Love this place for my girls. There are plenty to of different bounce houses and slides to entertain them both. I love how secure it is as well. The staff is always nice and friendly and the price is perfect. One of our favorite places to visit!

I like that the price was only $10 which is reasonable. They have an area for younger kids that the older ones can enjoy as well. Also, there indoor junglegym is awesome which includes a mini trampoline. I didnt give a 5 star because I feel that they have quite a bit of empty space they could utilize more, such as an air hockey table or fooseball, reading corner, movie corner etc. Bouncers seemed to be working on their outdoor playground as well but a + they have one. Other than that clean and no time limit!

My kids love this place! Its very affordable and well maintained. Im definitely wanting to have my sons birthday there in February. From the parties Ive seen them throw, they do an excellent job. Its great they have an outside play area as well. I did play to pay a few times, and then got a member ship for only $45 for my family of 5. 3 kids two adults.

Is a nice place, but it has a few cons, like the male parent in a Volkswagen who drop his kid, blocks the entry road, and spits a storm of insults to women, if gently asked to please park in a space so others can park and drop their kids as well. Many parents have complained to management and nothing has changed.Also, I was told an elder (Mr. Davis) told a kid, that is ok for other kids to assault other kids as long as he (Mr. Davis) thinks it doesn’t hurt.But aside from that is a beautiful place!

This place is great! With everything going on and parks closed this mom needs a place to get out of house and let the child run. They have a 2 and under area for the little ones, a massive jungle gym area for the older ones, inlaftable obsotcle corse and slide PLUS an awesome outdoor playground out back.I can’t believe I’ve lived down the street from this gem for over a year and never went! I will most definitely get a monthly membership.It’s $10/per kid or $40 for a monthly membership . It seriously pays for itself after a couple visits.The ONLY downfall is the wonky hours but I hear they are trying to improve them. It’s really not that big of a deal in the grand scheme for me.GO SEE FOR YOURSELF

Maddy and Cindy were amazing. Maddy was hands on from time we arrived, helping me set up and clean up our room. Very courteous, kind and accessible. Room was clean and spacious. Great experience, will consider again. My guests felt comfortable and had a great time. Thank you.

We are from out of town but dropped in last minute to play. My 3 year old had the best time, he played for 2 hours straight. Its only $10 per kid without a membership.

Had my daughters 5th bday here. Amazing! Angie was wonderful to work with and the employees on the day of were so friendly and nice. The kids had an amazing time and it was so easy on us. We did the DIY option and brought our own food and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

We love Bouncers! My 5 year old daughter could stay there all day! It is nice to have a place to go to inside, that she can get all her energy out! The equipment is age appropriate and facilities are well maintained! We also just went to my nephews 4th birthday there, and the staff was very accommodating! Thank you Bouncers for providing us a wonderful place to play!

Thanks is a great place for toddlers to younger kids. There is a separate play area for the little ones also, which is a big bonus. The little ones area is not small at all and the bigger kids area is great for a small crowd. My family and I just went this weekend to a birthday party and the kids had a blast. While we were pretty sure they couldnt escape the facility too easily, they had plenty of room to run. Only negative to this is that the hours are not quite what we would pay for when both of our children are in school and that is the only time they are open, besides the weekend. If they had a open facility after school hours then we would gladly pay the $40 per month. Also, the bathrooms were a little bit dirty but a bunch of kids doesnt make that an easy task, so I understand it cant be kept all of the time. This is a 5 star place besides the small negatives.Update: There actually is a large outdoors area out back. We havent tried it yet but we definitely will.

Today was my first time ever visiting bouncers and my newly walking 1 year old loved it and my 2 year old nephew they could have played here all day with all the multiple different toys and the slides, trampoline, and walk up areas are a blast for the babies :). Sign up for the membership its a great deal for unlimited visits even when they have birthday parties going on and its a good way to meet other moms :).

