I miss going to movies, cant wait for reopening.

Still rare to get a good customer service experience at a Regal. The ticket sales lady was great. The man collecting tickets would not all package food in the theater. It was my grandsons left over sandwich from lunch. He said it was company policy. That i needed to speak to customer service. He calls customer and the manager comes to the booth. Says it is their policy. I challenged saying why did the lady selling tickets inform us before buying the ticket. He said there are signs on the front of building. I asked for an exception, he gave us one. I was with four kids, we then proceeded to concession where each of us were buying one item. I was then asked to move i. Front of cashier for some odd reason which was exactly two steps. I asked why , he said cause im over here???? Oh. Well on exit i took a picture of front of building no signs stating no outside food. This experience was just not right. Movie was great.

Clean employees were nice and polite. Over all a great experience.

Worst experience.No sign saying what time they open, several people standing around asking with no acknowledgement. Staff was extremely unpleasant, my nephew was trying to play a game that was lit up with no signage saying it was out of order. An employee jumped up saying “that does not work” with a rude tone and upset my nephew.

You can tell a lot from a bathroom. Clean, doors open outward which is great for a man of my stature. Toilet Paper dispenser is smooth so your not stuck pulling out square after square. Sink faucet a lil short though! Highly recommend.

Not so extremely busy, but very well staffed. Never had an issue. Happy experiences. Updated decors / seating/ screens.

Place is a former shell of itself....the movie theater is closed and the shops are a ghost town with most of the higher end clientele resorting to bonita or naples

Newer theatre. Huge screens with amazing dolby sound. Also has the new screen x theatres with the screens that cover the side walls too giving you a feeling youre in the movie. Food options are pretty good. Had a burger and fries. Go early because food does take about 10 minutes to prepare after you order.

We watched a movie with a big group and it was perfect. Not too cold and not hot, temperature wise. Wheelchair accessible and very clean. They have multiple choices for foods and snacks.

The theatre was nice, but certainly could have been better. I know many of the the Regal locations are working on adding recliners, and when I went they still didnt have them. Kind of disappointing as its a very busy area where this theatre is located and you would think itd be a bit higher quality as a result. They also had an issue with the movie where it was stuck on a Windows XP blue screen of death for about 20 minutes before it got addressed.

Went to Bell Tower theater for a nice afternoon movie with the wife. Turned out not so nice. Volume was out of whack, working, not working, muted or just out. Employees of the theater refused to fix it. Will never go to Bell Tower theater again. There are better theaters elsewhere, especially for the price.

Very clean, polite ticket sellers, good variety of snacks. I would give 5 stars but having to pick your seat when buying tickets slows the lines and is a pain in the butt, I prefer to pick my seat inside the theater.

The theater was clean and the theaters were comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint was the prices. Matinee prices were $11.70 per person for adults and kids alike. Student and Military prices are $12.60 and regular prices are $13.70. On top of that was the concession prices. The lady in front of my got 3 kids packs and spent $21. I got a bottle of Smart Water and spent $5.79. Its nice if youre trying to impress a date but not really good for a family night out.

Lion King was fabulous! Movie theater was clean, cool and comfortable. The staff were friendly and personable. The prices for the popcorn and sodas were ridiculous though. Best deal is the large as you get a refillable they only cost about a dollar more each than the small. We bought one , shared the refreshments and the expense and refilled to share again at home. Overall a very nice way to spend a hot afternoon!

The movie we wanted to see was listed incorrectly on line as standard but it was ScreenX. We werent interested in paying the extra money and it was the last showing of that movie. We were disappointed. But we like Marquee Cinemas better anyway due the the comfortable seating.

Clean, well kept theater with a pretty nice setup. The lines for consession are a little long on a crowded night but the staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking can be hard to find sometimes. They really need to consider some stacked garage parking.

Went to the Screen X of Maleficent, thoroughly disappointed. The first attempt was a disaster! It only showed green on the front screen, the sides were ok. So we, all 6 of us that were in the entire theater, walked out. We asked for a refund, they said they would do that, ran my card and I checked a week later and it never showed up in my account. We were given tickets that night as well. We then went the following week, this time it worked, however, the entire movie did not do the sides like I expected it would. Only certain scenes had the sides. Not sure if its supposed to be like that or not!Advice, save that extra money it cost to go to the SCREEN X movies!

