My family has been coming to the bowling alley for the past 20 yrs. The people are always friendly and we always have an amazing time.

My kids absolutely loved this place the environment was pretty laid back felt comfortable with letting my boys actually be boys.The bowling kinda lingered because all the shoes and lanes too to be updated but the arcade and lazer taggggg was awsomesauce!

A three because we just go to have fun. Recently though, it hasnt been to much fun because the lanes always fail some way or another then we are asked to move to another lane and it too fails. You knock four pins and it gives you a 6 and then the lane gets cleared and you get a new batch of pins, you knock a few more and you get a zero.

Was there with my son . Everyone was really nice the food was great. The bowling area needs to be updated bite other than that its a great place to go

This place is of historical significance and should be protected from being torn down.

This is a fun bowling alley. We love the murals on the walls.

Bowling, arcade, laser tag. Fun for everyone in the family. Laser tag is an excellent way to wear out kids and adults alike.

I would give this a no star if I could...Played my bowling game only up to frame 8 and the game was cut off and when went to counter to asked if it can be turned on to finish the game she began with the biggest attitude that we weren’t gonna be allowed to finish the game with paid for... And when we asked to speak with management she said there was non as she is the owners daughter... I ask politely when she would be in so I can talk to her.. the girl then becomes furious with that question... Also the cook never washed her hands or put on gloves to cook the food then served it.. ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I have Evered went to bowl with friends every time it’s the same thing on a different day they need new workers who won’t be rude with an attitude

The facility ok. The staff is not friendly to outsiders. If you are on a league at the facility they are much more accommodating. The day we were ther their credit card reader was not working. Probably will not go back there again. I live in Dawson county, so stars and strikes is about the same distance much better facility.

Service and employees were great but the price is always different. We bowl in groups of twenty and all that money for one game isnt worth it. The other place give us deals. Fun Tastik is closer we talked about it after the game it will be awhile before we go back there

Had a great time with family here. Concessions are hot and fresh. Fair prices and promotional events to save $ and still have fun. The arcade part could improve by having more prize options.

The machines are often faulty and they never refund. We have fun though

They literally paused a group of 10 in the middle of bowling to add a new player who we didn’t even know, and in the process they skipped someone’s turn. On top of this, no arcade games have tickets because their employees were too lazy to restock. Absolutely terrible, would just go the distance for stars and strikes.

Loved it, great place for families but arcade is a tad bit too small.

Bowling was a complete disaster. Took over an hour and a half to bowl one game with 3 people because machines weren’t working balls weren’t coming back, pins weren’t resetting and scoring was wrong. After one game we were over it and couldn’t get a refund just a credit for next time. Nothing will get me back there!

Workers are never where theyre supposed to be they are always getting food or bowling but other than that issue its a great place to be. Also they are very dirty her there was vomit on the carpet so beware.

Ive come here twice now. On one visit I went bowling and the next time I played laser tag. Overall, the experience was decent. The bowling was nothing special and the bowling staff was less than hospitable. However, they do have a decent sized game room with a variety of games to play.Overall, I like their laser tag course and the rates are some of the best rates Ive seen around. However, there are a few major issues with their laser tag course. First, they put these flashing targets on the wall to help you earn points, but Im not a fan of these because it feels like it tags away from the main principle of the game which is to tag other players. Maybe this feature is to help smaller kids earn points easily, but I still dont like it. My second problem is the upstairs area. To get upstairs, you have to go up a very long ramp with a small (maybe 3ft) wall that leaves you completely vulnerable to anyone upstairs as you go up or down the ramp. This negatively impacts the gameplay because you should be able to strategically traverse most of the course without getting hit. For example, one game that I played, there were two adult snipers covering both ramps. Which meant if you even considered going near the ramp, they could get you out 2-3 times before you even made it to the top (even if running which youre not supposed to do). A better way to build the course would be to add additional entrances and exits to the top floor with shorter ramps or higher ramp walls to allow you to duck and avoid being hit.Like I said, overall, I still had fun, but I think the owners have some room for improvements to optimize the gameplay experience for everyone.

