Excellent customer service! I purchased an antique grandfather clock from Gannons this past weekend and the staff was wonderful. The clock is even better. I called prior to coming to pick it up and they had it taken apart and packed perfectly. They even helped load it and secure it in my friends truck. I went in looking for an antique bookcase but didnt find one. I guess I will be checking back regularly. There prices are decent and the selection is huge. Great fun just wondering around and they make you feel so welcome.

Went into the antique mall for the first time yesterday. I went with my younger brother and we ended up spending about 90 minutes looking. I found a couple really cool aviation items and my brother also found a neat Jack Daniels set of cards. Wanted to come back today to finish looking but theyre closed on Sunday!Will be back!!!

I bought a lot of items based on their appraisal price. he dean admitted that he greatly overcharged me and that i was not able to a refund . he verbally lied about the values and that they were refundable for any reason regarding value. he sold himself on of the items to keep for himself. then sad it had no value the silver flask was of great value and lied saying it was worthless. it look like he sold it to himself to cherry pick the lot . he admitted he overcharged me because he was giving me an appraisal for insurance that did not reflect the real retail price. i told him the price was not worth hat he was charging and said i could refund return t for a any issues. said in front of the people. he refused the truth and any refund stating he standsnothing about lied about value and aid they will take nothing back . on no paperwork!very bad treatment for any customer to know that bye claims now n items purchased are refund able and will not stand by his sales pitch. never any where was i advised all sales finalshark behavior beware of the fraudulent appraisal and refusal for any refund after guaranteeingthat he stands by his own pocket not customers. reporting to the state of fl .i see no warning all sales are final. frightened by his fraudulent statements to sell .watch your back. i counted on his appraisal which he admitted was false.

Yesterday, I called Gannon’s Antiques & Art in Ft. Myers to ask if they would be willing to support Total Wine’s “Stocking for Soldiers” drive. I love, love, LOVE looking at antique stores. This place had A LOT to offer. Its so much bigger on the inside than it looks, too. I would definitely visit again and again!Side note: do you think this place is haunted with all of the history the items have?

A friend recommended the store so I went. You could spend the whole day there! You get lost in the collections. I bought several items that I reminded me of my childhood. Love this place. Make sure you have plenty of time to look around. Makes for a fascinating day!! Love it!!!

Me and my friends have items from this shop, and usually I find something from the pop up in my Facebook feed all the way over here in England that someone in my circle will take. AWESOME shop guys!

Folks were most def nice enough! Some VERY COOL ITEMS! Felt a little like I was buying a used car when lookng for my wife a new (to us anyway) upgraded vintage wedding ring...a couple pretty fast talkers around the place for sales people. I manage a retail sales business and get it though. Everyone on commission is different in their approach! Again, very nice. My 2 only complaints...#1- I would have lost out on about $600 had I taken their word on a few quick, over the counter, glance at appraisals.. (I guess thats how they appraise things? Not real sure..Im new to this) #2- I did not care for the back turned, blatant whispering while waiting for them to come back with a trade in offer on my wifes wedding ring...Other than that, these people were nice enough, they have some VERY NEAT things, AND A LOT OF IT!!! Almost too much! I would recommend stopping by here, checking out their cool things, making your own opinion of the place, and also a 2nd opinion for any appraisals. They would be good for one though. One more thing...If you are new at this, looking for one of those homey feeling, warm your heart, treat you like family antique shops?? This would NOT be the place to shop. If you have done this a while, are a fast talker, VERY SMART at this stuff, know how to wheel and deal with antiques, and/or just trying to find something cool and dont care about the warm fuzzy feeling?? CHECK THEM OUT!! I hope this is taken as a good review!! I dont want to drive people away from here...It really is a cool place...Just take heed to the above, and you will be just fine!!!

They have so many things here : youre bound to find something you like ,or have interest in.Go there w/time enuff to look around good ,cuz its kinda like a flea market : people have their own cabinets full of collectables.

This store should be named Gannons Pawn Because they certainly have no clue as to what they are even looking at , let alone appraise A piece I had already had appraised by the deceased husbands artis, who was a very famous Naples Fl artist I was going to ask to consgin, and was told no value .. B.S. Ive seen her works on the internet go from the lowest of 5,000 on upwards to 30,000 Walk away Nice pieces in the store too buy . But do not try and consign, nor ask for appraisals They are looking to buy low and sale high

Tried to sell my antiques at this location 15 separate times .. An even though they were in excellent condition.. the owners son shot me down 15 times said that they werent worth anything but he would take them off my hands for a very unsubstantial amount....

Gannons has a huge inventory with a wide array of interests for everyone. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about most everything.

Honestly low ball offer & unprofessional is all I can say. I never in my life seen anything like it! Im not mad at all I didnt sell what I took there, Im upset because one said oh not a real signature meaning not authentic wile in fact it was and was confirmed by another gentalmen. How can you infront of a client act that way. They would give me no money so they could turn around and sell it for much much more. SHAME ON THEM!!! There loss. But I would not sell them or have anything appraised by them. They will just rip you off. Like Im sure they did many others. Look around. There is always a buyer for things dont settle!!!!

Im only giving them a 2 for a few reasons. The quantity of items gets a 5, but the prices are way overpriced -1, they have many items mis-identified -1, and I here on the way out 1 of the booth vendors argue with a customer about the origination of an item and the Vendor was totally wrong and pompous about it.Wont be going back.

Have taken a few things their to see what the value was...every time has been standing at the counter while they look up on ebay....I can do that at home....have always beend told my things werent worth much...then when I researched further found out that wasnt the case...not trustworthy at all!
