Birthday party for grandaughter. It was great. There was social distancing, masks required when you were away from your table. Lots of fun for the kids. Therw were video games also.

Perfect for families because you can see the whole facility from any spot! A toddler section and lots of jumping spaces! They have plenty of couches for parents and lots for tables to sit and eat! Inside there is a Concessions food court. Fast food in the same plaza Little Ceasers, Arby’s , and Salad to Go! My kids said it’s their favorite jumping place! We will be back!They have toddler time 10-12 during the week and daily deals!

Took my daughter here tonight for her birthday. It was our first time. 3 adults and 1 child jumping around having an awesome time. HIGHLY recommend! We will be back.

One of best jump Parks in the east valley. Its well set up with lots of different zones to mix it up. We had a birthday party there today and it was great and surprisingly affordable. One of the best surprises came when the pizza arrived. Hot and fresh Barros pizza. Yes! The staff were fun and professional as well. Thank you Altitude!

Its a great place for the lids to burn off aome of that summer energy when its too hot to play outside. They always find friends, clean and safe.

Only real downside was the food at the snackbar was the usual sub-par family entertament venue reheated from frozen youd expect. I didnt like that nearly none of the customers were wearing their face masks, but the ratio of customer-to-staff was somewhere between 10:1 and 20:1, so enforcement was probably more than eve could have expected.Other than that it was great and lots of fun.

Not to bad liked the open floor plan didnt stay long alot smaller then expected place was way over crowded no guidelines in place, or aleta not following any. Ill stick to the trampoline places in Mesa they seam to care more about peoples health.

My 2.5 year old daughter is obsessed with this place! It’s fun for adults too! The staff is fantastic- so friendly. They obviously care about cleanliness and have sanitizer stations throughout. I personally witnessed one staff member meticulously stationed by and dedicated to wiping down the dodge balls as needed and quite frequently. This is a great find! While every staff member has been so nice to us, I’d like to shout out Sabrina and Ryan to management- they both consistently go above and beyond to make my daughter feel special are always so super friendly and helpful! This place is such a wonderful asset to the kids community (and their parents) in Gilbert!

Absolutely loved this place. I took a 2.5, 4.5, 9.5, and 10 year old here this afternoon and everyone had a blast. My first impression was with how open this park is. It may not be the biggest in the valley but it is so open and everything is so easily accessible, which outweighs anything it may lack. The staff at the front were super friendly and nice and this was by far one of the cleanest indoor parks we have been to. We will definitely be back!

Nice trampoline park for the size. They have a variety of different areas like a foam pit, trampoline dodge ball and a trapeze in addition to the general trampoline areas. We came on a Wednesday evening and there couldnt be more than about 25 kids here. Its nice to come to a place for kids that isnt overly crowded and reasonably priced at the same time!! We will definitely be back!

Best trampoline park we’ve been to! SO MUCH more than just jumping, totally fun for adults too! Toddler time (10 am- 1 pm) was perfect for our family of little kids but teenagers would have the best time too! A trapeze, zip line, rock climbing wall, multiple dodgeball courts, Olympic bounce trampolines, a high dive into foam, and so much more! You need their brand of jump socks but can trade in yours. Pictures don’t do it justice, so big and so fun. Definitely will bring the family back

Fun place, clean and a great time for the kids!

Was looking for a place to do my sons 5th birthday and saw this place had the best reviews so I went with it. It was a big hit, other parents at the party were looking into having their kids party there too. Great service from our party host, lots of activities for the kids, clean. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Only issue was at the end when it was time to pay. I was told one price, charged another and when I pointed it out, the guy tried to downplay it like it was no big deal. I was already spending a good amount so Id at least like to make sure youre charging me correctly. After showing him the math, he did get me a refund for the difference. Were looking forward to going there again...eventually.

Update 10/18/19: came again today with cousins. My 3 year old was in heaven. I love the amount of comfortable seating available for parents to sit and watch their kids burn of energy. I visited for the first time today and loved it. Unlike other jump places Ive visited, this place was super clean and didnt have a gross smell. The staff was helpful and kind. I liked that everything was in one big room so I could always see my child. I felt like the price for toddler jumping time we really reasonable compared to other places Ive visited. We had a great time, we will for sure visit again.

Great place to take kids and even for a place to get some exercise or fun for a first date. Its a huge place that has so many things to do while jumping from Dodge ball to swinging into a pit. I highly recommend this place if you want to have some fun

One of the best jump places in the valley. Its a nice combination of foam pits, trampolines, dodge ball, and more. There is a small climbing wall over a foam pit but no top roping or obstacle course. They have a frequent jumper card that starts to give you a little deal if you go a lot. I hope they offer more flash sales and ways of earning discounts in the future and we will be coming even more.

Great place for kids and adults to unwind

Today was Our first time here. I was afraid of being too packed since it’s Saturday. No worries! The place is huge! There was two or three gigantic birthday parties, but fear not! There is still plenty a space for all kids! I recommend filling out the waivers prior to coming in. As it will save you tons of time. My kids were so anxious to come!The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. We will be back and I might even consider this place for our twins birthday party coming up in November!

We had a blast here today! Easy to sign up, great deals, and love the parents area! They have a lot a fun features for the kids to keep them busy! The little kid area for younger kids is great, I love how its not secluded! The whole space is very open which makes it much easier to keep an eye on your kids! We will definitely be back!!

Had a great time. Facility seemed clean and inviting. This place has way more variety than other trampoline parks we have been to in the past. I had to take away a star because it seemed really pricey. Other than that my kids has a great time.

