What a wonderful place. Was a little worried with COVID however the staff had that place on point. Wasn’t many customers so worked out amazing for my crew. Place was clean and staff were friendly. Will go again.

Very good, my almost 4 year old loved it and they have pretty good deals too to play the games. All you can play for 60 is all we needed for him. They are also good with this pedemic going on.

It has been a while since we have been out and about since the start of COVID. We thought taking the kids here would give them a little relief from being indoors so long. I am shocked on how much change they have done to this location since the very last time. All the games are practically brand new and a lot of upgrades have taken place. I like how you can use more than 1 coupon at the register and how everything is kid friendly and age appropriate for different age groups. We had a great time!

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with going here. She loves the playground and the small rides. Food is pretty good and surprisingly the rides and games are not too expensive. We didnt do the unlimited pass because she cares more about playing.

Used to be really good to take kids, it’s even better now in the sense that they remodeled and it’s much cleaner but they are Literally charging parents for the entire remodel. With 5$ you can get 30 min give or take now you only get 13minutes!!! It’s insane especially if you have more than one baby. It’s fun but it’s become a luxury to take your child there.

We paid for the most expensive birthday package and expected to get what we paid for... But! We get there and they were short on the amount if balloons, out of the cake that was PRE-ORDERED, the tables were not cleared prior to the cake coming out, they forgot our cups for about 45 mins and our food was not cooked all the way! Not worth the $300 we spent! Will not be going back!

We got the one hour passes for the all you can play. Man oh man the kids had a blast playing all the games they wanted without worrying about how many running out of coins to play. I believe on Wednesdays its a cheeper day for this pass but call first to make sure.

Great place for the kids. Lots of games and at the timed fun cards it’s worth it. The also have points too. The best thing about it, is that it’s only 1 token per game unlike other places it varies. We’ve had many parties prior to its current remodel. But all in all great place for the kids especially when it’s too hot or raining.

It is much better now with the cards in place of coins. The kids can play based on a time limit and not have to carry a pound of coins. They had way more fun. Mine are age 4 to 8. Try it again for yourself and you decide.

We were there last night for our daughters birthday. Just the three of us. The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and fun. The games all worked great. The pricing was fair. Chuck helped sing happy birthday and we were made to feel very special. Thank you for a great evening.

Prices are high even with coupons i paid 60 dollars for 3 kids to play for an hour.

Horrible customer care! We attempted to report a lost wallet and absolutely nothing was done to help. I had to ask them if they could at the very least take my name and number in case someone turned it in! Then come to find out a friends phone was stolen from the same location the day before! I don’t feel my kids would be safe in an establishment like that and most definitely will not be going back.

Chuck E is supposed to come out every 30 minutes and take pictures and give out free tickets..... well over 2 hours and he was never seen! My son whos birthday it was wanted his picture taken with him and never got it! Lots of games didnt give tickets

Eventhough my babies are grown we still enjoy this place every once in awhile.

The hardest part about coming here as a single mother on a Saturday night is Being a man. Not actually having children of my own. And coming while my wife is at work on a Tuesday morning. This place is a blast. It is always clean, and the food is great. The games are loads of fun. Highly recommend

Other Than The Really Rough Non Inviting Exterior Of The Building, The Games Were Updated, Some NEEDED Adjustments We Found Out As We Played Them But Ultimately Everything Went Very Very Well!!! The Kids Of Course Had A Blast... Great Job On The New Card System!!!

Used to be my childhood dream place but theyve messes everything up by remodeling it and taking out great games that have been here for ages sad that their going bankrupt soon

Its gotten better since the unlimited play card they added. Very friendly staff we needed 32 pizza because my work was on a field trip they were very quick to supply us with what we needed and did so in a respectable manner. Kind of a weird smell in there tho like moth balls.

