I had a BLAST! I needed to take my daughter somewhere for her birthday and it was a rainy day! Luckily I stumbled upon this place and completely fell in love. AMY made my experience all the better with positive attitude and kindness! Super clean and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more! 10/10

Kind staff, great with kids, and willing to work with you on finding discounts to make things easily affordable. A few attractions were down due to the current pandemic, which is why I cannot give them a full 5star rating. My little ones really wanted to experience the climbing wall and ropes course.The food wasnt ideal, but it fit the bill and my kiddos ate their meals, which as many parents know can be a problem with some picky eaters.Overall I would highly recommend this place for a fun indoor day! I took 5 kids by my lonesome on this adventure and had no worries! Exterior doors are locked for security and there was always someone at the front desk or immediately close to greet and verify people for entry.

My 2-year-old had a wonderful time and he’s super active. It was clean and the staff was really friendly, especially Sarah. Price was very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!

I think the establishment was well worth the money we spent for the visit. 8.43 after tax for two adults and one toddler. Its really a great place to for younger children on a sunny or rainy day. I think the majority of the activities will occupy smaller children more so then kids 8 and up. They do have monitored rock climbing and a ropes course that will definitely have older kids intrigued. The arcade was a nice little touch, a variety of games nothing excessive just a few games here and there but enough to be entertained for a bit. The dining area was spacious and it was plenty of places to sit to watch your kids play. The comments about customer service is correct. We mentioned it was first time and was just directed to fill out waivers no real direction about the activities or if there were any extra cost for certain attractions. Overall we will continue to visit because my 2yr old nephew ( and myself )seemed to really enjoy exploring and climbing around.

Nice staff. We eat kosher and a staff member allowed us to bring our own food. Very nice of them.

Love the idea of this but this place is tiny. The soft play for kids under 3 is nice as it is closed off and everything is padded. However after half an hour or so we ran out of “free” (included in admission) things to do and left with a few arcade games which cost extra.

The place is great. We had our nephew birthday here, kids enjoyed the place and adults had great time as well. Place got so much activities plus they serve beer and wine!!!! Overall fun, clean and friendly environment. Definitely coming back here with our kids. Thank you!

Really great playground! Separated area for small ones and climbing areas for big kids. We had a great time with my 2 years old daughter. Very clean!

This is hands down my favorite indoor spot in Florida. We found it accidentally on the way to the airport and with some time to spare and some extra energy to use we made a pit stop. The girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly. The kids were wearing natives and since everything was all packed for us to fly I purchased the mandatory socks for them to wear. After realizing that I also needed socks she was so sweet and just gave me a pair. All that aside, there is so much for all ages to do. I will definitely include Flippos in our itinerary on our next trip intentionally and not accidentally! Highly reccomend!!!

It is a nice place, perfect for kids. My complain is about the don’t pay attention to people who go inside the kids area with shoes, food, drinks....I have been here for 1 hour and the shoes, drinks and food envelopes still here. I am going to upload the pictures so you can check it

This is a fun time. Customer service was a little bit lacking there was only one person working. We had to wait for a while too get in. But once we get in it was fun. The kids had a great time.

Is nice. The only thing is the store hours say they close at 9 pm but they should change it to 8 pm because at 8 pm they start mopping the floor and literary spraying cleaner on the floor next to your child in the 3 year olds playing area. They should start cleaning after they close.

Google won’t let me upload videos but PARENTS reading this... It’s AMAZING. I mean, there’s not too much or many things to do... BUT it’s fun for kids and ADULTS! I have 29 and was many years without using a big slide or playing around like a kid. I will just say WOW. We had an amazing day! The price was fair, we just pay 9 dollars (2 adults 2 kids). We did not try the food, but everything seems amazing!Remember to take your own sockets!

This place its great to keep the little ones busy my daughter is 5yrs old and love it, she always make new friends and dont want to leave the place, we also did the cooking class on friday and it was super fun. Definitely worth the money, the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Flippos is a fun, clean indoor playground! Its changed a little from its days as Funderdome, but the spirit of the place is still fun and enjoyable. My 6 yr old lives the big slide!

Miss Kourtney, at the front desk, did an excellent job! It had been a while since Ive received such memorable customer service, that I just had to write a review commending her. The kids really enjoyed the cooking class. The cooking instructor was energetic, patient, and friendly. I just hope the next time we visit, the cooking class incorporates healthier options, not candy. Flippos should also look into hand sanitizer stations within the playground area. We visited on June 28, 2019.

Rock climbing/slides/toddler area/food... Good to get away from the sun every now and then.

Great place for kids of all ages. Food was good and fairly priced. Over all it was very clean and the children enjoyed themselves very much! The rock wall and sky trail are included within the admission rates!! Definitely a plus!! I forgot to bring socks for myself so I had to purchase a pair because the playground area is a sock only area but my family had a blast and we will be returning soon.

