Great theater. If you go after the sun goes down, you can have the pleasure of seeing how the theater is lit up with all the neon lights; just like they were in the old days. The seats are very comfortable. Look for them to re-open at the end of July. I cant wait. They serve burgers and hot dogs along with other foods not normally found in theaters, as well as regular movie theater fare. They also serve beer. They have assigned seating, and you can purchase tickets on line as well as at the kiosk right inside the door.

Nice movie theater that is clean and modern. The seats are comfortable and the sound is great in the theater.The small arcade inside has some descent games.We went for the matinee and it was very quiet inside. Best time to go if you dont want to deal with crowds of people.Only gripe is that it cost $16 for a large soda and large bucket of popcorn

The theatre overall is fine. Clean environment, very standard. Row O in the IMAX theatre has a poor view of the bottom quarter of the screen due to a weird layout. I was supposed to receive a free item with my ticket that was never offered to me. None of this was a big deal in the long run but Ive had better experiences at other Regal locations.

I don’t go to the movies often, but I went to see the new Star Wars movie. When I arrived I realized that the outdoor ticket counter was closed and proceeded to go inside to use the self serve ticket kiosk. One of the two self serve ticket kiosks was out of order and there was a long line. We waited for about 10 minutes and finally got our tickets. When I finally talked to a person taking the tickets, I told her that one of the machines was out of order and it took us awhile to get tickets. She said she knew the machine was broken and that there were plenty of signs stating we could buy tickets at concessions. I said maybe they should put one of those signs next to the electronic kiosks, and she was extremely rude and said that was my opinion, and there were 50 signs outside saying that. (There were signs on the dark windows outside- 4 of them- I checked) So, I am disappointed that the only person that I spoke with was rude. Just a thought, maybe you should replace the person who takes tickets with an electronic scanner and put a friendly face up front for a better experience. $13 for a movie tickets should allow for some customer service. I would recommend going to a different theatre.

First time in along time i have been to a theater. Took my son for his birthday there to watch Venom. Enjoyed the movie but i had to endure the the smell of urine the whole time.. Cleanliness is not on the top of list here, i expected better from the area. I suggest they clean in between movies (down time) so customers do not have to smell or step in god knows what sticky mess in this theater. I spent over 50+ dollars here, it should be a little bit cleaner! Will NOT be coming to this theater ah again!

This used to be my preferred theater to watch movies at in Fort Myers but the last three times going in the afternoon on weekends we’ve had to wait 10+ minutes to get tickets at the concession stand. Really wish they would pay one more associate to work the ticket stand for better customer service. Still better than Bell Tower but might start making the drive to Coconut Point.

Great sound and screen. Much better experience than standard theaters.I rarely go to movie theaters anymore because Hollywood products are mostly GARBAGE, but when I do hit the theaters its here.

Movie theater is nice but was a little disappointed at purchasing reserved seats that were blocked by seats in front of me and the family. Make sure you dont pick the seats in the first row of the section further from the screen. The handicap seats in front are closer than they appear on the seat map and are on the same plane and not stadium style. The seats themselves block a portion of the screen if you are behind them. Other than that, very nice and clean theater.

This is the second time weve gone here. My sister buys us gift cards every Christmas. Last year when we went it was bad. The theatre was so hot everyone was complaining. Stood in line for over an hour for food. Then this time it was hot again! And when I turned my phone flashlight on a huge roach crawled away! Luckily the move just ended so we left. I cant imagine what was crawling on us. $50 spent. Never again.

Nice theater. Pleasent staff. Use an app to buy tickets prior so you can walk right in without standing in line. Apps like Fandango let you pick your seats. I like that!

I love the atmosphere and the design of Coconut Point. The theater and employees make the experience perfect.

My friend dropped her phone so we used the flashlight to look for it and a worker kicked us out of the movie after only seeing ten minutes of the movie don’t go to this movie theater the workers have always been very rude to me and people Ik coming here Ive also see the workers on their phones. Coconut is the best bet they have good service and employees and are not rude MULTIPLE employees at gulf coast are VERY RUDE!

