Nice park with lots to see. Badger lake, walking trails, golf course, play ground equipment, shower house and bathrooms. No problem for my 36 ft travel trailer. 50 & 30 amp service. Most weekend sites are NOT full hookup. Fill your fresh tank to be safe.

Great family park, with beautiful hiking and bike trails. Also one of the nicest campgrounds weve stayed at. Including 3 levels of campsites, from primitive camping, to full hookup sites with reasonable rates.

Great all around... Crappie and Bass are plentiful. Great lake to tool around in kayak. Excellent 18 hole Golf course, updated camping, boat ramp and playground areas.

This is a beautiful clean park. Bathrooms are surprisingly nice and updated!

Good place to take the family. Playground is cool for the kiddos Fishings not the greatest of all time, but theres a lot of bass in there

Very clean, open park. Pretty setting. Next to a golf course. Biking, kayaking, fishing and a nice swimming area, plenty of seating. Water wasnt the cleanest.

Beautiful place to see just absolutely loved the view and the hiking trail was long but had fun walking around the lake

Not able to reserve a space but your friends can put a lawn chair in a spot to save it for you. Better come in the middle of the week to get a spot, full by Friday morning with the buddy reservation system.

Beautiful park and campgrounds. Make sure you go all the way back to the campground.

Came to go fishing and swimming there was alot of stuff floating on top of the water at the banks. The kids did love the playgroud which i have never saw one set up like that before.

We enjoy camping by the golf course, for the view as well as peace and quiet. They do need to get online reserving and they need more full service spots.

Its a great park that I grew up around and offers many things to do including camping, hiking, canoeing, fishing, playgrounds, wide open fields, grilling stations, and much more.There is also a golf course that is a ton of fun to play.

Great place for family gatherings, walking on trails and pretty much anything else you want to do outside. Bring a pole and do some fishing. Bring a camera and take pictures of the wildlife. Enjoy nature.

Very clean restrooms, heck, the whole park is kept clean! Theres a small lake you can put a boat in and fish, lots of playgrounds for the little ones and a nice golf course, too. All for a very reasonable price.

Im a cross country coach, and the State Cross Country meet is held at the Kennedy Park golf course every year. Great course, very beautiful, and they do an amazing job each year at putting together a great meet.

Beautiful park and campground. Caught a bunch of nice bluegill and a few decent largemouth. This lake does not look fit to swim in though, a lot of grass growing up from the bottom

Nice place to hike and bike. But why so much trash on lake/river shores, its bad hope it gets picked up soon. Im used to huge prestine and clean parks. This park did give me a pleasurable hiking experiance this morning though.

Would have liked it a little better if the fire pits were a little shallower. Other than that it was a really nice camping area.

Its a park with a lake and trees and such. Check it out. The other side of the lake has a VFW tribute thats mad patriotic. Check that out too. Also once the lake freezes... sledding is tight.

Clean park. Lake a little concerning because of green algae on it as well as other water areas. Wondering if water needs to be checked or if the addition of grass carp would help.

Great all-around county park!

It is lovely with a nice mixture of grassy and Woody areas. A public golf course is adjacent. It is surprisingly hilly for this part of Iowa. The main driveway into the park is hard-surfaced, so even though I visited on a wet and rainy day, I didnt have to worry about getting stuck in the mud.

Had a nice time. Weather not bad, but first really nice camping weekend in this area so campground was packed. Cars parked in the road and kids running wild. Parks in good shape, just wet from the recent rains.

Wish there were more events scheduled out here. Its such a great local park.

It a good place to take the family for a picnics

Relatively new playground equipment. Plenty of picnic tables and grills. Nice wide open spaces for outdoor activities. Only downside would be that there are no trash cans.

This park has a lot for families to have a great time. There is a covered space great for grilling and staying out of the sun.

Water is VERY mossy. Hard to kayak with all the moss getting tangaled in your paddles. But has a good bock and ramp.

One of the best county Parks around. Extensive trail system, regular play ground and a natural playscape. Boating, fishing, camping, wifi, birding, picnicing, ball diamond. Its all there.
