Complete scam, they cancel trips with minimal to zero notice and never refund you. Ridiculous a company can get away with stealing so many peoples money. Do not use them! Use the celebration, cheaper and theyre not con artist

Very disorganized, we waited on average an hour and a half to check in, by the phone they said that we were ready to go, when we arrived the guy said that we had not paid yet, so we paid (the boy did not even know where the credit card machine was ) he also forgot to give us the wristbands.When we were already inside the ferry they told us that the pigs would not be available that day and asked us to go downstairs to see our options ... the information desk was on the way out, so there were people wanting to leave and people wanting information, very disorganizedWe waisted about 2 hours and a half on lines...I think a proper computer system would help

The day trip was awesome. It was me and my boyfriends first time in a boat . The ride over and back was nice . The only reason Im not giving it a 5 str is because we paid 85$ each for the all you can eat and drink at the lighthouse hotel and they directed us on the wrong bus . End up being the pig tour which we didnt participate in because we dont eat pork ! The bus driver finally after the 3rd time asking him about it told us were to go .. We had to walk! And it was after 3 when we got there and had to be back in the bus by 5:20.

What a joke. Our flight was cancelled in Tampa so we decided to rent a car and drive to Ft Lauderdale to take this Ferry to Grand Bahama. We got a payment receipt but no itinerary or boarding passes and there was no one at the reservation phone number given. We then traveled nearly 4 hours to meet family members at the dock and Balearia told them that the doors were shut at 7AM (for an 8AM sail time) and that we could not be allowed onboard. We then had to change travel plans, costing us over $1K and they told us that the terms were all presented in the payment screen (which was not, it only appeared after paying). Dont think youre saving money using this company - the family of 6 that arrived after us found out the same thing this morning.

It was awesome the food was very good i recommend you go on this boat

The $25.00 for a bag coming from Grand Bahama is a rip off. Even the Airlines allow one free bag.