Watching Star Wars on the big screen can never go wrong. Best theater around Southwest Florida. Go early and catch dinner at Pinchers across the parking lot for some gator tails.

A couple days ago, I would have given five stars. This is normally an amazing theater with good seats, clean bathrooms, and nice customer service. It is my favorite theater. However, I am very disappointed that now you have to select your seats at the box office. So many theaters do that, and my family doesnt like it. We enjoy walking in, scoping out the area, and selecting seats depending on how we feel and where other people are sitting. And clearly, we are not the only ones who feel that way. There was a big line at the box office, and every time someone was told they had to pick their seats prior to getting into the theater, they would sigh, ask if they actually had to, and than they would reluctantly pick a seat, and walk away with frowns and disappointment instead of the normal smiles and excitement. Please change back to choosing the seats when you enter the theater! Thank you so much for reading my review, and please consider it regal.

Smells musty and carpet needs replacing. Both ladies heads were closed, dont know why, but it was a major problem. Seats recline and are comfortable. Like that you can reserve a seat ahead of time when purchasing seats.

Clean, well kept theater with a pretty nice setup. The lines for consession are usually pretty short and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our family enjoys watching movies here.

My wife fell while entering the ladies room. They had a traffic cone put in the corner, and she stepped on it and down she went. The ticket taker ran over grabbed it and put it in the closet, I had to tell him to put it back, so that I could take a picture. The manager treated it like it was a joke, she didnt take it seriously, and wrote very little down about the incident. Im glad my wife did not get seriously injured, but management should be more concerned about what happens in there place of employment. Just goes to show how much was she trained for situation of this sort

The movie theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. But, the outdoor ticket booth was closed, so you either bought your tickets at the machine inside or stood in the concession line to buy them. The line was very, very slow bcz people were also buying their concessions. This shows lack of management planning.

This place needs an upgrade. Reclining seats with foot rests like all the other theatres. And someone to actually check how loud the sound system is during a showing.

We watched an HD stream from the Met last weekend. Fantastic!! Better than seeing a live opera!!Theater is clean and staff is friendly. And they have a nice selection of beer and wine.

Good overall theater. Decent seats for comfort. Basically no line at concessions on a Tuesday night. My Cherry Coke was flat, but they did swap it out with no hassle.

Standard regal theater. Limited beer selection. A bit messy on a Sunday evening. Seats and movie were just fine.

Thankfully they put back the machines inside to buy the tickets cause it was a chaos outside. The waiting for food is ridiculous!!! And lately the popcorn taste horrible like its been there for while. The theater sits are good and is clean.

Basic movie theater. You get to pick your seats which is good. You dont have to get there an hour ahead for a good seat, which I usually do.

The Regal Cinema is a great place though i wish for more places to get your tickets. I like the idea you get the chance to choose your seats.

First off 30 minutes of previews and ads before the start time of the movie is ridiculous. If the movie starts at 8, it should start at 8. Not the ads starting at 8. Second, the imax theaters back 3 or 4 rows are blocked by the row in front of it. Dont sit in row O or back in the IMax, since you wont be able to see half the screen. Terrible planning, clearly no one sat in the back rows to see this.

This is my go to theater. Everything is great except for every time I order the cheetos popcorn it is always out.

This is a great movie theater, the seats are very comfortable and the theaters are nice and big, and the sound quality is great. Watching a movie in IMAX Is amazing, I definitely recommend it. The snack bar is as overpriced as every other theater so no surprise there.

Never have an issue with tickets nor showings. Great and friendly staff and management. Prices are fine for a big chain theater. Seats arent the best but are fine. I dont have to sit in it all day so who cares.

Great theater thats fairy new especially compared to most theaters in the area. They have basic seating, no reclining seats like the Cape Coral theater which does have reclining seats which were recently put in during renovations, the Cape doesnt have imax but does have 3D viewings. Cape also has a great sound , believe they upgraded the speakers which I think sounds amazing...

Love the theater, everyone is very friendly. Ralph and Robin are friendly faces everytime my family and i go. Great popcorn too!

