I love this place it is so beautiful. They have 2 lakes, hot tub, basketball court and a pool table plus a few swing sets. I would not mind living here at all. A great place to raise kids.

Feels like an actual community compared to other places my family has lived.

Great place to live when we dont have a bad manager hope the new guy does right I havent met him yet but have heard nothing bad so far its a mobile home park with swingsets a basketball court two pools the small one has heat but they never fix the heater in the big one properly its always ice cold theres a hot tub that has issues sometimes but not on a regular basis the bathrooms both have a sauna and showers as well as toilets sinks etc theres a overpriced soda machine coin laundry pool tables and lots of paths but none of them connect except for the common (main street) they have weekly bingo and other events and a ballroom you can reserve three man made lakes with fish turtles and ducks not a good idea to get in them though only a couple feet deep and the rest is muck still looks nice the only main problem here is the back gates on auto mall dont open with the key that opens the other sides gates frankly I dont think there is a key but its like five feet tall so if your tall enough you can just reach over and open it kinda defeats the purpose but it wasnt my idea I miss just walking through the holes in almost each fence someone did a long time ago

The gardens dont do their job theyve got many blind spots for the elderly to get attacked its a really the management there is terrible

Looked into purchasing a home and the lot rent is $1200-$1300+...........thats absurdly ridiculous....might as well keep paying rent at an apartment. Wow.

Pools in summer are AWESOME. School districts are great Playgrounds could be updated

Nice place. lots of parking, ducks, lakes, playground, bball court, 2 pools, spa, rec room and bingo.. nicely kept grounds..

For a mobile home park, its pretty nice!

Lived here for 20+years and its not the same as it use to be. I tried to put up a jumper for my kids birthday and was asked to take it down for liability reasons. Playgrounds are outdated, crack heads using the pool bathrooms, parking is terrible. Management is always changing so every year there are more restrictions.
