on screen), a jet fighter simulator (though controls were a bit delayed, but a nice setup), and my boyfriends favorite; a wall of light orbs thatll light up and you hit them as fast as possible within a time limit (they light up for short periods of time and at random locations). Of course, they had a few classics youd fine at other arcades such as Donkey Kong and basketball too. Also worth mentioning, everything is done on a card, so all your credits to spend and tickets are digital. Very clean system.The reason why this place gets a 4 (or 3) and not a 5 star rating is because most of the employees service were sub-par, the noise level was a bit too much (expected), running out of food is a possibility, and the number of games available could be more. Aside from that, its located at a nice part of town and I can see this place being great for all age groups. Ill probably return if the occasion calls for it.

This is my favorite Dave and Busters Ive ever been to. Usually theyre really big, really confusing and overwhelming places, and I feel like this one is just the bright size. The whole family has fun, and then we usually get a bite to eat afterwards.Which is where it loses one star. The fact is, service for food is usually pretty slow and the quality of some menu items is pretty bad (avoid the steaks). It could be worse, I guess, but if you stick to the things like burgers and fries then it usually comes out pretty well.

Had an amazing time!! Not very crowded early hours. Around 4pm it was almost elbow to elbow. Very friendly staff.

Went with a group from work for Team Building exercises. It was great. The games were fun, our guide was great, and then we had free time once the group gaming was finished. I would recommend here for you and your family or friends anytime. Way better than taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese.

Great service but super crowded espically for a weekend

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. More than one manager came by (Dan I think was one) and even knew our sons name. Food was just as good as the picture on the menu. We shared the Philly cheese sliders and chicken tender combo.

Im rating a three because although I had a good time, drinks, food and service were good, I come here on a Friday night (after 9pm) to have some drinks at what I thought was more of an adult arcade to get away from kids. I mean there were not just kids but toddlers, 2-4 yrs old running amok, playing the games without even using credits, hindering paying adults. Whats bad is the parents were condoning it, and entertained the fact that the kids were playing games for free. I mean teenagers are one thing but toddlers and elementary age kids, not good around drinking adults. Parents there is a place called chuck e cheese and you can also get alcohol for yourself if thats what you are worried about!

Games were worn out and wouldnt work properly. Not kept up well at all. Very disappointed.

Well i normally have nice things to say about the establishments i visit but this experience was horrible i ordered the steak dinner and it was disgusting, the broccoli over cooked mushy with no flavor, the steak was over cooked no seasoning or anytype of flavor the mashed potatoes..... smh ive had better from and off brand out of a box highly dissappointed also the bahama mamas tasted like ice water with a splash of diet beer total waste of money

Not bad. Been almost a year since last visited and noticed that the all day game pass doesnt work with all the games it used to (about 25% less). Used to be that if the game didnt provide tickets, the all day pass would work. Now about a quarter of those games didnt work and required chips to play. Had to spend a significant amount of time finding which games worked with the all day pass. So beware when buying from Groupon and Living Social. Not as good a deal as it used to be $25 for two, although still a bargain IMO.

Smallest one I ever been to but had a great time

Games were fun but when it came down to the waiter he was rudely sarcastic and he threw me and my familys food while we were playing games. My fiance told him it was over 20 pieces of chicken that we had so he remaid them and said there were 16 in the boxes. When we got home there were only 10 pieces of chicken in one box and a little bit of fries in the other box.Me and my fiance were highly upset and its sad because Dave and busters is a nice fun place were families can enjoy themselves. I would just say beware of your waiters .

Great food, video games & a whole lot more. And even the ADULTS can have as much fun as the kids. Forever we be my favorite place!

Good selection of games and when we went (around 1 on monday) it wasnt crowded. I feel as thos the prices are a tad bit expensive however for what you get. It kind of makes me only want to go on Wednesday when it is half off. Also my girlfriend and I waited at the bar for about 5 minutes hoping to get a drink and despite employees coming out and cleaning and seeing us, not one person came over to take our order so we left thirsty!

Crammed a lot of stuff in a very small area. Food was amazing, a lot of games werent working properly or they were out of service.

Had a great time. We drive 80 miles just because my son loves Dave and Busters. He had an awesome time and won some great prizes. We will return for sure.

The loud speaker near our table was so loud we had to shout amongst ourselves at our table. We had to constantly ask our server to repeat herself as we couldnt understand what she was telling us. The loud speaker was broadcasting a game that wasnt even on the two televisions that we could view. The steak that I ordered cooked medium was raw, not rare, raw! The drink I ordered at the bar after dinner didnt come with the correct garnishes as advertized, which usually I would let slide but not for the price and promise of said drink to be prepared and presented as they led you to believe. Haphazard operation. The rather young staff seemed sincere but maybe because of lack of older experienced leadership and very loud noise constantly coming out of loud speakers the whole experience was lacking quiet a bit. Just couldnt get comfortable and enjoy our meal even with an open mind. It was like trying to have dinner with the noise of a Nascar race and a Metallica concert at the same time. Not looking for a secluded, quiet dinner but this was way over the top too uncomfortable.

I had the Tuscan Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo. The topping on the quite tender chicken breast was *excellent*. It almost made up for the below average Alfredo. The kids loved the games.

Always packed on a Saturday. Prices aren’t any good for real. Didn’t try food but drinks are awesome. This is basically a grown up chicken cheese where you can drink and hang. Some games are pretty good and some others will take credit and not give it. Difficult parking spaces and don’t be surprised if you see kids in there.

This was my very first time here. I didnt know how the gaming cards work (I told the front desk attendant) so of course I needed clarification (didnt get it). I noticed that the game room staff was walking around like they didnt really feel like being bothered. When it was time to redeem our tickets for stuff the attendant got so impatient with me when I asked her to explain how the card and tickets (or coins) work, she really got short and high voice with me. After all of this I lost my driving glasses in the game room. Called up to Dave and Busters to ask the guy at front desk if he can get someone to look for them. Only pair, mind you. No care in the world, I had to ask him if he could write down my information, but then I wondered was he truly trying to help me?!! So I just waited to call back again before closing. Still no glasses. So Im going to call again today when they open. (CROSSING MY FINGERS)

I love this place so much. The atmosphere and dining experience on the right night can be inexplicably amazing. The play area is really cool with a variety of games to choose from. Im rather fond of the Star Trek game with collectible cards and chips that you can keep it exchange for tokens to spend in the winners circle which has some good prizes as well.

My husband and I sat down at a booth right by the bar because we wanted to order food from the kitchen. We sat there for about 12 minutes before he flagged down a waitress walking by and asked for a menu; to our great disappointment the kitchen was CLOSED! THIS IS WHY I DID NOT GIVE FIVE STARS! I feel someone shouldve come to ask us if we wanted a drink 11 and a half minutes before; we were sitting right in the bar area!!! My son and I won 22 prizes from the claw machines.....he won most of them I was able to show him up at the giant claw where I won a penguin ball we had a great time! I highly recommend the kung-fu Panda game!!!!