The employees here are almost always friendly when we banter with them and the theaters have decent sound quality and picture as most theaters do. I really enjoy coming to this theater because its bigger and has better time options on top of the friendly staff. The only thing I hate (this is with any movie theater) is that concession prices are way too overinflated for me to ever want to purchase anything more than a ticket, but thats just a given. Other than that, its very tidy and spacious and seating is rarely a problem either.

The theatre is fine..another place doing away with jobs. No one selling tickets. You now have to go inside and do it yourself. With the prices they charge, I hope they are saving a lot of money for the CEOs.

Waited 20 minutes in the concessions line to get tickets and food, and popcorn stale and old. Which is normal for regal, AMC will get my business next time.

Regular movie theater nothing fancy. A bit messy with popcorn and spilled drinks everywhere, employees didn’t seem to thrill to be at work. Great screen quality movie was good. Seats were ok wouldn’t been nice if they reclined. Probably would’ve had a better experience if there wasn’t rude people talking through out the movie. Next time I want to watch a movie, I’ll wait till it becomes available to rent and save myself a trip and frustration. So sad that inconsiderate people ruin outings for others.

This is my first time at this theater and I really enjoyed myself. Comfy seats, decent food, and promptly greeted by every employee. Ill go again for the longer movies just for the comfort.

Horrible service limes take hours to get through so you miss most of your movie and Im talking literally 45 minutes from the time you get your ticket to the time you get your popcorn you wait in each line for a while the line to get your tickets isnt as bad as the lines to get your popcorn then they want you to pick a seat which holds up the line and then you get in the movie theater and those seats are never available so I dont know why they even do it the manager was one of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with in my life I called corporate on them and corporate failed to return my call I would not expect the attitude I got from a manager over more butter on a popcorn very rude inappropriate should not be in a public setting whatsoever at least not as a manager I would highly recommend any other movie theater except that one and PS they should open up a line for popcorn and drinks only it takes so long because they have such a wide variety of junk food it takes them forever to make the food and give it to people

Nice theater but we were not very impressed with the ScreenX.

Two visits in a row the movie video seemed somewhat dull and diffused. Maybe dirty projector glass? Used to have the sharpest, brightest video around.

Always good. Do yourself a favor and hit the dollar tree for your candy and drinks. Its directly across the parking lot, faster and much cheaper than the over priced everything at theaters. Side note, how do they get away with those mark ups.

Clean, nice theater. Since I havent been in awhile I didnt realize Regal has you pick your seats at ticket purchase, so not being familiar with the layout I didnt much like this. Is this so they can bill you for leaving your trash everywhere?Anyway, sound was good, picture was good. Food/ drinks are still expensive.

Located in a nice shopping plaza, the theaters are roomy and the staff are helpful. The selection of food is also pretty impressive.

Horrible customer service and it came from management! Over priced tickets and that is considering that the other same Regal theater 5 miles away is 25% lower ticket price. The air conditioning system is consistently bad which is surprising considering this is south Florida. management is horrible and their professionalism is atrocious!! Do not recommend at all!! Instead visit the Regal Coconut Point Mall location a few miles down the road in Estero, FL. They are superb and their customer service is excellent!!

Worthless company. Phones dont work. Movie line is ALWAYS having TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES and HANGS UP ON YOU. Terrible customer service. Snack lines take forever. Carpets are filthy. Chairs are sticky. Floors are sticky gross. Definitely go someplace - ANYPLACE - else!!!

Theatre was clean, location good, seating assignments when purchasing tickets, need some assistance when a ask for a handicap assessable seat, not the furthest seat away from the entrance or the exit.No fore thought. Need more training or procedures followed.

Typical theater. Not disappointed or thrilled.Just on vacation and wanted to see a movie that we didnt want to wait until we got home. Seemed pretty clean. Staff seemed lack luster. But no biggie.

Theater was clean. The wait in line would have been shorter with more than one window open while we stood in the oppresive heat.The sound quality could have been better. We came to see a musical and the sound volume was so low I could hear others crunching their popcorn. I was disappointed in not hearing the classic movie theatre sound.

