Was there last night to see and hear the amazing Hot Tuna for New Years Eve!! First time there for us and it is a beautiful theatre. We had a grande time! The band was fantastic! Thank you for the great experience! And to all who work there thank you! Happy New Year to you all!

Wide, comfortable seats with adequate aisle spaces for people to walk by without having to get up. Really good acoustics as well. As others has mentioned, its showing its age a bit but I think that just adds to the ambience and I hope the extensive renovations being done doesnt take away the quaintness of the venue. First time here to see Kenny G, which was great by the way, and looking forward to see more artistes here in the future.

Love this beautiful Theater. Every seat is a good seat. I was an usher here 30 years ago. Its still as charming as it was. They are updating the lobby and itll be beautiful when finished. So many great shows.

Parker is my favorite theatre in Fort Lauderdale. Its small, but not too small. Just right. Spacious seats, so spacious that you dont have to stand when people pass by you. Very charming and old school decorations. They are renovating now and doing a great job of holding onto the theatres history. Tasty pretzels and decently priced drinks. Dont forget to look up, the ceiling is BEAUTIFUL.

Quaint theater good for small venues. It is clean and well-maintained.

They are under construction now. Remodeling the place, updating it. Its going to look really nice once its done

Parker Play House is a great Theatre based in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. They had a JBL A12 - A8 Line Array demo today and it was amazing. The facility is acoustically perfect for big audio demos.. Thanks for a great experience.

The ballet was world class...seats were comfortable.. and views were great. Volunteers were great...facility is undergoing major restoration..inside and out..looks very outdated.. but good news is in 2 years we will have a great place...until then we live in a struggling city trying to become a world class city...

The playhouse is a beautiful setting for different one of a kind shows. We went to see the Mystery Science Theater 3000 tour and it was amazing. The show was wonderful and the acoustics within the theater was great. The building is under restoration refurbishments but is coming along really nicely. I cant wait to go back again and see it restored to its original beauty!

Great venue to see a wide variety of concerts, theatrical productions, comedy and more. The sound is always on point. Seats near the end of each row (both ends) can miss some parts of the show. Best seats are toward the center of each row.

Good place for concerts. Easy to get there by car or uber. You can see the artist so close and its something fantastic that does not happen in large stadiums.

Great little intimate venue. Saw Leonid and Friends (Chicago cover band) and all seats had a great view. There is no balcony seating. Seating has ZERO obstructions. Nothing hanging down from the ceiling, no posts or pylons in front of any seat. Handicapped area has plenty of space. Sound acoustics are good. Not excellent, but good. You are really close to the performers. Loved it.

Very nice theater. There isnt a bad seat in the house and the acoustics were good. Good bar and plenty of bathrooms. Say Lucinda Williams last night and it was excellent!

Hands down my favorite venue in Broward county. Intimate, easy to park. I hope they dont ruin it with all the modernizing & construction. The place has a lot of charm.

Went to a Tommy Emmanuel concert. Truly an amazing guitarist. Best there is as far as I am concerned. Check him out on YouTube for your own assessment.

Smaller than other venues which makes it feel more intimate. Great views from all seats. Ample aisles to walk to and from your seat and very good acoustics

Always a great place for a concert. wide aisles, nice people, great view, easy parking, no one standing in front of you or talking through the performance. very civilized and enjoyable.

Parking was a little tricky due to the ongoing remodeling. The theater itself is wonderful with comfortable seats, plenty of room between rows, and all seats have good views of the stage. Hope the remodeling doesnt change the actual theater too much.

Just saw a marvelous performance of The Nutcracker at the fabulous Parker Playhouse! Its already a very special place and currently under renovation and come months from now is going to be even more spectacular. Thank you Parker Playhouse

What a great little theater. Plenty of legroom, little bar with drinks/snacks, and intimate setting. Beautiful ceilings.

Parker Playhouse is a small venue with big time performances. We watched Lyle Lovett and his band......outstanding! Even with the construction, renovations going on the Parker Playhouse is fabulous.

The venue is fine. One of the three comedy acts was great-the African American. The other 2 not as good even though they are bigger names.

Love this theater! It’s been around since the 70s, but the seats are comfy, space to walk between seats, old style charm! The ushers are VERY friendly. They are going to be renovating soon, but it’s cute the way it is.

