Space rent is too much in the cost of the mobile homes there is outrageous but have a nice rack room and pool and parking is pretty good... Clean and well-groomed

Spaces are over priced and management continues to raise space rent on these fixed income renters. Very sad. The views from the area of the foothills are pretty. Clubhouse is outdated and needs a complete remodel. Must be 55 or older to live there.
