Took my son for his birthday and we had a blast! Service was great. The virtual reality was our favorite and of course liked the bar area. Had one drink while our son played. Every staff seemed helpful and friendly.

Perfect place for a family because there is entertainment for everyone. The bar is fun and have all the football games, food is very good and games are fun. The arcade has so many different games and there is virtual reality. Plus you add on tickets which you can later switch for gifts. Fun fun fun

I had never been to 1. The food is good. The games are definitely for the older crowd and I was slightly disappointed

Food was absolutely fantastic. Service was great and we had a ton of fun in the Midway playing games.

Parmesan cheese curds. I have had many cheese curds in every sports bar... But my mouth is watering just thinking about them...Ive always loved Dave and busters... Obvious reasons atmosphere games food cocktails... However those curds are the reasons Ill be returning in the future... My one complaint is going to be...with all this social distancing half the games are off limits...then you got kids just sitting on games not actually playing... I think someone should be walking around making sure people are getting a chance to play... for this reason alone I could not give 5 stars.

Our family decided to go to Dave & Buster’s because I had just found out how they offer 20% for military/veterans on food and non alcoholic beverages and I figured why not give it a try.The kids were more excited than we were once we arrived, they loved the idea of eating inside an arcade and to be quite frank we liked it too! We have three children and they are often very noisy so in a place like Dave & Buster’s they blend right in.We were expecting mediocre food considering it’s an arcade but Dave & Buster’s did not disappoint. We ordered the garlic parmesan cheese curds and those were the best cheese curds we have ever had.For entrees we orders the triple bacon burger, the super stack and mini burgers and chicken tenders for the children. Everything tasted great and the service was top notch!My favorite part is the ability to go burn those calories right by playing some games or in our case keeping up with the kids.They also have a huge bar and a large alcohol selection if you are into it.Overall, great experience and excited to return.

Had a great time with the kids! We went on Wednesday so the games were half off. The food was ok, game time was the best! I appreciated the fact that everyone had to wear masks.

After spending so much money here , i am now reconsidering. Yesterday most of the people didn’t wear masks. So i asked an employee and she said they cant control it. She said as long as i keep 6 feet distance all should be ok.. Mind you its an arcade.. How does anyone social distances in an arcade..

Super super busy! I know its because they are still new to SW Floridians but super stoked we have a Dave and Busters now! Yaaaay!Looks like Thursdays are where the deals are. It looses a star for it being insanely busy like you literally had to wait in line to play a freaking game. The wait for a table was over an hour, but hey we grabbed drinks and played some games. Once we got our table the server informed us it would be awhile to get any food so we ordered easy stuff and honestly was not a long wait. Our food came out pretty fast like 15mins after we put in our order. I did get sick from the food, pretty sure that was my fault, I ordered a steak salad and asked for it rare but it was really rare, like they just braised the outside and that was it. Next time Im ordering medium to play it safe. Overall, not a bad time, pricey, but they have good deals during the week. Good for any game of any age.

My son has a developmental delay..which means he is behind. But when it comes to hand on games, planets, countries and maps, anything with wheels- he can name and put it all in my order from start to finish. My meaning behind this is we go to Dave and busters, and my son loves Killin these games at 5 years old. We love this place. Hand sanitizer everywhere and employees wiping down things constantly. Weve been coming here, I dont know how many times since they opened in fort Myers. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Dave & Busters.-Proud daddy.

Based on info on the website I thought they had pool tables, very disappointed they do not. Games were fun, food was really kinda lousy especially for the price and there sucks were just ok. But I did win a new stuffed toy for the dog, I gave an extra star for that.

Had a great time my first time ever. 3 year year old n 6 year grandkids went they had a blast. Games n food were great. Had to save game cards not to much to choose for small kids to achieve points to earn prizes. Of course had to get something for them. I told them I will help them get more points if we go back next year on vacation.

We really enjoyed our self!! Anytime we’re back in town I plan on visiting again.

They have many different types of games so their is something for everyone. The staff were polite and they were going around sanitizing the games and tables. All in all great place to take the family.

Food and games were a good time. The waiter took a little longer to move us along than we would have liked and smelled like smoke on some of his returns. But we had a great experience overall. The new Cheesecake Dip was so yummy!