The reason I only gave one star is because it was not a pleasant experience. My wife is In a wheelchair there is no automatic door so trying to hold the door and push her in was impossible. then some one who worked there saw we where struggling and walked right by luckily someone else saw and helped. Then we went to the theater and it wasnt explained to us how to get to our seats. We walked in and it splits off we went straight which takes us to the lower seating where are tickets where not so we had to back out in front of everybodybecause there wasnt a lot of room to turn the wheelchair around go back. We to the front and went down the hall to get up to where are seats where. The movie quality and sound where fine but the seats where uncomfortable and the whole theater was just outdated.

I love the kiosk so I dont wait in line!

I’d hate to be the person who writes a bad review but here I am. I reserved my seats ahead of time online. As soon as we get into the theater they don’t have popcorn that they advertise. They ran out of their specials even though they should have planned for a big turn out with Avengers coming out. Last but not least what I am upset about is that our seats were being occupied by a couple who refused to move. I just called the location and they said it is what it is and next time you need to tell us. We aren’t going to miss the movie when we paid to have reserved seats. I’m never coming there again.

This is my favorite Regal location for the Lee County area. Parking is close, the restrooms are clean, and the movie times are usually convenient for my schedule. The concession wait time can be long, so allow time to collect your popcorn, unless you plan on missing the previews :)

I love this theatre and will travel to it especially for an IMAX movie.

It was fine. Messed up getting started it was cold and the popcorn wasnt fresh,but the screen was big sound wasnt over bearing like usual. And it was clean from what I could see

The snack line is usually about an hour long, they need more people working there. They dont have staff members in the rooms, so when you reserve a seat and someone takes it theres no one to help you. And Id rather not get too into it with people, or create drama. Now, the only reason I dont give it 1 star is because the manager at customer service was very helpful. She gave me an upgrade to imax at the next session which was just 10 mins after.

Generally, great theater. Needs some regular cleaning. Last movie we attended, the seats were smelly and the theater was dirty.

The theater seating is outdated and its so crammed that its extra awkward you rub shoulders with the people on your left and right. The price is $4 more per ticket than newer theatres that have electric recliners with its own cup holders. The temperature is also pretty warm not very comfortable to watch a movie.

The seats were comfy I mean definitely not like the la-Z-boy recliner seats they have at some other theaters but better than a metal foldy chair that doesnt recline at all but $45 for a kid and I to go see Dora....are you kidding.. I dont know what kind of salary you have to have to frequent the movies but I work a normal paying job in Florida and theres no mf way...

I enjoyed going to this theater and the staff use to be friendly. My mom and I had planned to meet up at this theater. She got there before me and was nice to buy me a ticket and a drink. She asked the manager if they could hold my ticket so she can go in the theater to get a seat but they refused. She was juggling two drinks and popcorn. She was fine that they refused but when she had accidentally spilled a drink on the floor the manager just stared at her and did nothing. I arrived a few minutes after the incident and the manager still looking at my mom like she was annoyed. What happened to the friendly managers and staff that had great costumer service?!?! The managers name was Liz. This Manager needs to be trained on giving quality customer service.

Good place for movies lots of parking, seating is chosen by you. Not first come first served, place is clean with clean bathrooms. Come early to movie, place gets filled quick.

My experience this time around wasnt pleasant. My movie was set to start at 10:40 me and my family arrived at 10PM which would be pretty early for a movie that starts in 40 minutes....we all wanted popcorn just to find out that the popcorn wasnt fresh(cold & nasty)....I asked how long the popcorn have been up there the cashier couldnt answer that then I asked could they possibly pop us some fresh ones he told me no because they already cleaned the popcorn machine. The problem is they werent able to satisfy the customer they were still open for business but because they decided to wraps things up before time me and my family had to watch the movie without popcorn which pretty much spoiled our experience....I ask who the manager was the cashier wasnt sure who was in charge or didnt want to let me know.....sadly to say I probably wouldnt return a few hours before closing time

Very comfortable seating. We didnt know that there were indoor kiosks for tickets until wed stood in line in the hot sun for 15 minutes though...

The popcorn was perfect and the movie as good as expected. Love John Wick.
