Only been here a few times with my friend but over all a great experience with many stories and memories they did good with the covid changes

Fun fun great price great location lots of gaming area not as clean as it could be and the bathroom is co ed and gross you better know how to log in set up and load games yourself or all or time will be wasted trying to figure it out. You can bring food in and no body rush u to get off the games its quite mostly other than the occasional yell or out burst of a cuss word or two from other gamers

I am a frequent flyer at NetFragz. Love it there. Employees are superb and always so polite and helpful. They always greet me and my husband by name, which means they take the time to actually care about WHO you are. Very friendly atmosphere.

I love this place. I come here often with friends. The ambience is great and they have excellent snacks at reasonable prices and the staff is always pleasant and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend.

Great place to game, do some research, do some homework, or just browse the web 24/7, 365 days of the year; holidays too! Over 40 desktop PCs and a handful of playstation and xbox consoles. Has cheap snacks and drinks. Single restroom, handicap accessible. Dark painted room with subtle faux black lights. Feels cramped when walking in between the rows of PCs but the seats are fairly comfortable office chairs that lean back pretty far. Reclining chairs in front of game consoles. Good background music. Multiple TVs and a few that display E-sports and popular game streams. Small staff, usually 1 to 2 people at a time. High customer volume on weekend nights. Low customer volume on weeknights and between the early hours of: 2am-12pm. Prices are a little higher than other cyber cafes I have been to but I believe you get what you pay for.Overall, good experience and well rounded cyber cafe

First time today and honestly a perfect experience with friends. Super cheap to play and all around just a positive vibe as well especially the guy at the register (dont know hes name) but it was pretty dope to see they also play with customers as well

I love everything about this place but god the loud obnoxious music playing in the speaker system is very distracting and pretty annoying the boss of the place really needs to get rid of that idea because it isnt doing anybody any favors. Plus it doesnt help when you are playing competitive games and your teammates always make fun of you saying Bro invite me to that party you are at smh. Anyways I love this place alot and I hope it keeps getting good business but they could turn off that loud,distracting,and annoying music in the stereo system because really its annoying.

It was fun, but it took a while to get everything set up. There was 3 consoles, 1 was taken and 1 was updating, and the pcs were a little hard to generated on but once you know how to do it it gets way easier.

The place had great staff. They are gamers at heart and have a great attitude on helping people. Place needs a little help on presentation but it a cool place

First time here. It honestly wasnt at all bad. The equipment was solid and they had mechanical keyboards and razer mouse. The internet was pretty good. I was at 50 ping for my stay there. I really didnt like the software system they had on the computer and the headset didnt work. Otherwise they had plenty of room and had the games I was looking for.

This place is hell of cool the staff is super nice and helpful, was my first time in a pc so the dude that help us was understanding When we got there it took us some time to login and create the account but the host was nice to give us a extra hour for the little delay we have I I’ll definitely be returning in bringing some friends

Its 10$ for 4 hours. A good price however they dont clean the computer spaces and it always smells like men that dont take showers. Went the other night and the pcs kept on turning off and I wasnt sure it it was a maintenance thing.. or if it was the owner turning to kick us out. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

The last refuge of the true l33t gamerz. Netfrags has gaming PCs and latest gen consoles available to rent hourly or bundled as a multi hour package. Comfortable seating, fast fiber connectivity and decent peripherals round out the deal. However be prepared for a crowd if you show during peak hours.

Nice computers and screens and setup... But I went there with my girl to play a game together... We spent an hour trying to play something together and kept running into problems, updates, license issues, games not loading... The hardware is there, but the software needs work

Great place open 24/7 literally. Been going there for so long the employees even remember my name. Best time to go is either super early in the morning 8-10am its usually not packed and anytime pass midnight. They have a decent amount of games. There is about 4 Xboxes 4 ps4 42+ PCS. 12.50 for 4 hours, 20 for 10hrs (my usual choice) 26 for 24 hours or 3.50 an hour. Chill employees and even a great place to bring the kids i have seen 6-12 years old playing fortnite there tons of time. I say check it out if youre a gamer.

Prices are great. Selection of games are great. Did I mention console’s are available as well. Also they don’t trip on bringing in outside food and drinks. The pc’s are great more than capable of handle AAA titles. The chairs are comfortable and the mouse and keyboards are great as well. Customer service is great too. I recommend highly. I give them 5 out of 5 keyboards.

Its nice, the people are cool, nice and really helpful. You can go alone or hang out with friends with playing games, and they got plenty. Prices are good, you might get the occasional toxic gamer but that cant be helped, the place and the people who work there are pretty great so its worth it.