Was so happy to find Dave & Busters open. My girlfriend and I enjoyed hours of fun. Every machine was working well and the whole place was super clean. Great place for kids of all ages.

The place is very spacious. Areas of interests are the high end bars with tables and booths, along with sitting at the bar. Massive projection TVs at a corner area for diners that want to be away from the gaming noise. High end games, no pinball ::sigh::, and carnival games for prizes claim with tickets. Two happy hour times and food specials. The smash burgers were good, but the bread was kinda doughy. The ribs, just that it has too much sauce and very sweet. The nachos were alright, just that the chips got soggy pretty quick. However they have a solid sized menu (chicken tenders were moist and batter very crispy and flaky) so many left to try. Come for the games and drinks, definitely for sports nights.

My daughter and I have been there twice, I guess its a good thing its a 45min drive otherwise we probably would be in there eeevvveery day! Food is good and moderately priced, place is very clean with lots of chooses for game to keep everyone occupied. My daughter was able to place for several hours and both times was able to walk away with some pretty nice prizes once she cashed her ticket in

I am so happy that they finally brought a Dave and Busters down here. We had a fabulous time celebrating my sons birthday. There are tons of games. The perfect place for adults and children alike to have some fun and get out of the hot sun. Shout out to Clara, our server, she was fantastic! She did a brilliant job of making sure our drinks and plates were filled. Highly recommend this place!

Good food, good service, all around had an awesome time!

Ive been to this location 3 times now. Each time the burgers are dripping of grease and destroy the bun. I prefer med-rare, but have even ordered medium, which is still dripping.The staff is great, games are fun but obviously overpriced.

For the hype that I was hearing about this place (from the name it carries all the way up in Tampa), I wasnt over the hill impressed. The dining area and bar area are pretty spectacular. Tvs on Tvs in there for any sporting events. The food tasted good too, I got the grilled chicken Sandwich with fries. The fries were cold, but Ill chalk that up to being a part of a large group.The gaming area was ok, I wasnt blown away, as it reminded me of a competitor in Gulf Coast Town Center. That being said, there is a huge selection of games as well.The stars come off because of the service. At first, the lady seemed nice and welcoming. Seemed like she was going to take care of us and be on top of things. As our group grew to about 8 people (18 yr old bday party), I was only able to get a cocktail ordered and one order of beer in during two hours of happy hour, due to her frequent absences. The dining area wasnt packed, it was a Thursday, and only 4 tables had people (including ours). One of my guests went to the bar to order their drink, they got tired of waiting. There was a significant amount of time where every glass at the table was even empty.As nice as the waitress was, she wasnt attentive at all. It took what felt like 10 minutes between the time she took our cards to pay, before we heard back from her too.

I can honestly say I had one of the best customer service experiences at this place than I have had in a very long time! Our server Clara was hands down THE BEST! She made everything so simple and easy flowing for me and my family. From the moment we sat down she predicted and attended to our every need! And we are usually very needy. Above all you can tell that she just genuinely enjoyed making sure we had the best time possible! We also got to chat with manager Casey who explained in even better detail the way the games work.. Best day to go Is Wednesday when games are half priced ! Make sure to download their new app before buying tickets when u go in. They have the best deals. Food cane out quick and was super flavorful not your average bar food! I highly recommend going on a laid back night . Best service then !!!

Face masks required to get in but hardly anyone wearing them once they are inside. Very little social distancing. No enforcement by the staff. Looked like a Covid hotspot, so we left.

It was ok its a bit over priced but over all staff is courteous and kind.

The place is good for the younger crowd. It is very noisy inside but lots of t.vs, arcade games gallore but the food price is a little high.

2 stars because I did not hate it... But!! It was very filthy and short staffed. Considering we are going through this pandemic. I believe they should close. I walked in for about 5 mins walked right back out. They should really shut down. For the safety and well being of everyone.

Certainly nice that we have one here, and its well populated, but there is no support for rhythm games. For anyone looking to come here for Pump XX, which is one of only the few of its kind in FL, they will not raise game volume, making the game essentially unplayable. For the average customer Im sure itll be a good time, but this particular subset of the arcade community is going to be very disappointed. Wouldve easily dumped hundreds in play a year if this were a fixable issue, instead its a 3h drive to Orlando.EDIT: D&B posted that I could contact customer support, but I did this a few weeks after this grand opening and it achieved nothing.