The show of Shelea, was the best that I have seen in a long time.She is like the song sang by Ella Fitzgerald.You are the top today she is the top female singer in jazz, soul, in the world. The show of S aturday evening was amazing. Chapeau to that Lady

The parking situation is kind of a mess, but the venue itself was nice enough. The staff were very courteous and the process to get in moved quickly.

Ive seen many varied performances here and have enjoyed attending for over 20 years. The venue is a great size for intimate performances & there r ew ally isnt any bad seats . Most definitely a blast from the past .

Have seen dozens of my daughters shows and met Tony award winning artist. Performers from Bob Hope to Audra McDonald have performed here. A Fort Lauderdale Gem.

Enjoyed superb performance of Screwtape Letters presented by Fellowship for Performing Arts. Packed house, ushers very effectively seating quickly and politely managed crowd very well including parking, especially with remodeling conditions in process.

Nice little theater, there is only 27 rows so its small enough that the last row is still relative close to the stage and each row is high than the row in front of it so the view is clear. We went to see PJ Masks Live, the pictures were taken from the second to last row and close to the side so you can put it in perspective.

Disgusting that the Parker Playhouse is not cancelling events or offering people refunds when Broadway is closed . I don’t care how much cleaning occurs when 1000 people attend an event. How irresponsible! Yes

The Kenny G. Concert was awesome but for me the temperature in the Parker Playhouse was uncomfortably warm.

Lovely older style theater in the throes of renovation outside. Very comfy seats with plenty of leg room.

First time there just the other day for Dave Mason and Steve Cropper Rock and soul revue. Easy in-and-out free parking. Its a 50 year old performance theater seating about 1200. There is not a bad seat in the house. I thoroughly enjoyed the show. There is a small bar if you are so inclined and you can take your drinks into the theater. Renovations will start soon.

A funky little theater that hosts some great concerts. But dont wair your good shoes because the parking fields are not paved and the grass and dirt fields are difficult to walk through when dry, when it is raining or wet it is a mess.

Parker Playhouse is a great theater...every seat is a great one.I saw a group called We 3.Knocked my socks off!The lead singer has a very wide range...a magnificent voice.Interacted with audience ...very warm and grateful to us.Only one recomenation...Visually needed to have graphics behind them...as a big screen video slide show, perhaps about them or depicting their music or inspiration.I bought their CD and enjoy listening to it as I am driving

I love watching concerts at the Parker Playhouse. Parking is easy, its a small venue very quaint, every seat is a good seat in what looks like an old fashioned Broadway Theatre. Really nice...I hope they never update this place. Will never get that Nostalgia back if they make it look modern which I heard they are thinking of doing. I sure hope they dont. If I had more than five stars, I would give it to the Parker Playhouse.

Construction on the entrance, so enter on east side. Actually the easiest entry and exit ever.

Didnt like the fact that Nick Hilscher didnt even recognize the one and only coloured guy in the band lol pretty funny felt like I was in the 50s he only recognized and said his name once wow makes me not wanna go anywhere he goes if there is coloured people around.. Anywhoo great band Hanna was outstanding I would definitely see her again

Cozy, intimate venue with good views from most seats. There were some minor issues such as the backstage area being fairly brightly lit and somewhat distracting. Acoustics were good. Parking lot was in the grass so keep this in mind if in heels.

The show itself was WONDERFUL and we had amazing seats. The workers there, however, WERE EXTREMELY RUDE! The bartender purposefully turned off the electronic menu because she thought we were taking too long to select what drinks we wanted and then charged us more than what we were supposed to have paid. The head usher was also very rude. Customer service here needs a big adjustment.

I totally enjoyed my experience last night at Parker Playhouse. It has been over 30 years since I attended any thing there and had forgotten how nice of a place it really is. The leg room between your seat and the one in front of you makes the experience even that much more enjoyable because youre not all crammed together and can stretch your legs (especially if youre a taller person or have a handicap) so your legs dont cramp and it also allows people to pass by more easily.

Old school playhouse. Cant wait to see the final remodeling of this Broward gem!

I really like Parker Playhouse. They have a great mix of eclectic shows.All seats are good seats. Because the theater is relatively small, it is easier to see the stage. The floor us curved enough that your view is not blocked by the people seated in front of you.Remember that you cant take drinks into the theater. Think twice before ordering that giant soda during intermission.If you go down the stairs to the hallway that has the restrooms you will see local artwork on display.

Small easy access great little venue

Beautifully designed building on both the in and outside. I was able to get a behind the scenes tour and experienced its rich history.

I have gone to a few shows, never disappointed.

Under construction ... cant wait to see when its done