Great set up, but you lose a lot of time updating games on your own. I popped up with 2 friends and none of us could play the games we wanted because each computer had different updates

NetFragz is a pretty decent gaming cafe but they have one major flaw. The main reason i give NetFragz a two out of five stars is because i had to wait twenty minutes for on game to load. The game was killing floor 2 which is a new game and i will admit this game would be taxing on a computer to load. But that is no excuse for having a 20 minute wait time. Especially since i payed for one hour of gaming. Thats 1/3 of my money gone to waiting. However everything else was pretty good. I like the look and feel of the place. It give off this feel if i was in a space ship. The music they played was decent. It fits the cafes feel and killing floor had no lag in game so that was a plus. Chairs are comfy and the computers you get to use are pretty cool. But the wait on games is way to long and brings down their score a lot.

Staff is meh. Place is pretty dirty. Bathroom is atrocious. Seems kind of run down. Comps are capable and prices are more than fair. Hope they stay in business.

Friendly staff and a good location, this place is ALWAYS filthy and the Majority of the monitors are WAY out of date (some still have the windows vista sticker on them).The console section at least preforms better, although its usually rank with sunflower seed debris.Also, if anyonr is updating a game or installing a new one be prepared to LAG, and we are talking like 160-240Ms on League. Unplayable.

Straight forward gaming Cafe. No nonsense. You just arrive, pay your time, make a username and youre on your way. If you have a steam or origin account you can install your games from your library.Open 24 hours and the location carried convenient snacks, also from what I gathered you can bring your meal here.

Used to come here a lot for internet back when I didnt have a smart phone... theyve really upped their game since then. Consoles are a pretty smart thing to add to a place like this! They always had a good variety of snack and friendly staff though, and the location is pretty convenient. Ive only been to a few internet cafes, but from what I know this one definitely stands out.

This place is the ideal destination for any gamer, or group of friends. The environment is extremely chill, awesome music playing in the background, wide selection of PC/console games, and a snack/drink options to make the overall experience really nice. The place has retained its original character. You can always expect to find the same things snacks and great machines to game on. Nearby businesses also are a great Plus.

The place is cool. 24/7 and they play techno. Also next to a pizza hut so thats cool. Prices are a bit much and the place isnt that big. Some of the chairs are worn down and some greasy mouses and headsets are broken. Also the pcs dont have a lot of games on them so expect an hour go to installing

This place is trash you spend more time filling out logins than actually getting gameplay. They need to update their entire system.

Definitely enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is really cool and the prices are reasonable. If only they didnt get so busy on the weekends everything would be perfect. The staff has been really nice and helpful whenever Ive gone. I usually call ahead and ask whether theyre busy or not because unfortunately they are the only gaming place nearby(and Im a 20 min. drive away). Definitely wish there were more locations, particularly further west ;)

Best cafe ever I go here multiple times a week... Now that I think about it its the only place to go for real gaming on good pcs and latest consoles. Would defiantly recommend it to everyone.

Ive been going to Netfragz for about 3 years and Ive had an awesome time playing there. Great customer service, always fixes computers right when an issue occurs. Id would recommend this place to anyone willing to game.

At first I thought this place was pretty cool. Great computers, good music, air conditioning 24/7, the different snacks and drinks youre able to choose from but then I get screwed out of 8 hours split between my brother and I, which is basically $24. Not once in the four or five times that my brother and I have been here, has anyone of the staff mentioned their 24 hour policy which states that you must use your purchased game time within a 24 hour period. Not once because if I knew we would have followed the policy and used the game time I purchased. Anyone would, right?So when we showed up tonight on 8/7/2017 around midnight and noticed we only had 10 minutes available on our accounts I went to question a staff member about it, who informed me of their 24 hour policy. Then began to lie about how he was pretty sure he told me when I purchased the 20 hours of game time because apparently he tells everyone. Everyone except my brother and I. Great. The staff member went on to tell me there was nothing he could do about the lost time and just shrugged his shoulders.I actually think it is kind of odd that if their 24 hour policy is a thing, why did we still have 10 minutes left on our accounts when we logged on? Why not completely wipe the remainder of time off our accounts if we passed the 24 hour mark? Seems like their policy has holes in it. It just doesnt make sense.Needless to say we will not be going back here. Not just for the miscommunication but because of the lack of consideration, the poor hygienic conditions they leave their restrooms in, and the level of unprofessionalism I have experienced in my recent visits. This was the cherry on top of the cake that made my final decision.Hopefully they can learn from this and create a wavier customers could sign to prove they have been notified of their policies so people wouldnt leave feeling salty about their experiences with this establishment.