The food here is good, typical bar food nothing really to rave about. Our waiter Zach was the sweetest, kindest waiter we have ever had. He was so nice and accommodating. He definitely needs to be recognized as a star employee for dave and busters.The arcade was really fun and the prices were not bad. Great experience.

Amazing place, though extremely expensive. The reason I gave 3 stars: we were overcharged on the video games by 50 dollars. Because we paid with a card, it took longer than a week to receive our money back. Considering we are not rich and this was a splurge for my babys 9th birthday, waiting forever for 50 dollars to be added back to our account was a major inconvenience.

Excellent game selection!! Also great to watch an NFL game. Food was good. Especially the sliders and the brussel sprouts roasted with bacon was fantastic.Server and game room host were accommodating and well trained. Very impressed with overall operation.For entertainment value alone this is a great option for young and old alike.

Bad waitress pretty much every time we go

The atmosphere is a lot of fun. The pretzel pizza bites were amazing. And, the waitress Clara was great!!! We were seated in a section that had a large birthday party group and she noticed that we had not yet been welcomed and came over to greet us and proceed to wait on us even though we weren’t in her assigned section. This is a sign of a great server. She has a very upbeat personality and is a great asset to the Dave and Busters team.

Lets start with this is a great addition to the area. Games and food... Awesome combo! Gives competition to Gametime and will raise standards. The atmosphere is awesome, the opening hype kinda ruins it but when things start slowing down this will be a fun place to enjoy. Now lets rate some food!The nachos were great. No complaints!The boneless wings is a bit expensive for the portion but the taste was good.The garlic parm cheese curds were ok. Didnt really get that garlic parm flavor in them and they werent fried enough. More than half was mushy.The sliders and burgers were not good. Dry and not good. Also asked for grilled onions over raw, not granted. (side note, the waiters seemed rush and were not good. Could be the over hype crowd). Also, the meat to bun ratio in the big burger seems off.The ribs were good, not great, but good!The fries were fresh and tasted good.Overall, couldve been better. Especially with the wait time due to the crowd, I expected better food. Dave and busters should increase production at Gametime since its died down and hoping Dave and busters doesnt do the same. Will definitely come back to try again when things slow down.

Horrible experience!!!! Waited an hour for our food to find out waitress never put our order in. Manager offered to refund the $20 we paid for a card to play games. After a week no refund on our bank account. Took 6 phone calls with promise after promise it would happen yet never did. They get to keep my $20 and get lots of negative remarks every time I hear mention of there pitiful rip off establishment

Great place for family and friend fun.

So Dave and Busters is like Chuck E Cheese for adults. Drinks, food, vidya games... Earn you some tickets and get (overpriced, but what do you expect?) price. But, if you want a good time, I recommend it.Edit: I forgot to mention about the server we had. Neil, I think his name was? Bar-none, one of the absolute best servers Ive ever had. Seriously, he made us feel so welcome, helped us out with our cards, and even helped my mom and son feel extra special for their birthdays. Management, if youre reading this, do everything you can to keep him, hes a huge asset (and give him a raise, too!!!)

We always have a great time here. The staff is super friendly and helpful with all the games. Fletcher has had to help several times and he’s very accommodating and nice. I would highly recommend going to have some fun adults or families! Also would be a great place for a party!

I’m glade Dave & Busters came to Fort Myers! It’s good to have something open till 2am to give us something to do on the weekend. The A/C is a bit heavy when you walk in so if you someone like me bring a light sweater.Other then that, its great to hang out & play games and eat food

$30 will last about an hour worth of game play. Average drink was about $9. Plenty os screens for games.

Waited for a while to have a server come over , I had to approach the bar for someone then I get Ill be over in a minute. Came over and was rude and in a hurry !Had to wave her down because she said shed bring drinks back and clearly choose not to in a timely fashion. When we asked for refill she came back slammed our drinks on table! I ordered a bacon ranch sandwich and what a joke, not enough chicken for the sandwich no ranch just empty bread, crispy shrimp was gross for 102.00 never never again . My son has never been and this was a special evening as for he graduated high school and will never come back!!!!!