Stopped here specifically to kill some time with a large group. We cabbed here because we aren’t from the area. Unfortunately we found out upon arrival that the entire facility was closed due to a private event. There was no mention of this on the website or when we pre-filled out the waivers for our group before arrival. We were told that we should have checked social media to know that they were closed today. Guess it’s too hard to have a scroll, news, or event feed on the site, or a calendar of sorts on the site, they just place the burden on potential patrons to search out various feeds to find out whether or not we’re gonna be allowed in. Really disappointing and frustrating as we’re out the $ for the cab and now have nothing to do for the several hours we’d planned to be here.

Kitchen chef is disgusting. Not sure of his name but he’s a Russian guy. I saw him fixing a pizza with gloves on using his phone. I guess his phone went off he picked it up put it to his ear. Then started to look frustrated and pressing buttons on his phone all with gloves on while fixing pizza. How many germs are on a cell phone?? Disgusting. I will never eat from that kitchen. And Vitalie is rude and disrespectful. The rest of the staff are great! Especially Kortney, Naiyara, Elijah, And Shayna!

This place is great especially for little ones under 10 years old. Nice people and VERY clean.

They have some great slides. They also have a ropes course that I believe is only open certain days/times of the week. We went initially for the toddler area for our 2 year old. It is nice and clean and a decent size. She loves to explore so she found a good slide to go on. We also try to go in the am to the indoor playgrounds so it wont be as crowded..which it wasnt crowded at all.

First of all, does anyone ever answer the phone? There isn’t even an answering machine that tells you who you’re calling or hours of operations. I always think i have the wrong number. Then when I ask about their website the receptionist tells me, “Our website sucks. Don’t look at it.” GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Second, this place is never cleaned. I understand these places carry a lot of germs because of all the kids, but literally nobody ever cleans anything. The eating area has BLACK FLOORS and the high chairs have dust and food stuck to them. The toddler area looks like it’s never wiped down either.This place needs new management ASAP.

This is a great place to let the kids burn some energy. Get in on the fun.

During our visit, not only was the laser maze not working, but the ac was broken and the cafe offered pizza, candy bars and drinks from their menu, rather than everything listed. A lot of duct tape covered tears in the padded platforms, and overall kind of run down. Luckily, with groupon, it only cost $6 for our family of 3 and our 3 year old had a great time. Just wasnt quite what we were expecting from seeing the photos.

Super clean and cozy playground! My 5 year old had lots of things to do and explore. He didnt even want to go home! Check out their quesadillas, they are just awesome. We love Flippo’s at Sunrise, but this one is much closer to our home, so we’ve been there three times already for the last week.

First time at a indoor playground, & my 9 month old had fun & so did I. To me the place was fine, however another parent was complaining about how something in the toddler zone wasnt setup. But it being my little one & I first time there. I didnt have anything to compare it too, nor know whats suppose to be setup for the babies. But other than that everything was great for us.

If I had a junior of my own we would become regulars. GREAT place for kids to be kids.

It was clean! Would like more kitchen equipment to go in kitchens, and the correct balls to fit in ball run. Another bike for roller coaster. The under 3 area needs sprucing up

We had an incredible time. The kids loved it. The toddler area was well childproofed and has a nursing/diaper change private room attached. The outer larger play area was well padded and safe, parents fit and can follow and play with the kids.Parents get in free!!!

This place is awesome!! We took our three children here (ages 8,4,1) and each and everyone had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was always someone cleaning the equipment - which we really appreciate. Overall, we will be back!

I went to this establishment with my family yesterday. I thought it was much bigger than what was suggested. I don’t like the pricing for older kids. I personally think $15 is a bit steep. I do appreciate that they don’t have an adult charge as it’s literally a child’s establishment. Aside from the fact my sons phone was lost/stolen, i guess my kids had a pretty good time. My infant son truly enjoyed the baby area. My only recommendation would be to provide a chair in ththe changing area for breast feeding moms.

Great place to wear your kids out. Needs a little TLC for some place that is newer. Deffinetly need to work on the staff it is a lot of younger people who are just blah and want to push your kids through whatever they are doing, no one is rude just dont expect big smiley helpful faces. And please iron out checking in 3 people in front of me and it almost took 15 minutes to get through 3 people. But I will deffinetly bring my kids back.

Wonderful for children to play. Playground, obstacles, arcade and a good cafeteria and sushi for parents to enjoy while the kids play.

Indoor playground is awesome. Toddler area is a lifesaver. I like the monitors that keep an eye on things and keep the fun safe for all ages. Slide and maze are large enough to follow the little one through (I am 510 and over 40) to keep an eye on them until they can navigate on their own. Ive been multiple times and will continue. And during Christmas season they bring in Santa for photos.