Any problems I have with my account or the computer he always helps. Place is clean for how busy it is and it can be very busy sometimes. computers are great. Its 24 hours! Cheap! Great equipment and friendly staff. Chill atmosphere.Update:It turns out the pricing structure is not as good as it seems. Its 3.50 per hour which is pretty steep compared to other gaming rooms. You can purchase in bulk, such as 4 hours for 12 dollars or 10 hours for 20 dollars, but you only get permanent hours on your account at the rate of 3.50/ hour. The remaining hours must be used within 24 hours or they expire. Basically, unless you use all the bonus hours in one day, theyll disappear. Ie. If you get the 10 hours for 20 dollars, you only receive 6 hours and 15 minutes of permanent hours to be used at your leisure. The remaining 3 hours and 45 minutes can only be used after youve used your permanent hours, and on top of that, the bonus hours can only be redeemed within 24 hours. So unless you want to burn through all your hours within one day, you lose the bonus hours.Apparently (according to other yelp reviews) this is a somewhat new pricing policy. Basically they decided to create an inconvenient pricing strategy so that their regular customers cant buy hours in bulk and use them at their own pace. Typically a gamer will spend 2-3 hours per visit, and come once or twice a week if theyre very into gaming. Their policy forces these customers to spend all the hours in 24 hours to get a lower rate per hour.My opinion is that this is just ridiculous and an attempt to increase revenue. Several reviewers have already stated that theyll no longer be coming here because of this change. My friend and i play pretty often but after we found that our bonus hours were expired (They didnt explain this system to us our first time, which was probably accidental on the employees part), weve decided to discontinue our goings. It just seems ridiculous because the people who will end up being hurt are the loyal customers who now have to deal with this updated pricing policy, whereas the ones like me who can see straight through its intention of increasing sales at the expense of customer convenience will refuse to go.I highly suggest management revert back to their old pricing where gamers can add hours and get better deals by adding in bulk, and be able to use these hours at their own leisure and convenience. What happened to customers first? It seems nowadays that managers have forgotten that customer satisfaction matters and they throw it out and just implement whatever will seem to increase revenue.If they revert back to their old pricing system, then it would be 5 stars.

Ive been coming here every day since last summer. Great place. Every game. Customer service is great thats why I continue to come here . I dont see how people rate low or talk about justin being bad with customers because hes been super cool since day 1 so keep it up dont mind the 1 stars

NetFragz was a bit smaller than what the pictures lead on to but it was a great place regardless. Really nice computer/gaming chairs that are comfortable and headphones included with every computer, although mine were really loud when I played my game of choice: League, but that could be normal for League, idk.I had an awesome time at NetFragz last Thursday. I walked in with my friend and let the employee at the front desk know that it each of our first time at any kind of gaming lounge. The employee was super helpful and explained everything.Youre allowed to bring outside food and drinks in as well as purchase their snacks and drinks.Id say the one downside to NetFragz is no WiFi, only land line internet (to their great computers). At the time I only had slow speed data to my phone so I essentially couldnt use it while at NetFragz.From what I learned was there is availability all week except Friday and Saturday nights when they are packed and have a waitlist. I am not sure how their waitlist works.

It has games. But its a little of a hostile male environment. You should not go there for first time experience on how to play first person shooter games. So you really should know how to play before getting there. Its not super clean either. But not crazy dirty either.

Ive been comming here for 10 years and i love how this place has survived when so many havent. But man this reoccurring theme of you having to pay and waste your time to install games on there machines that arent cs go or league. Same gose for the consoles...which is just straight out neglect. Thanks NF I had 3 hours away from my kids this week and you killed it.

The library of games were quite vast and the gear was very good (could run most games on very high graphics). They have personal NetFrag accounts for all games so you dont have to sign in but there is that option to. They also provide wipes at the counter for the mouse or keyboards. Hit or miss with some staff. They are friendly however we had to request help over 2 times for one of them which then made excuses or forgot about us. The music was also loud which made it difficult to communicate to people online.

Its been some time since ive written my last review of this gaming cafe. and all though some positive changes have been made this place still suffers from the same old issues. the place should promote how instead of playing games you will have to spend hours waiting for almost all of the games to update that arent fortnite, cs go, or league of legends. its insane how long Ive spent sitting during my game sessions waiting for a game to simply up date. and i was informed today that management will not allow us to have a employee come over and exceed bandwith so we can increase download speed. i come here to game not sit and do nothing. the employee certainly comps me for my time but 2 to 3 hours updating just so i can play cod is outlandish. its robbery and a sign of terrible management. utilize a system in which comps are all updated during early morning down hours. unfortunately this place is the only game cafe near were i live that isnt out of the way. My problem isnt with the staff, my problem is with the terrible management at work. come on down to netfragz were you can sit and experience what its like to update games for 10 hours. GET THIS FIXED GUYS ITS DOWN RIGHT PATHETIC. I enjoy coming here, but you are losing money comping me up to 3 to 4 hours when i come here. i want to sit down and play over watch, not look at a screen waiting for it to update. every client has a auto update feature. leave it running so it does it itself. get it together guys. if you want me to wait then ditch the spending limit for my debit cards.

The only thing this place needs is a TV on that back wall. Place would be perfect.
