Do not let their fading sign deter you from stopping. Go carts seem very well kept. Employees were very sweet. Great time had by all! I haven’t seen my children smile that big in years! Thank you Galveston go carts!

Small place but offers a lot of fun for kids. Nice go Karting track, arcade and ax throwing (that we didnt do). It has also a VR for single or double with many rides. This was a great alternative for the Galveston historic pier that was already closed. I wonder if this would be the future for all amusement parks...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! We were on the island for my daughters sweet 16 celebration and this place was next door to where we were staying. My daughter asked to go so I jumped on the website looked at the hours and what all they had to do. The hours stated on the website stated they were their covid hours. When we arrived there was a large group of people standing at the door because the door was locked, after a few minutes they were let in. We jumped out of the car and went to the door at it was locked. We called the number and the very rude lady on the phone asked what all we were wanting to do so I told her go carts and ax throwing for sure and maybe more. She very rudely told me that they closed at 9 ( it was. It yet 9) I told her I went to the website and it says 10 and the door sign also said 10. Her response was “we don’t update our website” funny, I guess you don’t update your door sign either! They literally just let the other group in but not us! Lady was so rude too! Save your money and go one block away and play mini golf where they are very friendly and polite and it’s WAY cheaper!

A fun little place to spend some time hanging out with friends to go kart or have a birthday party. Either way I believe anyone would enjoy coming. The ride packages are a fair price and they have a small arcade inside along with cheap snack prices. And in my opinion, two rides seem enough.

Had a great time riding go carts and throwing axes. Batchelor weekend that made for some good memories.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On Tuesday 8/4 in the afternoon I took my family here while on vacation thinking it would be a fun activity. When we arrived all the arcade machines were shut down do to covid, understandably, even though they are advertised as open. We proceeded to go to the counter to see what they did have open. The lady behind the counter looked as though she was listening to our questions but instead of answering us verbally she proceeded to point to a menu consisting of go-cart rides. Then she starts rambling and I realized she was actually on a phone call using her ear buds rather then listening to us at all. When I asked her a question about the go-carts she rolled her eyes and pointed at the menu again and continues her conversation with whoever is on her ear buds. After about 3 minutes of this we decided not to spend out hard earned vacation money on a place that doesnt even take the time to take care of their customers. Such a horrible experience. Maybe let the customer in front of you know your on a phone call and will be right with them rather than wasting my time with your attitude. Poor management to allow their employees to treat people this way. No wonder the place was empty.

It was ok... very small arcade. And it was quite expensive. Nothing special but I guess its ok if youre really bored... rather take a walk by the beach.

Definitely overhyped and overpriced!!PLEASE READ!The “Arcade” if you want to call it that is comprised of about 12 outdated games, half of which do NOT work. The VR is $10 per person and its not even interactive its just a sit and watch for 2 minutes, which also make its overpriced considering I have my own $1200 VR set. The prizes for your tickets are these rinky dink toys from the dollar store, the go carts were decent but to spend $90 for 4 people for 15 minutes (With a Military Discount) is absurd. We didn’t do the throwing axes because we were already too deep in out wallets for this expensive a** place that was dead as the night. I think what truly upset me the most is that we drove from Laporte to Galveston (give or take a 55 minute drive), for something that looked excellent online and we received something subpar. If I could rate half a star I would have.

Amazing staff, very friendly and willing to chat about kart racing and maintinance. Arcades got a few classics, and the karts run full power untill its time to pull back in. Great views, nice pavement. A hidden gem if you need your fill of speed or Crazy Taxi on the Island.

So - I admittedly did not get to ride the go karts - we went on a rainy day because there just isn’t a lot for kids to do on the island when it rains.However, it was pretty horrible. Half the arcade games didn’t work, and ones that were plugged in didn’t work properly (gas pedal unresponsive etc.), and there was the wonderful mildew welcome in the back room.One star for being an affordable option, another for being open.

Not as fun as it sounds. Arcade is really small, maybe about 8 consoles and they werent even turned on. Go Kart track is really small and they didnt sanitize the karts after the group before us was finished. A little pricey for one go kart ride and the staff werent the most welcoming.

Have to be 56 inches to drive. 40 inches to drive so as a family of 5 we could not buddy up to drive go karts as 1 kid would have been left out. Also, It is $10 per go kart ride and $12 for passengers. So we left with sad kiddos.

This place never disappoints the family. This place is the place to go to if you want to save money on go karts and bumper karts. They even have the virtual reality games. That is the best part. Thanks to Amy and her crew for making my brothers 13th birthday a blast again. We will be back. I recommend this place better than bay area race way...

