Nice display. Great to see the donations given to children’s hospitals! Good group of guys. Pretty sure their wives are happy they opened the museum, because where would you store all this stuff in your house, and how would you split an award between four guys?

Not what I thought it would be. As a fan I was pretty disappointed. The museum was kinda neat. The gift shop was disappointing. It looked like a thrift store with old tour shirts and dusty mugs and shot glasses.

It would have been perfect had they been playing some of the 43 #1 hits, instead it was the same recording of a live recording telling people to stand up over and over and over. Definitely made the tour of the museum not as enjoyable. Bathrooms need to be updated.

Just happen to see this as we drove by and had to stop. The ladies that work there are amazing and are true to earth sweethearts. Really enjoyed our visit with them and getting to see all the memorabilia from this amazing group! I have listened to them since I was a young child and still love their music to this day. And meeting Randy and Teddy was the cherry on top of the icecream cake!!! Amazing down to earth gentlemen!

Lot of history in this place for fans of Alabama. I have been three times, but not in the last 6 months. The building was in rough shape but I heard it was being remodeled. I would definitely visit again, maybe in June at their annual fan appreciation, since its only an hour drive from me. I have loved Alabamas music all my life, however never hearing them live in person. I intend to check that off my bucket list this summer.

Visited the Alabama museum today. The museum itself was very nice. A lot of history and memorabilia. But, the staff was very unfriendly and non attentive. Aside from taking our money for entry fee, there was zero interaction. We were so excited to be visiting and they truly made the experience less pleasant. They could have carried on a conversation, asked us questions, offered information regarding Alabama- anything. No “welcome”, “thanks for visiting” etc New employees needed immediately!! Other than that, enjoyed.

I have been a fan for literally years, last year we drove through Fort Payne but werent able to stay. This year we stayed at Desoto State Park (which in itself was awesome) and made it into town. I visited the museum and it brought back memories from my young adult years. The band played with such heart and it was nice to see how they started, awards received and current photos. My thing is I pick up a rock from our vacation spots and now I have my Fort Payne, AL rock to add to my collection. :-)

We were here may 14 of 2017 and we really enjoyed the company. True the museum was closed for remodel but the gift shop was open. The staff was very kind and helpful and she was the sweetest person we have ever met. She gave us a lot of information and was very helpful and took the time to have a conversation with us about the group and we learned a lot of things we didnt know. Plus she was very helpful in giving us information on the area and places to go to get the true feel of fort Payne. We will be back again and make it a point to stop in and talk with her again.

So I was very excited to take my Texas family to see the fan club because they are huge fans of Alabama band.Their was an older lady there today and immediately said that they are renovating the whole fan club and we couldn’t go in but we could look around In the souvenir shop which was fine but She was soooo rude which was very embarrassing considering It was my home town I was showing them.So I tried to talk to her about some questions they had about Randy and Teddy and again the lady was so rude about everything almost like she didn’t understand why we was even there. We actually Bought stuff just because we wanted to listen to a CD of them as we went to the little river canyon!! Seriously You really should look into someone else to work in your fan club because this was terrible Experience! Specially Since your redoing to whole fan club!! THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A ZERO STAR if it was available
