Nice museum. I had so much chill and relax when I got in here.
Weve gone for the Trick or Treating event for the last couple of years and had a good time. The kids enjoy the different stops and I enjoy seeing what historical or pop culture figures that staff and volunteers dress up to resemble. Its a fun event and a good fundraiser for the park.
This was a fun way to spend the day! I took my 2 and 5 year old nieces and it was so fun for them and informative for me. We had Diane as a tour guide and she was full of knowledge and answered all of our questions.
Its a great place to learn about history. Wonderful people. Beautiful manor house.
Nice history lesson for the kids. They can play with old toys and dollhouse. Loved all the authentic historic pieces theyve collected in the kitchen. You can take a guided tour or self guided. Loved the carriage barn and the ice house. The blacksmith shop is not always part of the tour, but it was this day. Really enjoyed it. The grounds and gardens were a little messy, probably due to so much rain. Will take the children there again.
Its beautiful here, everyones friendly. The events are well set up and organized and it doesnt cost and arm and leg. Loved it!
Really interesting area for a nice hike or run.
Great place to get kids involved in history. The tour went at a good pace so the kids did not get bored, very interactive. The mint tea in the kitchen is the best.
The WWII reenactment camp was fantastic! It was interesting and entertaining as well.
Great place to learn about Marylands first governor.
Needs more cowbell. But they had santa so it was ok.