She was very attentive to my family and made sure we werent missing anything. She Would come around to make sure we were all happy and made sure we all were happy. Very friendly and nice I use to hate coming to Dave and Busters you should be honored to have such a wonderful person working for your company. We had great service and the food was great and i was stuffed and had to bring the rest home and it was very reasonable as far as pricing

We will go back but we wont eat. We were the only ones dining and still got twice cooked burnt old fries. Server was nice but didnt put a hold on our food so instead of having a few cocktails playing some games first we were forced to eat immediately. Again the only people eating. But loved the games and prizes.

So so crowded, our first time there, basically an adult Chuck E. Cheese. The serve alcohol and food. Though it did seem overpriced. The tickets/card thing themselves were not expensive and obviously it’s an arcade so they don’t have any amazing choices for prizes. But it is a very cute date idea. I would try going on a weekday for a less loud and overwhelming experience.

Dave and Busters wanted to be good at everything. Restaurant and games. Too much hype for nothing. Gametime at Gulf Coast Town Center is more down to earth and affordable. No hype there.

Came in with co-workers 2 weeks ago and had a blast. Today I had both my kids Birthday parties here and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The staff was amazing! Special thanks to the manager Rich and our servers Savannah and Marsha, who made sure my kids had the best time.

Pretty big with a decent variety of games! Also, they have a pretty good food menu!

This place is the mecca of sports, drinking, video games and shockingly their food is fantastic. The staff are reasonable and friendly. More games here than I could possibly mention. TV screens larger than some swimming pools. Entertainment as far as the eye can see. This is the place I dreamed about existing as a kid. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Had one of my greatest experience here!!!! Not only did I enjoy myself playing all the games and the fabulous food. Thank God for my server Clara on recommending some of her favorite dishes and having knowledge of the menu Ive been to several places and servers didnt know what was in the food but Clara knew the menu like no other and that was a plus for me not only was she kind and quick to handle all of our needs but well be sure to return and request her no doubt.... So glad they back open!! Woohoo!! Gloves and Sanitizer available and people cleaning the machines. Had a great time and some good food and drinks too. The menu is a limited menu but expected that. Too much food to keep on hand for a 25% allowance. Sat near the bar and watched some replay sports while eating. Lol. Some of the games also are shut down to maintain social distancing. Ft Myers can hold over 600 people at 25% so go enjoy!!!

We go for the games. We enjoy that because we were not impressed with the food. After 45 minutes, the only thing hot was my husbands pasta. My burger and kids chicken was dry, cold and flavorless. Well continue to go but after we eat

Awesome food. (Had the salmon and rice) great entertainment. To top it off an hour after eating dinner I realized I left my wallet at the table. Wallet was recovered at lost and found with everything intact!

I’ve Been waiting on a Dave & Busters to come to Fort Myers. When I finally had the chance to go, my wife and I decided to take the kids out.It was everything We expected. The service We received from Marisol was phenomenal. She did an amazing job with us. Great job and thanks!!! definitely will be back more often.

Service for food and drinks tonight was horrible.. After finding an empty booth we waited 15 minutes for someone to even come greet us and get our drink order, obviously by that time we were ready to order food too but she said she’d “be right back” and quickly left. After being gone for 15 minutes she came back with one of three alcoholic drinks and we were finally able to place our order. Another 15 minutes or so went by before we received our other two drinks, then another 15 mins for our food. The only reason I gave a two star was because the Philly Sliders were very good! We still hadn’t received the waters we asked for three separate times, so I ended up going up to the bar to get them. We were finally brought our checks and our server apologized, said that tonight was a “sh*t show” and that she was serving in three different sections.When we started playing games, several were not working properly (not dispensing balls, etc) I didn’t see a single worker on the floor to inform of the issues or ask for the credit to be put back on the game cards. The amount of money we spent I feel as though we deserved better service with drinks, food and in the gaming area. I wouldn’t recommend coming here until they get more workers.

Great place to have family gatherings! We had a large party of all ages and everyone enjoyed themselves! Clara was so sweet and patient with the kids. She made the experience memorable for my family and I’m thankful to her for that! Great chic!
