I really like the feel of this theatre. The staff was really friendly and the place was clean and tidy.

Best priced Regal with reclining seats. Only $11.44 for adults & $6.25 for first showings before 6. Parking was ample as well.

Comfortable seats, reasonable pricing, and just a decent overall movie experience. Especially in its sort of tucked back location this theater has always been a place where you can go see a movie without the chaos of some of the bigger theaters. The prices are typically on par or below other theaters and havent had an issue with cleanliness or anything else here.

Went to see Avengers on my birthday! There were plenty of reclining comfortable seats, they have all the junk food you could want, and all the employees were very friendly. Oh, and the butter is next to all the napkins and seasonings so you can drench your popcorn without judgement. The front of the building is beautiful too, there are fragrant purple flowered trees and fountains.

Nice theater. Very comfortable but popcorn is not that good. The last 3 time we’ve been there popcorn had so many crumbs in it that it was hard to eat. Also I had to look under the cabinet to find more napkins.

This multiplex has the reclining chairs, which can recline too far if the movie is bad. However, the theatres are small meaning you have to get your tickets early. Lately, the ticket booth has been closed and you buy the tickets at the concession booth. It has more of a maze feeling that some other theatres but the screens and experience are great.

Everything was top notch, and I would totally come back, but unfortunately my 8 year old daughter and I are just too short. (Im 54). Both of our views were obstructed by the large bar that separates every row. It definitely was a deal breaker. If you are not a child, or on the shorter side, then you will love this theatre. Good theater with recliner seating that makes watching a show far more enjoyable. Definitely worth the extra drive to go there if it is playing the show you want to see.The food was decent but as expensive as should be expected of a cinema. Also, they dont deliver the food to your seat which means if you order isnt ready by the time your movie starts then you will have to leave to go pick it up. This would be less tricky if there was a system to notify you that your order was ready (i.e. text, pager, etc.) but there isnt and likely due to the nature of the venue.

Worst audio ever for Star Wars Episode 9 on December 20, 2019. Its like the volume that the trivia and stuff is where its quieter. It never got turned up. No bass. I could hear people digging in food bags the whole movie. It sounded like I was in a tin can. I rarely go out to theaters and now with 27 minutes (I timed it) of TV style commercials and trailers I have NO reason to return again. They are local and the seating is excellent. I can have a superior experience at home. The whole point of movies was to be a different experience than TV. Wider format. No broadcast commercials, etc.

The Theatre is so nicely upgraded with reclining seats, good food, and great customer service. However.... I will never ever ever ever return due to one thing.... Those bathrooms. I literally ran out of the bathroom, mid-stream , unwashed hands and all. They have this TERRIFYING music (if you can even call it music) playing. It is, what sounds like, 2 girls chanting. They’d sing/chant for 15-20 seconds and stop —— dead silence —— then begin chanting again. Can we play literally ANYTHING but that???

The theater seats are updated and comfortable. But the concessions stand moves as slow as molasses. They are in no rush to serve the customers.

The popcorn was lacking salt in butter. I still prefer Harkins popcorn. Although the seats were very comfortable.

Definitely one of our favorite theaters to come too. We love the recliner seats in the spacious seating. Concession stand prices are high, in my opinion. I just signed up for a new monthly subscription, and I couldnt be more excited. Regal in Chandler is my favorite theater. Between the subscription program (which does require an initial annual commitment) and the rewards program, we receive discounts on our popcorn, sodas, ticket fees and basically visit for free after our second movie each month.. (well, one and change really) its amazing.. and the recliners are so comfy!! Why go anywhere else???

I love this place! There is plenty of room and its comfortable! And the staff is always great! They even let us change our time to a later time when we arrived to our movie a little late, no problem.

Theatre seats are nice. They sell the tickets at the concession counter. I went to my reserved seat with my 5 year old and found a homeless woman with her suitcase, blankets and clothes in my seat. She moved, one seat over and left her suitcase blocking my legs at first but gradually moved further and further away. I could still smell her from the end of the aisle. She laughed throughout the movie at parts that were and were not funny. I did not say anything to theatre staff or management. She was having a harder day than I was. Sitting in my seat, I was bit by something on the neck. I am not sure if it was a spider or a tick.

Concession selection was limited. Many items out of stock. Movie started 30 minutes late. Workers told some older ladies who had stayed for a closing scene Thats it. Lets go. Will never go to this theater again.

I loved this place, I mainly went here to watch my favorite animes movie! I loved it, One Piece: Stampede was such a good movie, Im being very biased right now, but dang Im giving props to this theatre for letting this movie be played, not many theaters have anime movies. Only down side is its very far from where I am and was a little confusing to find from Google Maps, other than that its one of the best.

Decent seats. Ok popcorn. Disappointing pretzels. There is a safety rail that is about 4 inches too high and will block part of the screen.

I am hefty and while seats better than amc, still had problems with controlling seat since cannot view controls while sitting. also seat was better since no ill fitting tray top to get into way fir sitting and/or exiting seat.

