The grounds are second to none. Never a blade of grass out of place, and the landscaping and design are world class.Three club house, pools and marina are must see. The gym is not the best, but more than adequate and very well equipped. Actually it is under construction.Luckily I have a place my family owns where I can go down and all of my guests are impressed with the size and quality of ther condo, the views, and the whole experience.If you are lucky enough ti have the means, stay here if youre looking to relax and unwind in a 5 star yacht and country club with every imaginable activity.

This place is... amazing. High end doesnt even begin to describe it. Simply put, this is the nicest place Ive been to in terms of HOAs in south Florida.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!!Views of the marina, golf course and the river!Food is great at Johnny browns and waterside grill. The staff are friendly and hard workers. The activities are amazing and so well attended. Never a dull moment! Yacht club and it’s members are not only friendly but really know how to have fun!!! I am blessed to have made so many friends!! I attended a wedding here. Its a very nice place. Tastefully decorated. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. Definitely a nice place.

Very nice and well kept

Anyone who has friends better hope they dont move to this community which is more like Area 51. This is a gated community. And not only that, but the community is crawling 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with armed military troops with M-16s, M-4 Carbines, and bazookas, and they will use immediate maximum lethal force on any trespasser seen even before they reach the entrance. And they do not allow visitors unless you are part of the residents innermost circle of family. They do a heavy family background check that can take up to 3 hours before they let you in. They never, ever allow friends/non family people to visit anyone in the community.

I have lived in Gulf Harbor for 4 years. I believe it is a wonderful place to live. The social life, the golf life and all of my friendly neighbors make my experience here awesome.

A friend of ours purchased a condominium here. It was a beautiful gated community. Friendly staff and meticulous grounds, well maintained and very plush. Lots of palm trees, a pool, a hot tub, a yacht club, I also hear theres a restaurant there as well and has its own golf course. Our friends are by the 16th hole. The houses are all very nice, every one of them has curb appeal! The greenery is beautiful. Looks like a very secure place to live. We took a golf cart ride around the subdivision and were shown the other areas including the yacht club. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and people were living their daily lives and looking happy. We saw people playing golf and taking walks. This area is gorgeous!

Very nice gated in community. All types of homes: condos, duplexes, 2-level homes, and $5+ million mansions. Great golf course. Awesome marina. Staff is friendly and thorough. The island by the marina is beautiful and absolutely gorgeous. Club house is 5-star and beautiful.

Its a big gated community, in ft Myers, has pools,tennis courts, apartamentss as well as big houses. The club house has gym,etc.

Gated Community close to the beach, includes many different communities from town homes, high-rises, to single family residences.. Runs along the river. Lovely marina, gulf access homes available. Great health club and spa area and restaurant. Close to all beaches Great location.

Why bother playing here when there are over a hundred other wonderful courses you can play in the SW Florida area - there is no need to play at this club. Just NOT worth it.To begin with - when you arrive the convoluted way it is set up for parking, dropping off your clubs, you get into a really bad cart, and then you have to drive a strange 1/2 mile to get back over to the driving range and Pro Shop. The carts are awful with no GPS and such touchy brakes that you have to worry about being thrown out of the cart when they are used. The staff is rather unfriendly and very uncooperative. The Pro Shop is sparse. Amenities are a completely unknown item here; there are none. The practice area and the range over water are a joke - old sinking range balls. Then, there is the course. Narrow, not in great condition, and not particularly attractive or fun. So if you want to waste your time and money -- have at it. But seriously, there are at least 30 other golf courses that are infinitely more enjoyable with better staff and amenities.I would rather play anywhere but here.

I had a vacation home in Gulf Harbour for many years (approx 8). It was very peaceful, the golf course was pristine, the clubhouse had phenomenal food and I enjoyed being able to take strolls at sunset every evening, along the water and by the variety of boats/yachts, where I kept mine in its slip- which was a place I knew it was safe and sound.

Well kept community. Weve owned a few homes here. Ive been kicked off the course because they thought I wasnt a member -- total discrimination for the low-key and modest folk. Theres also rules like no golf course fishing that Id like revoked. I see no harm in fishing on the course at 10 PM at night. A friend of mine got in trouble for dropping off his 70 year old mother at the gas dock. Too many rules and its ludicrous. The security would give their own grandmother a speeding ticket. Overall, there are some great people that live here but theres a few things that just ruin it.

Just a small piece of heaven on Earth....beautiful grounds, clean everything and everywhere, very peaceful, beautiful views, very safe and secure grounds and building. Residences are well appointed. Two levels of parking, and a scenic drive to and from the main entry at McGregor.

Great place to dock your boat and go into town for the day. Staff is very friendly. Make sure to call on channel 16 and let the dock master know you are coming prior to arrival.

Great place for fishing

Incredible course. Even with aerated greens (2 weeks ago?) Everything was top shelf! Impeccably maintained and attentively well staffed (pro shop and bag drop pure professonals!) Played with a member who was extremely helpful and friendly, appreciated his two-some letting me tag along and show me the lay of the land. Fairly hot when we teed off at 1030 so course was pretty open, had alot of rain lately so cart path only, but it never took away from enjoyment of this course.

This is a beautiful community! Extremely clean and perfectly manicured lawns and lanfscaping.you can certainly see the amount of time spent keeping this community beautiful.unfirtunately I dont live here but I would love to.
