Good selection of movies. Clean and prices are lower than the larger theatres. Free refills on popcorn and soda. Good seats. Not crowded. Good screens. Wiil return.

Love the reclining seats!

Went to watch spies in disguise and were the only teenagers in the theater. like any one else we reacted to funny parts of movie with quiet comments and laughter. when leaving we where confronted by staff that there was complaints about us being loud and on phones when the children behind us where the ones using phones and even had flashlight on at one point. when we tried to explain she didn’t give us a chance to even talk just rudely said that next time we would not be allowed back.

Clean theater. About half of the theaters has reclining seats. They dont have hot dogs and pizza, but they do have nachos, popcorn and snacks. Wednesdays are discounted days.

We are in here at least 3 times a month. Comfy seats spacious rooms. Good prices on the snacks.definitely family friendly. Ticket prices are adults $8.75 students $7.75 and seniors & children $6.75

Was pleasantly surprised to learn that at least one of the smaller theater rooms uses large, comfy faux leather chairs for seats. They even recline with a footrest! The screen was a bit small but the seat made up for it

Very comfortable seating, and its super nice that we were able to reserve seats for the movie of our choosing online. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful. My family will be visiting here on a semi frequent basis, and have already raved about it to our friends and other family!

Love this place. Well run and clean. There was a power outage and could only use cash which I seldom carry. Staff was helpful in suggesting ways to cover cost with what I had.

Watched detective pikachu here and had a great time. It is a cool theatre!

I was in this movie theater Saturday evening Oct 19th for a 6:50 showing of a movie. About 30:min minutes into the movie I went to the refreshment stand. An employee woman of color told me I would need to go to the outside sidewalk and get in line with all the people who were in line to purchase a ticket for a movie not showing as of yet. There was appox 25 people in this line. She said both cashier stations were serving only that line. Ridiculous, I would have missed 10-15 minutes easily of my movie to get a popcorn. Get smart Geneva movie Plex.

Great little theatre. Comfortable seats and very clean.

The place is filthy. The staff is rude. There used to be a line for tickets and a line for food, now theyre just the same which makes check in forever as they ring up tickets, check bags, and take forever with food/drink orders. If you pre-purchase tickets you still have to wait in the same line, no kiosks or other line to check in. The seats are terrible and squeeky. Theater is small and looks like its falling apart. If you have to go to the bathroom, just hold it. Theyre disgusting.

Went a few minutes after 12:30...the Showtime for Toy Story today....got told the next showing isnt until 230 and that it started at 11. Dont post it for 12:30 then!

There are plenty of different movies to choose from. All the latest movies are usually shown in hi definition. Comfortable seating with a lot of legroom, some of them are even recline able. Even the people running the food counter were considerate.

Took a 4yr. old, he is my great-grandson and it was his first time at a movie theatre. He was thrilled!! We enjoyed the movie and especially the reclining seats. We cannot wait to attend Geneva Movieplex 8 again. I was a great first visit for him. I attend your theatre frequently, driving from Newark, and am very happy to enjoy the movie sitting in very comfortable seats!! Thank you.

The movie theatre was clean and the new seats are really comfortable. Everyone at the ticket counter was really nice and we had an overall great experience. I dont take my kids to the movies a lot but its worth it when everyone has a good time.

We love this theater.It’s clean and nice, you get to choose your seats; matinee pricing before 6pm on weekdays, and it’s $5 for movies on Tuesdays, all day!Parking is sometimes hard, but the staff is always friendly and the overall experience is such that this is the main theater we frequent.

Really nice smallish size rooms that have giant seats that are very comfortable. They have motors and turn into beds when you press a button. The screen had good quality to it and sound was good. Also only $8.

Just went there tonight and I’m 16, I went with my boyfriend. My dad went in and gave us permission to watch the movie Window. They told him he needed to come in and buy another ticket. We all went in the movie and my dad sit in the way back as my boyfriend and I were 2 seats in front of him. There was only 2 other people in the theater. My dad was in the way back, sitting at the last seat. He was on his phone checking Facebook. He wasn’t doing anything wrong. His phone was silenced and nobody was disturbed. The employee who was African American and had glasses with short braided hair yelled at my dad to get off his phone. Her demeanor was absolutely uncalled for. The employees at this place acted very racist towards me and my white boyfriend and father. We ended up walking out because of the way the employees acted was so crucial. Just getting there alone takes 20 minutes so there and back was 40$. What a waste of time. I even took of work to hang out with my dad and my boyfriend. I highly do not recommend this racist, penny-pinching, cruel business. This is not an experience I wish upon anyone.

