Paddiwhack is my favorite store to browse for gift and home decorating ideas. I most recently purchased a David Marsh table that I LOVE and the owner helped me select matching chairs that also look amazing. He also helped me with selecting Company C rugs last year. I appreciate that each time he took the time to try and and find out what I really wanted. All of the staff were so friendly and went the extra mile.

Yes I just love the place it has a great feel.Upon walking through the door I knew I had found my place to shop in Gainesville ! The small staff is kind and helpful, but willing to give you the space to browse. I especially like Dedria, she has a great eye and helped me from making a big mistake. She worked with me to visualize how small the chair that I was about to order would be in my home. She was right I ordered the larger chair and it turned out great.When it arrived the owner delivered it himself taking the time to arrange my other furniture before he left. I now have bought three pieces of furniture from Paddiwhack and I cant be more pleased. I sometimes just take a walk through to see the great new finds and visit with the crew there, hope you like it as well!

I have been a regular customer at Paddiwhack for at least 20 years. The owner is a longtime Gainesvillian, knows the community well and goes out of his way to support local artists, which counts with me as much as customer service and variety of quality merchandise. Ive purchased raku panels, sushi dishes, paintings, unusual holiday decorative fare and so much more for my home and as gifts and have gotten to know vendors such as April Cornell, Barefoot Dreams, and Giusti pottery (to name a few) that otherwise I would be unfamiliar with. A true gem of a gallery Gainesville is lucky to have!