We came here by friends recommendation and it did not disappoint us~~ What a great place for families to spend quality time on holidays and weekends! There are so many fun things for both kids and adults including Go Karts, Sand Digging, and many kinds of Arcade games. The staff are very professional, nice, and friendly. They would help you with whatever you need regarding the games. Everything was well organized and regulated. So we were not concerned at all. Anyway, highly recommend! !

Don’t do VR. It’s not interactive. Costs $10 for the session. Would you pay $10 for a real roller coaster ride? The go carts are ok. The rest of this place was a let down. The girl at the front desk was more concerned about her rice than making sure we had a good experience.

I went it for axe throwing for 20 minutes with my friends and we had a blast! The operator was clear with his instructions and we learned really fast. Very relaxing environment and great staff.

Our kids did enjoy their Sunday afternoon here very much! I can really tell this is an interesting place for both kids and adults. The staff were very patient to give the instructions to make sure everyone was safe there. Well definitely come again!

Its a fun place and the go karts work perfectly fine. Theres also a kid play place right outside the location and video games inside. The staffs were nice and acted professionally throughout our stay there.

They are opened until 11 at night on weekends. Great place! Not too expensive.

Worth every dime. Reasonable, clean, helpful & a ton a fun. Highly recommend this little gem. My 11yo Daughter was serious when she said she could drive, me a but nervous(all she has drivin was a Golf cart) went along and man did she prove me wrong. The carts have great Harnesses, are literally tip/rollover proof and the track is well kept and safe as can possibly be. Will definitely be coming back again & again

We visited for my dads birthday and loved it! The staff was friendly and patient with our daughters, who were trying everything for the first time. We drove go-karts and threw axes and all of us, from ages 11 to 73, had an amazing time.

We purchased 15 min drive thinking it was for 15 minutes its actually 5 minute increments, once you ride you get off and get back to the very long line to ride again for however many minutes you purchased. Should make you aware when you buying several minutes. Other than that ok.

We travelled from China for vacations in Houston. Came to Galveston for some beach fun. Discovered this place. Totally loved it. Lots of fun activity and not too expensive compare to other activities on the island. Will definitly come back again.

It is expensive, but we enjoyed ourselves. It was tough getting a cashier to stay at the counter. For Galveston, it was one of the more appropriate activities and or attractions for teens. Here, they were in control of the action, and not limited by a walking tour, or having the attraction run for them. It was an opportunity to compete, and that brought out a lot of laughter and chatter.

The man said no bumping. Lil Dale The Intimidator behind me kept banging into me so I started blocking him from going around. Id get going then slow up a bit to where had try to go around then squeeze him into the rails. Great place to be a kid.

Had a great time here today. Staff was great we had a large crew of 22 and they were very patient and caring. We had a great after noon of fun. We will return again for sure.

This place is a little off the road, but is family friendly and a blast for all. Restrooms were clean and when we had an issue with a game they were quick to help. Plus they have ax throwing!

We were visiting Galveston last week from California. We had so much fun at this Go Kart place! Go-karts were affordable, priced at $17 for two rides. Not the newest model, but the riding experience was awesome. The facility was clean, especially the restroom! All the staffs were friendly and patient. Highly recommended for families! Well definitely come back again next year.

Half of the game machines are either broken or down or the two player games have only one console working. There is a pool table in the corner of the room with walls 2 feet away from table, brilliant idea! Go karts and bumper cars have nothing like what you see from their website, also overpriced for go kartz. Well this is the only place on the island...so you dont get to choose

Good place for go karts for your kid 3-12 years old. But if you are looking to come here whit your adult friends and have some racing then forget about it. Place is overall dated and dirty.

We had our sons birthday party here and it was terrific! They are very accommodateing and friendly. This was a really good value for the amount of fun we all had! Plenty of arcade games, air hockey, go-carts and snacks! We had kids from ages 3-10 and they had games for everyone. The double go carts were perfect to take the little kids for rides. Fast clean cars and they ran great! Rain or shine this is a terrific place to take the family!

Virtual reality was fun. My grandma had the rollercoaster for the first time in her life and shes asking for more like a kiD

Place is very run down, most of the attractions (excavators, bumper cars, and axe throwing) were unavailable and the arcade games were all very outdated and worn. Didn’t bother with the go karts because they looked clapped out. And unless you love your kids getting stung by yellow jackets do t have your party here.

We had alot of fun. We spent just under $200 for the arcades, vr, gokarts,etc. We did nearly all the activities. This place is near the seawall which also is a nice view to enjoy along the way. Other than that the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
