Great place to get away. Nice field.

Be careful where you step in the parking lot! I saw a used condom, and a Plan B morning after pill box next to some Rallys fast food wrappers. So obviously somebody had a good time!Still, dont let that dissuade you. This park is near the corner of Garfield Blvd and Warner Rd. Its a good base to run to Mill Creek trailhead, which leads to Garfield Park Reservation. Or you can jog downhill from Donovan Park to Bacci Park which is the Aquaduct trailhead for the Cleveland Metroparks, near Cuyahoga Heights.There are some baseball fields and a shady path towards the end of Donovan Park, but you should just use it as a base if youre a jogger. Just be out well before sundown.
