Lived there for two years, almost 3 with no problems but as soon as we left they looked for any little thing to charge you and at outrageous prices, I understand that we didn’t leave the house in perfect conditions but we tried. Not only that we left furniture outside, thinking it was okay to do so because we saw other people do it and they charged us 700. When we called to see why they had charged us so much they said they tried calling us but we received no phone calls not even an email, to later find out the trash is still there and we could’ve picked it up that day, mind you I’m writing this review a week later. It’s unfair they way they treat their former tenants !Don’t recommend you rent from Parrish manor, prices are outrageous anyways, main reason why we left in the first place!

I had a great childhood here. the place gave the most memorable memories that i still think of now.

Wonderful Place To Raise Kids. My Neighbors Are Quiet & Peaceful. Been Here 1 Year & Dont Have Any Plans On Moving. My Unit Is Thee Best I Dont Have Any Problems Outside Or Inside. Maintenance Comes Out The Next Day Or Next Hour Depending On What Time You Call. Cookie Is Always So Pleasant When Answering The Phone Or Walking Into The Office.

The things the owners do here are amazing. They have tons of fun stuff scheduled through the year. We have worked with them doing face painting for the kids in many of them and have seen how this is totally a family oriented community. People who work here are super nice!. As soon as you enter the neighborhood you feel how peaceful and safe it is. Tons of kids!. A plus if you are looking where to live and want your kids to go out and play.

I would not suggest anyone to move into this place, they have so many strict rules here. You cant have anything on your porches, not many cars, no cats or dogs unless you own your own trailer which is unfair to others because others may have pets. They are rude!!!! especially Cookie and they dont believe in working with other people if you been living out there for a long time. I see they dont have no remorse for anyone but themselves which is not fair. I will give this place a 1 star because it will need more improvement. If you dont have your rent on time they will send you nasty letters and will want you to move, but then will put an eviction on your record real quick so you wont have anywhere else to move. All i got say is treat people the way you wants to be treated.

The set up is neat. The place is quiet and clean.

This place discriminates against people with a record. They dont believe in second chances even if you have been out for more than 15 yrs with no trouble.

Moved in and there was a roach infestation. Office sent pest control for about two months before they were completely gone. On move out statement there was a charge for $100 for a roach treatment, but there were not any roaches at move out. Tried speaking with office staff, but that didnt help. Office manager explained that I should take what deposit they did give back & be glad the fee was only $100 and not the full $350-$500 for treatment. Was told they would check into this, but of course no response. Save your time/money find another place to call home. Sure wish I would have moved out when the problems first began.

I rented a trailer here and stayed for 2 years. Good price, maintenance was decent. The office does a lot of things for the kids in the community which is nice to see. They go above and beyond with Christmas and Halloween events. Theres also a full time summer program for the kids which I believe is free but I never needed it while I lived there. Trailers are very close together in some areas of the park. Only complaint when moving out I had to keep bugging them to get my deposit. I dont think they werent going to return it, but it was not a priority to them. That is what made my review 3 instead of higher.

A very nice place well kept and very nice to live in. Beautiful lake were you can see all the Geese swim and walk around the n like they are human too. The parks could use more equipment for the kids to play on though. But very nice neighborhood.

We are very pleased Parrish Manor brought us into their community. We had to abruptly move from out of state and they accommodated us quickly. Weve been here a year and a half. Office ladies are awesome. Maintenance resolves issues same day mostly. Neighbors are quiet, keep to themselves. Tons of kids! They offer so many free programs to the families here. Glad we found this place.

I dont live here and only went to get a bathroom shelf but this has got to be rhe classiest mobile home park that Ive ever seen. At the very least, the exterior of the homes are pretty nice. I liked that the roads there werent crowded. My 5 stars is for the excellent impression the exterior and overall vibe this place has.

Dont get me wrong very nice and quite neighborhood lived there for a year but they lied to us about rent going up then wouldnt renew our lease they act like they care but they really dont worse living experience of my life if you dont have money to move the following year I wouldmy move here they pick and choose who the want to say stuff to you cant park here or there but people have junk cars in there yards and car parts on the side of the house it changed when they got rid of the people that were there when we signed our lease the women working there now have nasty attitudes and can care less about you or your family. The stuff they do for kids is a cover up to get you to come and then one little thing they ready to kick you out.

I used to live out here for almost 9 years and it was good staying here they have a lot of activities and keeps the area clean out there. Check them out.

I visited here recently and it looked terrible. Many of the homes needed to be power washed. There was a lot of trash, broken items and toys laying around. There was some very unsavory looking individuals around. There were 2 cars that were sitting idle with loud bass music playing. Many of the skirting on the homes looked like it needed to be replaced.It seemed run down, nothing like the pictures on the website.

I wish that i could give less than 1 start. The people in the rental office are just simply rude, Their units are infested with roaches and mice ,people brraking into houses, kids destroying property and just an alk around horrible place to live.

Do NOT rent from this property. Unless you want to share your home with mice that bite through clothing , food , and bite you? Id suggest you spend your 1100 a month on a clean home and not one with mice that the rental office does not get rid of.
