I had a close friend that lived there,very quiet place nice people who reside there deffinetlly a family neighborhood vibegood maintenance staff also

It seemed to be clean

They do not fix anything at all we rented from them and we had to fix the front door and we couldnt even locked the door because the door wouldnt shut someone in the house before us hung his self didnt even tell us that. We had to get the wall fix and everything else

So far its a nice quiet place to live

My girl has been there seven years. The management has always taken care of the property and any issues that she has had. I would give it five stars but like any large apartment complex or housing development you occasionally get some neighbors that arent so great. Overall though, I see why she stays there.

Very friendly people that own this property. Very quiet place and they dont allow drugs and drama and thats why i like living here

Nasty place to live if I could give it less stars I would. Tenets are always asking for major repairs and nothing is done. Roofs leak walls falling apart. Windows broken. Not fit for animals much less humans

Just the best damn place in the world to start a family and raise kids....