Very clean theatre with comfortable seats. You can reserve your seat. But snack bar very overpriced. $5 for a 12 oz bottle of water. Courteous staff

Purchased gift card. Everything went fine. The only thing I do not like, is that my 10,000 points are now at 3,000. Do not like the fact that they expire often.

Great place to see a film previews are too long, but I realize the venue cant do much about that. Clean restrooms and theatres and great concessions

Nice place to go for a movie night. Just a little to loud. So I bring ear plugs. Enjoy your self at this location

They consistently set their volume levels way too loud. I avoid this cinema for that reason. They are usually willing to do something about it when you ask though.

The prices help the rating go down a star but otherwise the place is well maintained and a great place to go catch a matinee or evening show with you date. The attendants and concessions are pretty nice as well which is important to me. All-in-all, I recommend it.

Great theater, very pricey on the refreshments stuff. Really no matinee prices, seniors really dont get a discount eventhough I noticed a lot Seniors go there. It does play movies that other theaters dont play.

I want to highly praise the manager and staff. I lost a necklace there that had great sentimental value to me. The manager was very gracious and took us through the theater to look, to no avail. However, as we were leaving the young man in the ticket booth saw my husband looking around and presented him with my necklace. He said a couple had turned it in earlier. This was obviously an expensive necklace that he could have kept for himself, but he did the right thing. When we tried to offer him a reward, he deferred it to a charity. It is rare nowadays to find such honesty and character.

Joined the unlimited movie promotion. Seems like a good deal. I needed help finishing the enrollment and the manager wss very helpful.

Saw a terrific movie! Went with my sister to see Downton Abbey. Loved it! The theatre was clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed it very much.

Nice staff, I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could. A little pricey but everything you need to enjoy a good cinematic experience.

The best thing about this place is its clean, other than that theres nothing good about this theater. Medium popcorn and large soda was 15$, and just two tickets for spider man was 35$. They showed it in their new special theater that has a 180° viewing screen, dont waste your money because it was not only bad quality it was only used for maybe 1/3 of the movie. Even the previews didnt come in clearly and the screen was black for most of them, even though nobody watches previews for 35$ youd think that youd actually get to watch them on the screen and not just hear the ads.

I live in Cape Coral, but I always take the trip to Bell Tower when I’m in the mood for a movie. It’s the cleanest and safest theater in the area in my opinion, and I love that they do assigned seating.

Great big screen and some recliners. I wish there were more recliners, but that isnt a fault. The food prices a a bit high, but its a movie theater, so what should I expect.

The chairs got a lot better from before. I like the option of picking my own sit spots. I like their new logo and the rewards from Regal. What can be better? The cleanliness. And I get it is a busy movie theater so you find popcorn around your sit area. Another suggestion is that Regal should come out with their own subscription based program to be more competitive with the other movie theaters.

I had a very enjoyable experience at this theater when I took a trip down to Fort Myers to visit my Grandma and Grandpa. When I found out that my grandma and grandpa had somewhere to go one night, and me and my dad could do whatever we felt like doing, I asked if we could go to the movies. He said sure, and we chose to go to Regal Cinemas Belltower 20. We got there, and this place is huge! It is just an amazing sight to just look at. But the inside, the inside was spectacular. Lights everywhere so many different colors on the walls and floor, I loved it! The theaters themselves were huge as well! I had never seen a theater as big as the one at Regal Cinemas Belltower 20! I also have a good experience with this theater because I watched my first R-Rated movie IN THEATERS at this theater. (It was “Us”, great movie by the way, you should really watch it). There was however one problem with my visit here. Two people in front of me were smoking or something and blowing the smoke up into the air. I am not going to mark it off on the movie theaters behalf because it really wasn’t their fault. It was the two insensitive people in front of me who didn’t care if anyone else could see the movie’s fault. Anyway, I loved this theater and I know you will too.

Always a pleasure. Except for waiting at the concession stand for some popcorn and being told to move to the next line as soon as I get to the front. Then they took the next person who came up. But that stuff happens I guess. Maybe waiting on a register. Dunno but worth a mention. Otherwise great place. Seats are unbeatable and they dont freeze you to death.

The theaters seats were amazing when watching Star Wars. Would recommend going here to watch movies over AMC or some other theater.