I had to walk out and get a refund because there was stuff splattered on the screen that effected the picture quality.

Prices are good, seats are being updated to recliners. Customer service is usually pretty good. Sound systems are great.

Nice, quaint, and cheap. I loved attending this little theater. It may look like a hole in the wall and be a little retro. But the movie quality was excellent (saw 3D), seats were comfy, and about $10-20 cheaper then other theaters.

If your child has an unexpected nose bleed, dont expect them to replace your bag of popcorn. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my young child. I bought a large bag that included a free refill anyways. Not her fault she had a nose bleed. Shame on this place. Will not be back.

I often visit Geneva theater as it is close to my home, prices are reasonable and usually the customer service is amazing. Yesterday my husband and I purchased our tickets online for Equalizer. The line was very long as it was a cloudy day, great for a movie. I walked ahead of the line to the ticket counter and asked where I would scan my e-ticket. The cashier (in a rude manner) said that “I WOULD scan it had you waited in the line.....back there. Get in the line - back there- and I will scan it.” So, I went to the back of the line and waited several minutes which, had I not pre-purchased my tickets, would have no problem with doing.I attend the movies in average twice a week. Any other theater I have been to that offers the perk of purchasing your movie tickets ahead of time has a kiosk where you simply scan your phone (or printed e-ticket)and enter the theater. Having to wait in line defeats one of the two reasons to purchase ahead(the other being securing tickets for a hot movie in fear of selling out)not to mention they are also more expensive!I mentioned the issue briefly to one of the cashiers who is there very often and was Given a shrug and he said we have to print you your ticket here (at the ticket counter).Guess they’re missing my point. Don’t offer the service if you can’t properly provide the customer service as it is intended.I expected a more professional, understanding response. Maybe....”I apologize for the inconvenience and added expense you incurred. We do not yet have the kiosk needed to scan your e-ticket. We’re working on that.”

We went on an extremely busy night. The employees were efficient, intelligent, and friendly. The theater was clean, and the quality very good. Only critique would be I wish the theater would have been darker during the movie. Great experience overall.

The prices are reasonable. The matinee prices are until 6 PM. The snaks are a good deal. Everyone who works there is friendly. Its clean. The down side; some of the theaters have old and worn seats. Its great to see smaller theatres that arent Regal still making a go of it.

A large selection of different movies at a great price. Updated seating is well above what you would expect for a local movie theater. Full recliner seats at the push of a button, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax, yes please!Will choose this theater over regal any time of the day. Prices are right, snack selection is good. Most employees are fantastic, but unfortunately there are a couple who, are just there for the paycheck and nothing more. 4.8 stars.

So sorry to say , but the staff was not friendly and the other consumers were rude. Talking during the movie cursing loudly during and at the end. I was embarrassed for me as it was a treat for my young grandchildren and their friends. Maybe I will try again during the week, but I am skeptical. It was clean and the price was good. could not rate this experience very high though. Monitor the place better. Kick out the loud mouths and give your staff some customer relation inservices. It might help sales.

Great Theater Staff are very nice and friendly Except for the female Manager could use a really good lesson in decorum.Too bad cuz they definitely would have gotten a 5 STARS if not for the rudefemale Manager. The rest deserve a 5 STAR review. Beautiful Theater clean and comfy love it!

Seats was terrible grandson couldnt see the ceiling was stained from leaks tile was out in ceiling . Restrooms was dirty the door didnt lock. First time going and dont think I will be bringing my family back.

Terrible i mean terrible customer service. they couldn’t even work with us on viewing a movie and on top of that they were very very rude and had a bashful demeaner the whole time, would not recommend to anyone in the seneca county. no one should go through the treatment my girlfriend, her father, and i went through

A Much Better Theater than Canandaiguas!!

Looked on Google got shows/times. When the family got there was told Google had it wrong as they often do. Obviously this is a known issue which they have done little to nothing about.