This place is awesome to have a birthday party at!! Angie and her staff are very professional and took care of everything for me to where all i had to do was bring the food and kids! Angie was very easy to talk to and didnt mind my 100 questions plus the price was perfect especially if you wanna have a bounce house for your kids party its waaayy cheaper to have your party here ( bounce house rentals are over $200 in Gainesville and this place has multiple ones and its inside so the kids weren’t all hot and sweaty) plus they have a large play house area that my kids loved! And its inside which is great for this florida heat!! My kids were begging to go back soon because they had so much fun! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If i could I’d give them ten stars!! We will definitely be back just to play in the future! ️️️

We had my daughters fifth birthday party at bouncers. All the guests had a blast. Your guest have the opportunity to play in an age appropriate area. There is even an outdoor park. They offer extras such as balloons, cotton candy and disposable dishes for convenience. The price was competitive for what they offer.

You get what you pay for when you book a party at this place. I booked my son’s birthday party a month before his birthday and received calls to confirm and arrange the details couple of times. I even left them a voicemail the day before and got the confirmation email for all the details and the deposit I paid. At the day of his party, we were told to be there 15 minutes earlier which we did and that was when they notified us that they’re not aware of any party under my name and all the rooms are full. They then directed me to one room which was not a party room and it was full of stuff. We started cleaning and arranging the room so it looked like a party room. Some of our quests were also helping which was imbarassing. After me getting mad and yelling at them they switched us with another room with no tables. Then as I begged them they started giving us one table or bench at a time. Long story short, the first 45 minutes was passed just decorating and moving benches and yelling at the poor staff that were just trying to calm me down. All this time there was no manager to come and talk to me only bunch of teenagers that didn’t know what’s going on. All these made me so upset and ruined my son’s birthday, we didn’t even have enough time to take pictures or talk to guests. The room was about to explode because it didn’t fit the right number of people (22 kids and parents). I originally reserved the big room. I will never celebrate my kids birthday at this place and I will never bring them for playing and I suggest you do the same. They just care about money and you could really feel the lack of management.

Worst place to have parties from!! Don’t do it! You’ll REGRET IT! I paid for services that weren’t given to me in my party package. Instead of telling me, they didn’t have enough staff, they LIED!

We signed up to try this place for one month. After the month we decided NOT to renew because we really didn’t find it that great for our toddler granddaughter. When we signed up we made it specific that it was for ONE month! We never agree to anything being auto renewed on our credit card EVER! That’s just how we roll, it’s bad bad practice! After the month was up we stopped going as the manager can clearly see because you have to sign in and we DID NOT! However, my husband checked his credit card and found that they had charged us! There again, it’s bad practice when a company retains your credit info! My husband “finally” was able to get through to discuss it and so far my husband has received one ugly email saying he would check on it and all this other stuff blaming us and that’s it! We TOLD them one month!!!! See, they’re, hardly ever open which was another reason for not going and when they are there their focus is on birthday parties! They won’t even answer the phone when they’re giving a party, you get a recording saying their doing a party. Why? Beats me! You would think they’d be staffed enough to have someone in the office for their “other paying customers” and someone to help with the party especially when paying $41.20 a month and considering the hours their open! Yesterday I called and left a message with a staff member. She said she was calling the owner and would get right back with me! No response AGAIN! I called this AM and got the recording about they’re having a party and couldn’t answer! I’m fed up and I want ALL my money back! I’m giving them today then I’m contacting my credit card company! Don’t waste your money on this place, it’s not worth it even without the complications we’ve had with them! Whatever they answer back here to this post and IF they do just know that it took THIS post to get an answer as NOTHING else worked and you know ... that SPELLS TROUBLE right there when posting a negative is the only way to get someone’s attention.

The place has turned into a real dump. The owners treat the staff like slaves. Don’t waste your money or time on this place. It’s completely filthy a great place to expose your child to mold.

While the facility is nice, hours are convenient, and staff is friendly, this facility is a member ONLY facility. If you are visiting from out of town and do not have a membership ($40/month), do not make plans or consider visiting in your day as there is no pay to play option. If you do have a membership, it is certainly nice option to have for an indoor activity!

Weve been really missing a place like Bouncin Big Jr. since it closed. Bouncers is really nice. Theyre more set up to handle parties. They do have an area that is exclusively for toddlers.
