Great facility. I remember going there as a kid to the 4-H camp in the summers. Recently visited for a business meeting set up by Eddie Mercer agricultural services. Still a great place.

Went for CREDO. Great time

Lush landscape adequate bedding and old camp style dorms with pool and sports area even playground. mess hall may double as a event room there is a large open aired meeting area with a roof and seeing as well. mild temperatures in May and cool nights mean its definately no need for central air. the skinnier folk and those from the tropics may be cold on rainy days and at nights but the cabins are warm. heated showers are also an amenity.

This is the camp where we have our Via de Cristo weekends. We used to go to Nawakawa up in PA, but Im glad to be back at the 4h camp. The facilities are adequate. The grounds are well maintained. We have always had wonderful spiritual retreats here. Check it out.

I attended some work-related training here. This was the second year I had been there. The facility is clean and not as cold as the Denton 4-H facility. The staff that prepared the food and refreshments were courteous and well organized, though the rolls tasted a little old (definitely not fresh). Parking is a little weird. The lot seems to hold approximately 50 cars comfortably, all over that and you have to park on a grassy/dirt hill, and walk down to the conference hall (of course you have to walk back up afterwards). The acoustics are so-so, not bad for a large room. With the system they have, you can hear speakers pretty clearly from the back of the hall. The place isnt cozy, many 4-Hs arent designed to be. Its a clean, neat, and efficient meeting hall. Thats it, nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose.