Altitude is such a fun place! I love that it’s open, so I can easily keep an eye on both of my kids while they play. There are plenty of things to do, some of which I’ve never seen before at other trampoline parks. My kids had a blast! We’ll definitely be back.

This place is great! The employees play games with the kids. It’s so awesome!! Keep the toddler time going cause my kiddo gets all his energy out since he’s not in daycare atm. It’s great to have him burn his energy out in a productive way.

Kids always love coming and jumping til they are worn out. I love that you can jump for as little as 30 min or as much as you want. Bonus I get a massage.

Great way for kids and tweens to hang out and burn some energy. I just wish the snack bar was better stocked but hey its not a deal breaker. My kids and their friends love it here, been a few times.

We had a blast at Altitude! I love how open it is and easy to see kids. I love there was a variety of options from a rope wall to basketball hoop. My kids had a blast in the kids corner (2-6 year old section). I do wish this section was better labeled/marked for. There were tons of older kids in the section which was a little hard when they played rough, but mostly wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely come again and recommend it!

My kids had a wonderful time- we used a coupon in Valpak bring a friend 2 kids, socks & 1 hour which was enough $20.48 Not bad!! We will definitely be back... and if you bring back the socks you wont get charged the $2 again.

We had so much fun! My kids had a half day at school so what better to do than ditch chores and come have some fun? The staff was so friendly and welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. An hour was perfect for us and all 5 of my kids are asking when we can go back. I have a feeling we will all sleep really well tonight!

First time I’ve been to a place like this last Saturday! Such an great facility. This place is such a great place for kids of all ages and adults! The facility is clean and the staff is super attentive and they even get in and jump with the kids or help them swing from the trapeze bar into the foam pit. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be going back!

Great place for the family. The staff there is very for the kids playing and having a great time! I really appreciate the staff member that took the extra step with my son that has autism and was feeling very overwhelmed I did not get a chance to get his name but he took extra time with him and that is how you know you have a great place and fantastic employees.

Weve wanted to check out Altitude Gilbert for awhile and finally did today. The fam gives it . Lots of fun and even on a Sunday with a packed house, there were still plenty of places to jump. Well definitely be back!

My daughter attended a birthday here over the weekend and she had an amazing time. The staff all seemed friendly. I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere.

I’m hoping it was just an off day for them, but today was an awful experience! The younger (floor) staff were extremely rude and not professional at all. I get that it’s Saturday, but if you don’t want to be at work don’t show up, if you do show be pleasant. The staff needs to communicate better with the customers to ensure safety and safe practices... The only good part about today was the manager and her sense of urgency to correct the situation.

Stopped in to have my son burn off some energy before a tournament tomorrow so that he would sleep like a rock. Haha! It worked... Easy process to get in, staff is friendly and it’s really clean... My son likes that there are so many different features to use.. a zip line, rock wall, trampoline basketball, etc... Great to have this so close to our house!

I need to run this kid out! Altitude Gilbert is a great place to make this kid use energy so we can get some sleep. We went early on Sunday - Family Day and there was already a line outside before it opened. Rian loved it. He was so tired when we left. There was plenty of staff on hand to manage the kids and adults. They had dodgeball and ninja warrior areas. We love that we can take our almost two year old in for free. My 9 year old couldn’t get enough. The trapeze and rock climbing wall were super fun for him. Keep in mind you have to buy socks there, you can’t wear your own. I’d take the family again for sure.

As opposed to some of the other trampoline parks my son and I have visited this one was very clean and didnt have the smell reminiscent of a grade school gym locker stuffed full of dirty socks. The staff is very friendly and on the day I visited was very attentive two unruly kids. Based on price cleanliness and service I would highly recommend a visit

I take my 7 year old here often and he definitely keeps him interested and he works up a nice sweat.

Went here for the first time today with my 3 year old. The prices weren’t listed anywhere so it was a little confusing when we got there. You also HAD to buy the socks which were only $2 but were an added expense I hadn’t planned on. But the park was clean and looked like a lot of fun. My 3 year old could have used a friend there with her, or had me paid to jump with her.

Great place to take the kids to tire them out all day! Staff makes sure the all the kids are included and having fun all while keeping the safety rules in place. The main floor is quite huge, the trapeze is one of the kids favorite spots, theres two dodge-ball courts, a high jump wall for teens, and a little kid area that they have a blast in!!

The kids had fun! I definitely feel like most of this place would be good for younger kids, the older ones stayed in certain areas like dodgeball and the wall areas. They have seating for parents to watch as well which is nice.

My son had a really great birthday here! All staff members were really friendly and energetic. The place was really clean. There was something for everyone here, even Grandma! The private Dodgeball time was a great time! I love the open floor plan so I could see all my guests. The suggestion to have a smaller child party earlier (10am) was spot on! My only critique is this, the pizza included was Lil Caesars $5 Hot n Ready. The run a little small so I wouldve ordered more or perhaps asked if I could bring in my own? We cant wait to go back to play. Its fun for everyone! Thanks for a great time!

So fun, I had not been before! Having a 5 year old show you around also helps make the experience even better! Lots to do here, dodgeball, huge foam pits, basket ball, and tons of stuff for the kids. They also have a toddler area for smaller ones so they dont get knocked down. They serve snacks and refreshments and certain nights they have pizza parties and you can also host your Birthday party there. I recommend you go check them out if you havent already!

We had family in from Tennessee for a visit . As grandparents we didnt bounce on anything but it was fun to watch the kids and grandkids playing. Staff was really cool too.