Great theater, but they seem to constantly need more people to sell tickets...SUGGESTION FOR THEATER- FORGET ABOUT GUESTS PICKING SEATS FOR EVERY MOVIE!

We came here on a Sunday morning to watch the end game. I purchased tickets for 4 of us. The lines where so incredibly long we couldn not even purchase drinks or food. After 2 attempts each of a three hour movie. It was not possible to get service at all unless we where willing to miss 30 minutes or more of the movie. They are so incredibly under staffed I will not be back any time soon! At minimum try paying more to your employees to keep them! And your customers it not like there margins are small!! Just discussed me with your high ticket prices and terrible service.

Havent been to movies in a while. They make you choose seating at purchase time. Weird, for me. Guess thats what they all do now. Nice seating. Lots of space. Comfortable seats. Popcorn stale, very sad since thats part of the experience.

The seats in row G in theatre 12 are impossible to see over. Even my husband who is 6 feet tall couldnt see the bottom middle of the screen when the seats in front of us were empty!

Im a regular to the movie theater. I visited this theater while on Thanksgiving Holiday with my family. We were disappointed the seating were not recliners after picking our seats.Some friends sat in the front part about 6 rows back and couldnt hardly see over seats in front due to slope design. They had to move to other seats. Also, our popcorn was cold and somewhat stale tasting. Im sure they might have exchanged the popcorn if I had returned it but movie was starting and didnt bother. If I visit that area again Im sure I will return. However, I will be now pro active on seats and refreshments. :)

They now have reserved seating. The chairs seem newer and are comfortable. The lines are short now that you can buy tickets and reserve seats online. There is even an online service that can have your snacks ready. There is lots of handicapped seating, but the trip from the parking lot is fairly long. The bathrooms are usually very clean and well stocked. The speakers and the screen size are just right. Its my go-to theater if I dont want IMAX. They only offer 3D or regular viewing.

Ive been here 3 times to see 3 films in a short span - Farenheit 11/9, A Star Is Born and Bohemian Rhapsody. Always love the experience of going to theater. The soundtrack of these films was so crisp and embracing. The music comes alive and the vocals are pronounced. Particularly with Bohemian Rhapsody and A Star Is Born, I could feel the electric energy dance across my skin as if every hair on my body were its instrument. The musical scores were very alive and I felt immersion into the experience long after leaving the theater. Is there a higher grade than A+? Its been months since I visited for A Star Is Born, yet every time I recall the soundtrack and scenes from the film every hair on my body rises to attention in visceral recollection. It felt as if the entire first third of the film continuously built that musical flight visceral reaction layer upon layer from the very first moment of the film. This theater audio captured the many nuisances of the musical track and recorded an indelible regal memory within my soul.

Screen 20 has vertical lines across it, especially visible during bright scenes. Needs to be fixed or re-calibrated. Stair lighting on the right is missing a cover so the LEDs light up several rows, very annoying. Good sound and comfy seats though.

The last bastion of hope with a working Dance Dance Revolution Machine. May God save us when it breaks down. And no; Gametime and Dave&Busters dont have a DDR machine. So experiencing a true 90s arcade feel is here sadly.

Tons of screens and pretty clean. I dont eat theatre food so I cant speak to that. The major complaint I have is the outdated, very small (Im not a big guy) seat style they have had for what seems like forever.

My classmates and I come here weekly to see movies. Some of the seats have been upgraded to more comfortable, semi reclining ones which are much better than the old ones. I like that you can reserve your seats now, so you don’t have to worry about waiting in line for hours.

We went to see Downton abbey. The movie was great, but I had to stuff my ears with napkins for fear of ear damage. My God it was WAY to loud! Jesus, turn it down!

I love this theater great quality and nice staff. However it is one of the expensive theaters in the area. If you are close great don’t waste your gas going somewhere cheaper. This is a great place usually clean. If you want selection and don’t mind the fares (maybe you have movie pass) this is my go to. It gets crowded fast but there are so many seats and showings so it typically doesn’t affect my personal experience.

The Regal Belltower was clean. We reserved seats through Fandango, and we thought we were getting premium seats, as we paid a premium price, but the smaller theaters here just have the regular seats. Popcorn was good. I had to close the door to the theater myself. I guess someone forgot. It was letting light in, and ruining our experience. Other than that, the theater was ok.

