My daughter attended a summer class, once school started and I canceled her membership I continued to be charged random amounts in the months following. Her class was $62 a month but the 3 months that followed a total of $380.19 was deducted from my card on file. Every time we contacted Sean he apologized and said he would send a check. To date he has not followed through and I had to cancel my debit card as a result. I have screenshots of every text message. We have been lied to since the beginning of September when we noticed that we were still being charged. He admitted that the business was struggling and as small business owners our hearts went out to him but we have yet to see so much as $20 towards what he owes us and to me that says a lot about a person and his moral compass. At this point I know he is not keeping his word and I warn anyone attending the gym pay monthly by check & check your bank statements if he has your credit card information. It breaks my heart that this awesome experience for my daughter has turned into this, but this fella has taken no action to rectify the situation that he has been aware of since September of 2019. BEWARE!

This is my daughter’s review she could not write her own because her sister also wrote a bad one under her account so I need to let her use my account.....Horrible place do not go, there was mold everywhere rust was on the bars, beam, and vault. Staff was rude, immature, and they picked favorites. I went there today I was so exited to go, but when I went there two teenagers were wrestling and they changed it so much. You are not allowed to go outside anymore , go on the trampoline , or go in the back. Gabby was rude, immature, and I went to go on the tramp but she said no then a kid went in and she saw but she did nothing. One of the teenager boys (age 17) threw a ball really hard at me (age 10) then I looked at him and he yelled at me saying what are you going to do about it punk. Once I told my dad what was happening he asked him why he did it but he lied and said he didn’t do anything and gabby did nothing though she saw the whole thing! there is also a inch of water or 2 and their parent watching area is so hot there is junk everywhere and the couches are beat up every thing is actually. It smells horrible and it is so dirty and not cleaned some of their mats are mattress. Everything is worn out.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!

They might know what to do as far as gymnstics background, But they are horrible Business people and will not return your money that have been illegally charged for stuff that you never signed up for.despite i will take care of it from Sean.Since the system mysteriously charged the extra stuff...RIGHT!they claim they do not know how to return the money...they sure know how to take it!this seems to be a case for the police or the attorneys..looks like other people have had same experience on google with them!No im not one of the people that is upset because my kid was kicked out of the gym for destroying proprty ...by the way these kids were there -paying customers..they were unsupervised...Lack of planing on owners part..they wewre left unattended (and they paid the gym to be there).i have pages and pages of proof!!!

They sign you up with a credit card on file to be auto billed each month under the false pretense that if you dont come to class you wont be billed. 8 months later they are still billing me the full amount every single month after multiple calls to the facility and instructor to cancel the membership.

Just came on the site to find the phone number and saw a bad review. This gym is a great place for kids and they are always very professional. Any suggestions we make, they are always open to listening and they have been continually improving the gym over the last few years. We recommend it. We have a 12 year old boy and 8 year old girl and they both love it

This gym has a good concept however, cobwebs everywhere! Parent area is a bunch of old couches I wouldnt EVER sit on. Flooring is worn out, not clean. Could use a DEEP, DEEP cleaning. a/c worked okay but it did have a weird smell probably sweat. Off to find another place.

Very friendly staff & great family like environment. My daughter loves it. Abbie and Sean is very patient and sincerely care for every kid in that gym.

Excellent, professional staff! Knowledgeable and energetic.What makes Extreme Air so unique is that the not only offer, but hold state and national titles in a wide variety of gymnastic disciplines, as well as a training course designed to simulate the one from American Ninja Warriors! I understand that there are some unfavorable reviews on here, but notice that they are all from kids in their 20s. This is because a group of these young adults was asked to leave after damaging equipment and behaving inappropriately. These millennials are just angry and using technology to exact revenge on a WONDERFUL family-centered facility. It is a shame that this kind of cyber-attacking is being used to defame an excellent organization to settle a personal vendetta. Best thing to do is just go see for yourself!

Immature staff and unsafe environment. I would never waste my money in such a run down gym. So many other better places to go for the same amount of money.

Unsafe gym. The owner forces paying customers to partake in tumbling outside under poorly lit environments without AC. Would not recommend.