Most games had to be reloaded with tickets and they were not busy. We ate a lil bit of our food went to play and came back to one of the guys tossing out all our food and drinks... They all seemed to busy to help one good thing my daughter lost her card and because I got lucky and the guy didnt toss out my receipt yet they could replace her card

If you sign up to their VIP member site you get great coupons to use! Their new card instead of tokens is much better and a lot of fun to use. Winning tickets is easier. The pizza and boneless wings are delish. I feel my kids are safe in this environment! Friendly staff.

Good job remodeling the place. Only one thing to complain.. All the kids look up to The Chuck E.Cheese guy.. you’re suppose to dance with them when you take them to the dance floor don’t just stand there... and when you are done wave bye bye or something, don’t just walk straight into your office and shut the door on them. Kids were waiting for you to come out and half of them didn’t know what was going on.. when I saw that I wanted to be the Chuck E. Cheese guy for them. He was just lame. Have someone more outgoing&more into kids do it please

Excellent service during my children’s birthday party a few weeks ago.

The people working there dont seem to want to be there. Wanted to order some food, no line, all 3 kept talking as if I wasnt standing there. My son loves Chuck E Cheese but I wont bring him to this one again.

Took my daughter here for her bday. She had a blast , there wasnt many people there especially for being a Friday night. Theres so many tables here. Even if it was packed I would have surely got a table. Theres alot of fun games and the pizza is delicious. Not to forget to mention the staff here are AMAZING. I mean I had the best service ever today and I thank everyone there for making my daughters day the best.

WATCH THE PEOPLE IN THE COSTUMES I dont know Who the guy or girl in the purple hairy costume was but they pushed my son when he was trying to say hi to him after my son pulled on the orange shirt he was wearing. It was a fun place besides that. Some people just shouldnt work with kids!!

We had a great time! By far the best chuck e cheese weve been to. They have a wide variety of games for all ages even the adults! Chuck e cheese is friendly and very interactive with the kids. Exceptionally clean for the amount of kids running around. Kids loved the rock n roll pizza. The new unlimited play makes the trip well worth it.

Kids enjoy the games and experience, pizza is better when you’re a kid too.

Best customer service Ive experienced since Ive been here and Im a frequent flyer. Jazz helped me get the best deal and got our pizza fast and hot. Now a new favorite again. My kids were HAPPY with the points play

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese Ive ever been to. The staff was great! We tried the pizza, breadsticks, wings, and salad bar which were all delicious!! They have the best pizza! Overall, they were extremely clean, had amazing staff, tasty food, and we had lots of fun! Definitely will be returning.

Its a great place to have a childs birthday party! Which is what I did, and for the price its worth it. All of the kids had a great time, all I had to do was bring the cake. She got the magic ticket from the ticket blaster, and Chuck E. Cheese was throwing out tickets to all of the children.

I went with my granddaughter when it very first opened in the morning. It was awesome and they had tickets just sticking in machine because of testing them. They allowed my granddaughter to keep. Very nice manager.

You cant have a play system in place and then get annoyed when children want to take their time to think of what they want as they should. Any rational person have the simplest capacity to understand the excitement that would flow through a child to see the many choices they have to choose from..

Nice and fun place for kids. I highly suggest that they need to wash their carpet more than usual do to the unpleasant smell and find a new way to check people in instead of putting a tattoo like mark on their bodies.

We love Chuck E. Cheese! My three year old son has sooo much fun that we’ve come back two nights in a row! There is a lot to do and it’s pretty cheap considering each game is about $0.26 per play. An arcade would cost a lot more and you won’t have the safety and security you’ll get at Chuck E Cheese. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time. I hate to admit we have been there in almost 4 years. Ive been raising toddlers. Our 9 year old loved the new swipe cards. And the little ones had a blast running free of course.

Nice place, but its manipulating children. Why isnt it money that children learn how to spend money? No its points and some cryptic currency that children do not learn how to use money correctly. My opinion its abusing and manipulating childrens behavior. When I grew up I had money to spend and I knew what each game costs.