Comfortable seats. Its been years since Ive been to the theater. Was surprised at the price of the popcorn and goodies . Nice to have senior prices for the tickets.

Theaters are very warm.Ticket clerk yelled at and argued with a mother trying to buy her two kids tickets to the Lion King, saying that the kids would just go into an R rated movie and that the theater would have to send a guard to track the kids through the theater. She then yelled at us because we didnt know what seats we wanted to sit in.Its rare that I have a pleasant experience at this theater.

The facilities are high quality and the theaters are plentiful. The seating is generous. The food and beverage selection is varied. Wine, beer, frozen, and fountain. Once you recover from the sticker shock of the ticket price, everything is good.

The ScreenX was not worth the money, poorly done. Movie was good but not seeing it ScreenX and we had to tell the ticket guy there was nothing playing on the screen.

Not the nicest movie theater in the area due to outdated uncomfortable seating, but it is in a great location.. close to a lot of restaurants, bars and stores, all within walking distance. There are newer nicer upscale movie theaters nearby to choose from, which have been built in recent years, providing luxury seating and full bars to improve the movie experience, so there is some stiff competition in that regard. BellTower Movie Theater is pretty basic and tends to be the most crowded theater in the area, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Additionally, it is a huge high school and middle school hang out, due to its close proximity to schools and large middle-class neighborhoods. (I confess this was the go-to hangout spot even when I was in high school 10 years ago lol).

This theatre is the worst. They are constantly understaffed. They usually have one (at most two) staff member(s) selling tickets. The one lady is slower than molasses. There are two kiosks but one is usually broken. The concessions staff are slow and unfriendly. The theatres do not have stadium seating and smell musty.

Service was great! Husband and I went to a late, weekday movie. No lines. Everything was clean. There only thing I would say that brought this experience down was the seating. We are so used to the reclining larger seats now, it was a throw back to sit in the older style chairs that dont recline and are a tighter fit.

Manager did not know how enter a coupon we received directly through Regal so he just refused to honor it. Also tge theater we had was not even stadium seating. Go to gulf coast regal instead.

Great cold afternoon at Regal Belltower....I love this place...

This is the worst movie theater I’ve ever been to. You need to make sure you are here at least 30-40mins before your movie start if your getting food. They are so understaffed. And the cashiers have a hard time handling their jobs. It should not take 5 mins to get a kid snack pack. They need more qualified employees and better management. Last time I came there were 6 people behind the counter and one register open. I would not recommend this theater to anyone. Even if the ticket only cost $1. It’s still not worth it. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Overall a good theater. There is frequently popcorn under the seats from previous screenings and I’ve noticed a significant difference in screen quality in the smaller theaters. In theater 14 the screen over the lens looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and impacted the movie quality especially during brighter scenes. Customer service is always top notch!

Not bad. However overpriced for their non-busy hours. $12 for a morning showing during weekday. I could go to AMC, watch same movie, same time and pay under $10. I think we were the only ones there too. $5 for a regular size bottle of water.

Ok since they took their time out to respond to my 5 stars I owe them a detailed review. I was very impressed with his clean the theater was.The staff was very nice and super friendly. I do frequent this place when the weather gets a bit unbearable, and unfortunately so does everyone else and the staff still responds well.

How can you go wrong watching Downton Abbey? Belltower is my favorite theater. Clean and well taken care of.

Terrible Experience. Accidentally left my phone and left the building after hours. Doors locked and had to watch employees walk by looking at me. Luckily, a women who walked out with me stayed and waited with me till a person came. Was stuck outside for around 30 minutes till we were let in. Got my phone and left for good!On another occasion I had ordered food and waited for it to come out. Nothing came as I stood there watching other people get their food. Asked a employee and they said they would check, nothing. Finally I got a manager (I think) that got my food. Ended up missing the beginning of the movie.Otherwise its an ok theatre with mediocre food if thats what your looking for?

Would not go back to this theater: prices are expensive, seats are uncomfortable and the restrooms are crummy: paper towel holders do not work, there are no hooks on the doors where you can hang your purse and it just generally feels run down. There are nicer theaters in the area for lesser ticket prices.

The theaters are clean, and the atmosphere is perfectly relaxing for watching movies.

I wish it wasnt expensive to see a movie!
