Such a strict place to live.Literally can’t leave a mop outside with out being “warned”. Id suggest living here only if you’re super minimalist because there’s no way you can leave a piece of hair outside even if it’s your porch.Upon recently moving in got a call about my sister “leaving stick and rocks on the floor outside” ??? Seriously? There’s a reason it looks very calm

Beware the money grab!!! You can NOT rent !!! Everything is rent to own, they dont tell you that until you get there. There is a minimum credit you must meet but the wont tell you what it is, you just have to pay the money and let them turn you down. I call multiple time and look at the website many times. I drove 5 hours, rehomed my dog(you can only have 1 pet), gave them $75...just to be denied. Didnt know it was a lease to own until I got there, it does not say it anywhere online nor did anyone me all the times I called. I have attempted to call corporate numerous many times with no answer. If you have a minimum credit limit you should let people know before you take their hard earned money!!! Absolutely disgusted with the way my family has been treated!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau!!!

I live in a Sun Community and my advise is run for your life. They do not care about their residents and are only interested in making money. They are not fair in any aspect.

The hours in the office is always unsure and confusing., but the people as a community, the neighbors, are like one big family. Watch out for eachother and our houses and our chidren. Its nice to live next to such wonderful people.