Used to love this theater, was always great customer service and amazing theaters and chairs, but the last two times Ive been in it seams customer service has been failing drastically. Theaters are great but today the kid verifying online tickets was on his phone I had to approach him, then had an attitude when I had him scan my phone, he promptly went up into a hideaway and back to his phone. Then the kid at the concessions screwed up our order multiple times and jus stared when I showed him the receipt vs what he gave us. Then had an attitude when I asked for a large drink I was charged for over the small given. Highly recommend passing this place up going downhill fast.

Love this theater always seems nice and quiet even with a sold out theater

Ticket person was awesome. The young man taking my order was great as well. However, the guy that brought out my pretzels was extremely rude. When he brought out the undercooked pretzels, I told him there was supposed to be two cheese dipping containers. He rolled his eyes and went back through the doors. When he returned he didnt even come back out all the way. He tossed the cheese on the counter, it landed on the side and the lid came off a little. Good thing he doesnt work for me. He would be fired on the spot. My staff is always respectful, cheerful, and take wonderful care of our customers. To be honest, my wife and I almost left and we were going to get a refund. I liked the movie, but may not return. Throughout the movie, I was angry. Service is paramount. You should screen your employees more thoroughly. He is unfit to work with the public.

This theater has gone downhill. The popcorn was stale and cold. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff were like robots- on their phones and no customer service. The redeeming things were the buy ahead tickets and reclining seats. So disappointed, though.

Nice seats, nice location, good enough popcorn (could be saltier) but man, the sound quality is a bummer here. It seems like the majority of the sound is coming from behind the screen and is weirdly quiet. Barely any surround sound that I can hear. Just saw the Lion King and the music fell so flat, which was sad because music is such a big part of that movie. Noticed the same issue with avengers too. When the music should have been hitting its emotional highs it was muted and lame. Really takes me out of the experience and since I go to the movies for the better sound system and bigger screen, its a big knock on this place.

The seating and theater is nice. I like the electronic seats. Put your legs up and enjoy! They could do more with the concessions area (like cleaning it for a start). If a customer is spending ridiculous movie theater prices on concessions, at a minimum, the experience and concessions should be good. If youre buying food here get prepackaged stuff which loosely translates to sneak in your own. The popcorn is always stale. Also needs better temp control going on because it was freezing at the beginning and then we all started sweating 1/2 way through the movie.

I love this theater for a variety of reasons. First, it typically isnt super busy. Second, the aisles in front of the seats are super wide, so even when people have their legs up, there is still a ton of space to walk in front of them. Third, they have food that you dont usually find in a movie theater (tacos, cheesecake etc.) Also, the workers there are usually very friendlyThe reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that the food can take a long time to come out. Luckily, they show more previews than any other movie theater Ive been to. I think I was once told that there are 20 minutes of previews. Which is great if you are waiting for you food. Also, the last time I went there, my pizza wasnt fully cooked. Ive eaten it many times before and its been fine so Im sure it was just a one off.

You have a very, very nice theater. It was easy to find shows and purchase tickets, it was really nice to be able to choose our seats instead of having to get there hours early and stand waiting in a line just to get good seats (that’s MAJOR), the concessions were fast and easy and tasted great - the popcorn was hot and fresh, the movie looked great and sounded good, the entire theater was clean and inviting, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful and ready to assist if needed. The experience turned a regular Sunday into a highly enjoyable date with my Mom. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!

I had high hope for this place since it is near my house and some eateries we go to a lot. The over all experience was ok and I would give them 5 gives it they fixed this one issue. So whoever design the theater never actually watched a movie reclined all the way back.... BECAUSE THERE IS A BAR IN YOUR VIEW! I picked the theater and paid more for the recliners, then I couldnt recline all the way. Huh what? No. Staff was nice. I bought my tickets online and as a first time experience it was smooth. But the bar is a deal breaker for the reclining seats. And it was on all of the recliners. It is a handrail for safety but safety department did not want nor have they ever watched a movie in those seats.

Love this movie theatre, it Is my all time favorite! Never lets me down the few times a go and definitely recommend. Super comfortable and easy to relax in the reclining seats. Always feel welcomed at regal!

This theater is amazing. I am visiting from out of town and accidentally bought tickets for my local theater, instead of this one. They were so gracious and found me tickets. So helpful and nice. The manager and the employee scanning tickets were incredibly kind.

So James was mad that his cheese wasnt properly placed before himOh ok then, I live in town commons right next door to this place I have been walking over here to see movies and the staff if great. Dont worry about the stupid reviews. This place is quiet and clean.

Can we have an actual phone number to be able to call in to? The listed number is robodial with no way of actually getting to a person to talk to. I tried to call in to check if they had found my bag that I left and ended up having to drive all the way across the valley to visit in person because there was no way to call in. (Bag wasn’t there)

This has been our favorite cinema for over 12 years. In the past few years, they have changed all the theatres to reserved recliner seating, which just increases its appeal for us. The employees are always super helpful, competent and friendly; weve never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended.

Love this movie theater. Its kind of hidden so it never really seems that busy. Multiple times Ive gone to a movie with my wife and been two of 4 total people in the theater. The seats are recliners and assigned seating. Great movie theater.
