Husband and I have been here several times. The theater is kept very clean and the staff are very polite.

I love taking my children here to see movies. I love that they do things with the community. Not long ago I won a year pass. I also was able to see Frozen 2 with our dentist thanks to both of them. My children loved it.

Nice little theater. Attendants were nice. The theaters were nice and clean with a comfortable temperature.

I went there last weekend and watched call of the wild and this theater was so amazing the seats were so confy great workers and amazing services.

So me and my dad went here when it first opened and we went in and the people and service was good but… it was pretty cold in the theater AND there were bugs behind the screen and u could see their shadow on the screen witch grossed me out!

DMAX is a great place to watch digital movies. The concessions are good and the popcorn is excellent!! I cant get enough of it. The atmosphere is great and there is on duty security (police officers) during the weekends. The theaters are clean and the employees are accommodating to our needs. The theater is clean and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The carpet in the main lobby is clean and not stained and not to mention well lit. The prices are posted for everything they provide from candy, popcorn, drinks, bottled water/drinks, hotdogs or dipping dots. Watch for concession deals, which are regularly posted on the dry erase board. A few games to pass some time and never to crowded. Chairs are movie chairs and not recliners, which are a small draw back but the movie quality is excellent . Did I mention no reservations! No need to fear of being the last couple in and seated at the front of the theater just ask or check. Employees are a great help. I really enjoy going here and I think you will too!

I have always gone to watch movies in this theater and their service is always a awesome. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

On vacation and took family to see Lion King. We loved the experience. Found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Had the best movie theater popcorn!

On January 13, 2020 I tried to get 3 movie tickets for myself, wife and step daughter. I got denied getting a ticket for my step daughter because they needed proof of guardianship. I was going to spend my money here but if it’s that hard to get a ticket I’ll take my business else where. Denton has recliner seats anyways.

Saw Bohemian Rhapsody today (Tuesday) at the 4pm showing. Movie was very good but this review is about the theater. First I was greeted as I entered and the young lady was very pleasant as I paid for my tickets. The best part of the transaction was paying $4.50 per ticket! I guess Tuesdays are slow for the theater and this price is offered for any movie showing. Such a deal! The movie was showing in one of the smaller theaters and my friend and I had the theater to ourselves except for two other patrons. The previews seemed very loud but the movie volume was perfect. The theater was clean and the seats were comfy. I didnt have snacks but theyve always been good in the past. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Very enjoyable late afternoon movie!

Love that we have this theater here in Cooke county that plays first run movies. It is clean and the staff is super friendly!

Love this place. Only problem is dometimes the sound will be turned down too low. You can hear the music but voices you have to strain to hear. Hard on us old folk.

This is a nice clean theater with friendly associates.

This was the 2nd time I have gone on a field trip here with my son and his class. The staff here is amazing and are always so sweet. I love being able to enjoy these trips with him and that the staff helps to make it an enjoyable experience for all.

This place is a rip off.... They tried to make us purchase an Adult ticket for a Child on a R rated movie. I would understand this if the movie was rated NC-17, but the movie was rated R. It was written nowhere that this was so. The website just states that a parent must accompany a child..not that there was no child tickets

This is the perfect theater for a small town like Gainesville! The snack and drink selection is great, workers are friendly, theaters are clean and comfortable, prices are nice, and the amount of movies they show is pretty great. I will say the sound is usually too quiet, and Ive had one experience where the image on screen was cut off at the edges, so its not going to win you over with technology.

The movie was real good but it was freezing cold inside the theater i couldnt enjoy the like i wanted because i was so cold

Overall the theatre was nice and clean. The cashier seemed to have a small attitude problem. She didnt say thank you after we paid she made a funny face when she asked if we wanted something to eat and we said . We enjoyed ourselves.

They have headphones for those of us who are hard if hearing.

For a small town movie theater, its above average. The picture and sound quality are excellent. The price of concessions are a little expensive, but in this day and age its what I expect(not to mention entirely optional). Ive paid higher prices in the metroplex, so I cant complain. My only real complaint would be the theater could be a little cleaner. I have never sat in a dirty seat, but I have seen a few pieces of trash and sticky floors when I take my seat. But, with the comfy seats and great audio and visual, I forget about it when the movie starts. The theater size isnt huge, which I think is great, you dont feel like you are sitting in an airplane that gives up comfort for maximum seating. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Run by a bunch of religious freaks now! They have gone off on me twice about bringing my children to scary movies. I was refused entry once and charged a higher price to get them in the 2nd time. My children are not even that young. They are very intelligent, well rounded, highly respectful and fully understand that movies are fake. After tonight I wont be back. Ticket prices are fair, military discount is nice. Consessions are pricey. Our theater was neat but the floor very sticky on the row we chose.

They dont turn the lights completely off during the movies, but its a nice local theater. Id rather go here most of the time than drive an hour to get to the next nearest movie theater. They also have discount movie tickets on certain nights.

We attend this theater frequently and would classify this family as regulars. Their advertised movie times are frequently wrong. On several occasion we arrived hours too early. Concession and staff is decent and theater is clean. Just be sure to double check scheduled showtimes.

Weve had a great time every time weve been. The sloped seating keeps the dark tower blocking my path! scenario from happening. Food prices are like any other place, on the high side. Overall a great place to go. We prefer Dmax over Sherman or Wichita.

I’m giving them just three stars because their website is not always correct. Twice now I’ve driven 30 minutes to this theatre only to find that the movie listed online is not even showing anymore. This is unacceptable. Other than that it’s a decently clean place to watch a movie. The employees are friendly also. It’s a shame that they can’t update the website correctly.

The people running the projection booth during The Last Jedi had the volume turned up so unbelievably loud I now have permanent hearing loss in my right ear. Wish I was joking. Will not be returning to this theater.

I have searched and searched for movie times and listings. You guys need to fire your web guys and hire someone that can deliver at least a modest 3 to 4 click to find your listings. I give up. I am going to call them on the phone. What a POS

I only say 3 stars for this one visit because I went to see the movie Split last night with a couple friends and some annoying children that had no business being unsupervised in a movie theater that were running back and forth, in and out and making lots of noise. However, one of the employees took care of that issue BIG PROPS TO HER.

Unconfortable seats. Popcorn suck and pickles are nasty. Cineamark in sherman is 100 times better. Also the candy is melted. This movie theater is the worst I ever been to.

We came to see the nut job 2 today for my sons birthday but the times posted on the web site are different from the times on line. We had to see a different movie.

Please clean your theater rooms the floors are very sticky and food left under chairs with trash.I have noticed you have plenty of help standing around laughing and not doing anything that looks like they are working. Otherwise it is great theater.
