If your golfer this is pretty much a Mecca. They offer Club fitting Services although with that said I wasnt really impressed when I got my fittings there. Good assortment of clubs and merchandise. Pricing is okay but not great.

Simulator is really good to have and use. Id prefer if the staff was more knowledgeable and accepting. If your heading there to spend big money theyll flock to help you. If your only interested in looking and trying, not so much. My advice, act like your going to spend lots of money to get the most courtesy.

Store was nice but could not get anyone to help me. I asked for help and waited about 30mins and still didnt get any help. So i left and will shop some where else.

I purchased new irons online and went to inquire about custom fitting. I had no appointment and the store was rather busy but they went out of their way to accommodate me. Excellent service and high sensitivity to Covid issues. Very well managed, highly recommend!

Fitted for a new driver. Randy was great. He was patient and I felt like we squeezed every bit of distance out of fit.

Not sure how they stay in business I went there to purchase a set of golf clubs no one would help me. I went to the counter where they were repairing clubs four men were working not 1 acknowledg me in 5 minutes I walked out and left

Its a good place and the people working there are nice but there wasnt anyone walking around helping people except one person ina certain area

Really friendly staff. They helped us quickly find what we were looking for with no high pressure selling. Our car battery was dead after leaving the store. The general manager Dan Baker went out to his own vehicle, came around and gave us a jump! Super nice guy. Can’t say enough great things about this store. Highly recommend these guys!

Great customer service

This place is trash I went in there with an open wallet to get outfitted with a set of clubs all the accessories nobody would help me I was looking for advice I ended up leaving with a set of used clubs that really are too short for me. Spent 1000 would have spent 3000 they wouldnt help in the simulator nothing. Very disappointed and now I need to buy more clubs.

Really nice customer service, wanted to try a used left handed set in the demo area, they said no problem and set me up.

The customer service in this store was truly an unpleasant experience. The elderly salesman I approached was busy playing on the simulator screen, and was quite annoyed that I asked him a question. His interest, was more on practicing his own swing than helping out a customer...isnt that his job? Extremely rude! I came prepared to buy a whole new set of irons, but I will certainly NOT be giving a penny of my hard earned money to Golf Galaxy - their loss.

I agree with so many other reviews on here. I too dont always like to post a negative review. ...BUT...Whenever you walk into Golf Galaxy, you instantly sense some type of elitist snobby attitude or whatever you want to call it. Like all the clerks in there have this, Ooooo.... look at me! Im a 2 handicap golfer, and want to make the PGA Tour so badly! The arrogance is so thick, you could cut it with a knife!!A while back, I went in there with my old Ping G10 driver (2007? 2008?) wanting to check out newer model Pings and was almost ridiculed for still carrying such an old driver. Excuuuuse me... it still plays good, and isnt beat up...The other *AND MOST IMPORTANT* reason for this review, is their terrible customer service, both in the store, online, and over the phone (yes, even their corporate department too!). A relative bought me a $25 gift card that said Golfsmith on it. Now, Golf Galaxy used to own Golfsmith and honored their gift cards. Well, not anymore! I got turned away with the attitude, Oh well... Sorry... Too bad... Call corporate 1-800-something-something... I just couldnt believe it. The family member is out $25 bucks. I know.. I know.. were talking $25 bucks. But yet, what would have happened it the gift card was $150 or $200?!? What then? They STILL wont honor Golfsmith gift cards, no matter what!In a nutshell: I only go into Golf Galaxy if I *really* need something that I cant get anywhere else.

Typically dont write reviews, but thought I would leave one in this case because of how awesome my experience was with one of the golf sales team members Thom. He was awesome, very personable, very polite, and helpful as well. We spoke for around 30 min regarding wedges, he assisted in getting new grips on the club, and even re-did my grip when we decided to put an extension in the club. He was a great representative of Golf Galaxy and I look forward to working with him again.Thanks

I’m normally not a person to leave reviews but just walked out of this store. I visited on Sunday morning, visiting from out of town, and had some time to kill. While looking around the store I noticed they have several 4 or 5 hitting bays in the back of the store, all with launch monitors/video screens; ALL of which were EMPTY; ALL of which had a sign in them that said rent the bay for 30 mins for $20. Ok, fine, I have some time to kill but from out of town. Can I rent the bay for 30 mins and use the demo equipment sitting all around since I don’t have my clubs? Seems like a reasonable request...and am happy to pay the fee. HOWEVER, the guy tells me the bays are reserved for fittings only on Sunday...because starting at 11 this place will be hopping with people wanting to get fit. Ok, but it’s 10:20 and none of the bays are in use and am happy to pay and there are signs everywhere offering to rent the bay. Needless to say what started as a quick friendly visit just to check the place out turned into frustration because of their unwillingness to simply honor their own in-store signage.

I walked into the store and was never greeted. While I was browsing no one asked if my friend and I needed help when we did. I was there to look and buy woman’s golf clubs. Several employees stared at us while we were viewing clothes, golf balls, and bags. While we were checking out the putters we were stared at with no assistance. We left the store with much disappointment as we don’t have a golf shop near us and was excited to come to golf galaxy. Most likely never to come back.

Ive been to this place 2 times in the last week. The first time shopping with my girl for golf clothes. We had fantastic service from a nice lady. The second time I went in alone and could get help for 30 minutes. Probably not going back.

I usually do not write any sort of reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I walked into the store today on 8/2/18. I was interested in buying a new driver(m3/Taylor made or titleist). This place made me feel uncomfortable from the start. There was no one welcoming/greeting customers from the time I entered til the time I left. I was planning on buying a new driver, but the staff acted like I was there just to hit balls like I was committing a crime for wanting to try out a new driver. The 3rd shot I hit, the ball hit low on the machine and within mins I had multiple people coming over saying I broke the club. Needless to say the club was fine and so was the machine, but the damage had been done. I have spent a lot of money with golfsmith over the years(since I was 12 y/o). Needless to say because of poor customer service I will not be returning to this store especially since mulligans driving range is up the street with employees more than willing to help. Save your time and money; go to mulligans!

If youre looking for golf gear and unable to find the brand and/or gear that you want at other sporting good stores, then Golfsmith is the place to go. Great selection of golf gear. Pack your patience when you come as customer service is not the greatest.

Fantastic selection and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, they took issue with a customers inexperience after they thought he had left. He had just spent $300 in their store and they were strolling around bad mouthing him. Went from a five to three.

Awful experience. Drove from over an hour away to extend a single club and buy a new putter. Called before hand to make sure they could do the extension while I waited. Arrive to only be told it had to be left overnight. I then stood around for 45 minutes with cash in hand waiting for someone to answer my questions about a $300+ dollar putter. No one asked if they could help. Walked out as if I was never there. Theres a reason this chain is sinking and is bankrupt. Dont waste your time stopping here.

While they do have a great selection on gear and used clubs, their customer service is horrible! Every time I go into the store I have to hunt someone down for help. I recently went in for club fitting. The guy I asked was sticking items and referred me to someone else. The other guy acted like I was bothering him. I swung the club 3 times and he said I was done with my fitting. He never let me try different drivers. Pretty bad customer service if you as me!
