This was our first time to Kentucky so going to the museum was eye opening. Your admission into the place including three other museums and a free tour. Great little gift shop inside and they have an Ale8 machine. This was our first time trying it... I did not know it has caffeine before I let my child try it.Great place to spend an afternoon.
My daughter was planning to take my young granddaughter here and had to change plans last minute. So it ended up being me and my granddaughter going. Im really glad I went and got to experience this place. We learned so much and really enjoyed all of the exhibits. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I hope to bring her back when she is a little bit older when she can absorb a little more.
Awesome displays. They were doing a lecture series and then had music in the foyer area. Impressed!
What a Kentucky gem! This is a wonderful spot to learn about Kentuckys past. Did you know that Willa Brown, the first African-American female pilot was from Kentucky? Or how about chewing gum? Invented right here in Kentucky! Wow!
It has been awhile since I went through this museum but from what I remember I know I didnt spend a lot of time here. I do remember thinking it was worth stopping by and I did enjoy walking through seeing the information presented.
So much in one place. Must visit attraction in Frankfort.
A great display of Kentucky history from early civilization through the current day.
Have visited several times over the years and our kids loved the facility and exhibits. A gem for the commonwealth.
Wish they posted when school kids would be there. They were out of control and so rude. Not very enjoyable