This place was amazing for my kids. Hey even I got in on the fun at this spot. Very clean place for kids to play. Also friendly and helpful staff keeping an eye on the kids at play. Even the owner gave my kids a cool little backpack of their mascot. Definitely will revisit this place again.

Healthy & fresh place.

Lets start with the Pros, the facility itself has many activities for the kids to do. My kids enjoy playing there the two times including the party that they did come. The reason they got the two stars.If you dont mind going to a place and just keeping to yourself and playing with your kids then you will be ok. However, if you expect any customer service then forget it. I have booked over two dozen kids parties at many locations and this was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had. Considering we spent over $800 for a party of 14 kids I was expecting some customer service. The party staff just talked amongst themselves the whole time and blocked the door to the room so my guests just avoided going into the room. The sign for the party to show whos party room it was did not even go up until 20 minutes after the party started. Since we were the first party of the day, they said the decorations would be up the day before. They didnt start till the day of and were still decorating once the party started. They were very rude on top of everything else. The attitude was they were doing us a favor by letting us have a party there. This will be the first and last party i ever host here. At every other location the party attendant was at the party for the entire duration of the party. Our party attendant was there for maybe 10 minutes. Compared to other comparable party locations their party platters are small, large platters for 20 people would be lucky if it fed 10 people.The staff for the play area were not great either. No one was at their station. They were all huddled up chit chatting. We had to ask them who was in charge of the individual activities because there was no one there. I should have seen the red flag when you could book a party a month in advance with full schedule availability. When everywhere else would be mostly fully booked.

Great price, lots of fun for all ages. And going for the first time on a Saturday around lunch, I was pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. Bring some cash if your kiddos like arcade stuff bc you need to get tokens.

I came to this place to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday. The toddler zone was not what I expected barely anything for the toddlers to do. On top of my son barely having anything to do we went to the cafe to order food and their was a special for a large pizza with fries and a picture of soda for around $25 I attempted to order this family meal and was told they didn’t have anymore large pizzas and couldn’t honor the plan so I was forced to buy the same meal with a medium pizza which came out to be higher than the original family plan. Once I sat at my table a couple next to me stated that they were allowed to get the family plan even though they didn’t have any large pizzas they were given two medium pizzas instead. I went back to ask why I wasn’t given the same offer and the cook pretty much said the owner said to not do it anymore. But I’m a paying customer just like the couple that was sitting next to me. I made a complaint with the general manager that was on site who said she couldn’t do anything because the owner Victoria said not to. I will never come back to this place it’s a complete waste of money if your bringing a toddler. on top of it all The pizza was horrible the only thing we ate that was good was the fries and soda. Terrible experience never will I visit this place again even if it was for free.

Enjoyable experience for my nieces that are aged 7 and 9.

The place is fun for kids, but they gave us wristbands without any information printed on them and there was no one by the door checking with who the kids were leaving. In addition to that, there was a rambunctious 4 year old in the baby area. He was very hyper and absolutely out of place there, but at no point a staff member came close to the area to ask him to leave. Furthermore, the café area was unacceptably dirty with tons of food in the floor.We enjoyed ourselves, but I think things could be improved.

Went here with my kids 7 year old boy and 8 year old girl. You only pay for kids about 15.00 dollars and get access to unlimited play area. The play area includes a big jungle gym, multiple slides, 2 basketball hoops for kiddies, a laser beam obstacle room, a rock climbing wall, small kid only play area, and a ropes course. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were there about 2 1/2 hours. Lines for activities were a short wait.

GREAT place for a family to spend their Sunday funday! Staff was extremely friendly and made the first time experience a blast. Food was great! Will return soon and hopefully have a party in the future.

I went yesterday, I will never go back there again for sure.Customer service is ok.But sadly some parents are not watching their kids.My daughter got beaten up in the toddler area.Her face is all scratched and her nose was bleeding. I had to leave, she was terrified. Some parents just dont care and leave their kids unattended.Besides the place is very small and crowded.I was planning on celebrate her birthday there. The birthday rooms are tiny and expensive.

We love the Funderdome... Great place to take infants. They have a padded play area for the little ones. And bigger activity area for older kids.

Ever since they changed ownership, this place has gone down hill. I went last week and it was so dirty. 2 areas were covered with wet dirty towels. The mats and floor areas looked like they havent been cleaned in days. I was disgusted. I used to love coming here because it was always so clean. Now, that is not the case. Also, I came one month ago at 10:00am right at open. Nobody was there to open the place until 10:20. Upon opening, all the lights were off, I had to wait another 10 min to pay and sign in. Customer service is awful now!

Food was so so but, I was with friends and family and the kids had a blast!

Amazing but they will nickel and dime you for the adults to go on stuff. The kids can go without you but if you have a kid who needs support and no sibling be prepared to pay. My kid tried out things I was not sure he would ever be adventurous enough to try.
