South Island Plantation is a lovely community with views of Winyah Bay, and a lovely clubhouse, a large salt water pool, a gorgeous community dock and only 50 minutes fromCharleston. I read a review about the developers stealing money from people and that is simply not true. The developers did a wonderful job and sold every single lot initially. Unfortunately the real estate bubble popped after the development was completed and we all know the end of that story. South Island Plantation is back and will be the community everyone envisioned. You have to visit to discover it’s beauty.