We love it. Always take our grandchildren here when they are over. Fun arcade games and bowling, and they enjoy the laser tag the most.

All bowling shut down on Sunday for leagues.So much for our day. Nothing else to do in this town when it’s cold.

Lanes suck pins are trash

The lasertag arena was very well layed-out and symmetrical and the staff was appreciably friendly. Ive been to many different lasertag arena and I would recommend this place to anyone in the local area.

Overall bad experience. Went to bowl and play laser tag but right from the start I was getting a bad attitude. When my friends asked if they could have bumpers because they are beginner bowlers they were rudely denied. Then when we went to return the shoes the employee was rude for no reason. After that we went to play some laser tag. When we were done we sat down in a seat to an unplugged game and were yelled at by another employee. This employee did not yell at another group of customers who were doing the same thing we did.

Yes I was here and they had no food so I had to run across the street to the gas station. Then I had to order pizza and I had to eat it out side in the hot weather like Im not happy than I had to wash my hand and they had no hot water expected more

This is the most horrible experience we have ever had bowling. Save yourself a headache & being treated like garbage and drive to Buford. If you do go here, dont dare ask for help (even if a ball gets stuck) or you will be eyerolled and/or totally ignored.

Used to come here all the time, now the staff is horrible and extremely rude. Came to bowl with a group of friends, were rudely told we couldnt use bumpers when we are all terrible bowlers.Later the 16lb ball that we were using was apparently a problem ball, and kept getting stuck in the back. We waited almost 20 minutes two separate times for them to fix our ball return, eventually we switched to a 14lb ball, AND THAT STULL GOT STUCK.Im not sure what theyd do if you used one of their 18lb balls, but they yelled at us for using their heavier balls. Didnt even offer to change our lane or anything.Later we accidentally hit the pin sweeper, since we had no indication their turn was over, and after the ball was already rolling the sweep came down.They shut down the lane, and then yelled at us for an accident. Not coming back.Better off driving to dawsonville to bowl, at least the ball return will work.

Lanes need help, service is terrible, helped a large group even though we were there first, sometimes things are ok but ..

Went on a Sunday for there weekend special and they would not honor it. She responded that they only honor it, sometimes, when they are not busy. Did not acknowledge us when we walked up and was yelling over the intercom for an invisible worker to get a ball that was stuck on lane 2. General bad atmosphere with rude workers, we walked out.

Worst customer service ever. All the ladies here are mean and hateful. The lanes absolutely are atrocious as well. Not well oiled and maintained. Looks like a place straight out of a late 70s disco. Not in a good way either.

The bowling lanes dont work the lane turns turn off

Awful experience... lady was so rude and just yelled at us for no reason. Everything there is way over priced and the lane just constantly broke. Never going back there, hope they run out of business.

Service is subpar. Place is a dump. Family owned so they feel special. Will never return.

The bowling portion is old so the lanes are clearly uneven and half the bowling balls have a flat side, which isnt that big of an issue except for the fact that almost ALL of the employees are rude and unprofessional. We took my nieces and nephews so there were 5 little kids with 2 adults, when we got done and we put our shoes on the counter one of the kids dinged the bell, of course we know how kids are so they all ran over to ding the bell, about 3 songs in the lady behind the counter snapped stop ringing the bell! This is the same lady that the whole time we were bowling she was on the phone cussing and yelling about something right behind where we were bowling with kids. And when one of the balls got stuck in the middle she got upset over it And yelled for another employee to fix it. And the last time we came ot took 30 minutes to get a labs and start because the same woman sat and talked to someone else about gossip and when we asked if we could get a labs she said give me one minute and went back to talking gossip. We then went to the arcade portion and werent in there for 5 minutes and another employee proceeded to tell across the room at someones elses toddlers for pushing the buttons on the game too hard, then when my niece walked over to the same game started yelling what did I just say before my niece even touched the game. I told the employee that it wasnt our kids hitting the games it was the other persons kids and she just said well they all look the same to me and we dont want our machines broken. Horrible employee service.

Terrible service. The lady at the desk is currently ignoring me. I have been waiting for an hour and half for a lane and she is seems annoyed that I am waiting to give her money.
