I live at 110 hodge drive if I had a choice between a box or this home its gonna be a box I would not put a egg in our place.

Its a better place than previously reputed..... Rent is around the $450-550 range. Hands to the owner and his love for the park.

Dude rents homes with no heaters and expects you to buy them. In sc landlord must provide adequate heat

It is not well maintained. Many of the lots needed landscaping cleaning up and cut.

Horrible neighborhood high crime rate not a good place to raise children, if I had to choose between renting a place in that neighborhood or living in a cardboard box under a bridge I would choose the box!