Its a friendly place to have a family party for your children. The hospitality is amazing & the works are one of kind. Everyone is so pleasant and respectful. I personally recommend!

We had a BLAST the last time we were there! Pizza was Delicious and the soda was nice and sweet which I love. I also LOVE the new unlimited play card for the 2 hour duration of the party!! It eliminates the kids coming up needing more tokens so to me it seemed more cost effective!! Well Done Guys!!

My granddaughters and I had a good time...FYI buy Time instead of Points for the game cards. They use the points up too quick, whereas the time you can choose how long you will be there and how long they can play. The food was good too. We had pizza. Nice outing for the family.

We went there on 10/12/19. my daughter and I got sick from the food and granddaughter caught a cold. Very disappointed with the new changes there.

My son loves it of course. My only complaint is that, I find it trashy to sell alcohol at place for kids. Im not sure if theres a one drink limit or anything. Just not a good idea to serve alcohol with a bunch of children running around.

The kids enjoyed it, the guy at the door was not very helpful. I had never been there before, so had no idea what to do or needed so kids could play games, so I asked the guy from the door, he bluntly told me I needed a card. He had such a bad attitude.

Absolutely HORRIBLE we hosted my neice 2nd birthday here. We ordered food for the adults it took over an hour to get because they failed to bring the food to the party section, so it was sent back. Once it was served it was directly 5 and the General Manager came out throwing our belongs away to the point where he through one of the kids party tickets away. He stated the rush was because he had another party coming in but upon leaving there were still SEVERAL tables vacant that he could have used without completely destroying my neice party set up, that we paid over $200 for. There was never an apology on his end all he said was he did what he needed to do.

We were here for my granddaughters birthday party. The employees were all very friendly. The party they do is nice, but nothing spectacular. The prices are a bit high, but its a safe place for kids to have some fun. Overall I feel its a good place.

My baby loves it, but it needs renovation. The games are old and for adult itself it needs a better touch. The pizzas are like cicis pizza.

The staff are always friendly here. There is an older gentleman who comes around and makes certain you have what you need. Hes great!!! (Cant remember his name-sorry)The salad bar is sub-par. The lettuce was brown on the edges and the spinache was mostly stems. The hard-boiled eggs were whole and boiled until they were rubber. There are very limited dressing choices. The concept is great, though for $8+ you should actually get good salad.

Very busy, but was so much fun!! I wish they would clean the bathrooms more, but overall, fun.

How can an adult rate this place? My enjoyment was watching the children celebrate their birthdays! Their faces said it all. Their joy made it worth while, but the exit was my favorite part. (I must be getting old!)

Very nice we had a great private party without having to book through their services yet they admitted us to take our own personal cake and decorations we had a great time the manager was excellent in service and so was the staff just had a beautiful time with the kids

My friend and I took our grand kids there for a play date. For 5 kids and 2 adults it came to $71 with $ 20 for extra 100 points. Each kid had 40 points. Then we had to get the pizza buffet so the adults could eat and drink. Kids had a blast running all over and playing games for points. At the end of day everyone turned their points in for a toy. You need a lot of points (1500)to get anything decent. Main thing is the kids had fun! In fact, I did too!

I held my sons 1st birthday party here yesterday on August 18th. I had family drive down from out of town and wanted something stress free. But it was anything but that. We felt as though the other tables were more of a priority. Especially because it took us over an hour to receive our food and a different party that was JUST starting had already received there’s. You pay over $100 and for what? Our server kept apologizing for everything running behind but we should have been given more time because of that. We had to rush when it came to cake and presents and I didn’t even get to share in the cake eating of my sons 1st birthday cake because while everyone was trying to scarf down food so they could clear us out I was hurriedly going through gifts.Also my mother ordered appetizers for the table and it took 1.5 hours (!!!) to come out! Why? Because they said, “we didn’t even think to look back here”..as in they couldn’t find us?!We will not be hosting another birthday party here.

We always have a good time here. Our boys like it a lot. Great for birthday parties.
