Anytime you visit this home location you will notice it is always clean and everything is in order. It’s noteworthy that Cars leaving the area were careful to drive slow on the streets

This is my home, it has been for almost 6 years. It is a wonderful place to live.

Nice clean trailer park, Mark takes good care of his trailer parks. He wants to keep it clean and he doesnt want his parks to have a bad reputation. If you are lucky enough to be able to rent from Mark you can rest knowing this park is clean and well kept.

Rented a place from him great person to know an rent from very honest man.

Zero stars. Why are you only showing pictures of cars, trucks and people? Would be nice to see pictures of the park.

I was looking for a place a few months ago, to rent, and after seeing an ad online for one of these homes for rent from the home owner, I decided to see the place. Its very clean but children were running behind the homes and screaming/playing. It was disturbing and I didnt understand why, when there is a large open area at the entrance to play around and then theres those childrens homes they could be playing around, instead of running behind everyone elses. This place has potential as a peaceful place to live.

Quiet neighborhood, even for a short period of time. Friendly neighbors and very clean and maintained.

Visiting in the summers are the worst. Children run and ride bikes in front of vehicles trying to enter and exit. The road isnt for playing, its for moving vehicles.

Drama filled Trailer Trash people at its best.
