I cant complain the same pizza at a really good price and then they got a 7 5 3 dollar menu cant lose Im going back soon

Where was Chuck E.?!?! Every so often they announced that he was coming out but every time he did not. And I feel like it was super warm in there. Its only common sense to crank up the AC when there is a lot of people and kids who are running around. Most of the games did not work, they werent even on. And the games that were on were not giving out tickets as well as they should. And am I the only one who thinks they need to upgrade the prizes. We are not in the 50s anymore lets get better prizes for our kids living in this modern world. Make Chuck E. Cheese worth it!

I went in on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 round 7pm for the very first time. The manager was so friendly and his attitude was very inviting. Definitely a great example of what a manager should really be like. Will definitely be back to this location! What also caught my attention was that he was very respectful and tender with his female employees. You can tell hes definitely a family man from his kind actions. He wasnt just standing around giving orders. He was working the register, helping in the kitchen to serve the food and he was cleaning the tables and fixing machines and on top of that, he was giving the best customer service to all the customers! I mean, he deserves a raise! And if corporate doesnt believe me, check the cameras! He was amazing!

So grateful for the to go birthday party pack they offer. Pizza was great. Cake was delicious. Party pack had everything we needed to make it special at home during this crazy time. Employees were nice and helpful too.

The food was good but totally not worth the price or the 2 hours we waited for just 1 medium pizza. Not to mention the staff was ridiculously rude! Especially the girl at the front who took our order, she was extremely rude and just overall seemed like she really hated her job. Never would I go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

Went on black Friday need a quick snack. Bought a pizza rolls and $3.00 game pass. Had some fun and gained energy. Would recommend trying it for a change over fast food any time.

Wow has this place gone down hill fast. I dont like leaving a negative review of any establishment. Unfortunately there were so many issues with this chuck e cheese that I had to share my displeasure. Hand stamped on the way in but nobody checking on the way out? We were able to walk out without anyone caring. Ticket muncher constantly broke down leading to the game room attendant to constantly fix it. Thus leading to long waits for ticket reloads and error on game attractions to be addressed. We purchased a unlimited play card for 120 min. So I was stuck waiting on one game till I could have someone eventually help out. (Waited 20min at one point) i spoke to a game attendant about it and the employee informed me it was her first day. Wow hash first day. When chuck e came out (each time) he went to the front counter threw a few tickets and went to the back through the employee area Im assuming the kitchen. Why not give the kids a show or just a meet and greet? Food made the entire family sick. We had a disagreement with the kitchen staff who also was very rude and was very unorganized. So it was time to get a prize.... another 20 min wait for the 1 person running it to get through the crowd of people wanting to get their prizes and leave. Over all chuck e cheese was such a cool fun location to take your little ones to. I feel this isnt the best venue anymore. Can Chuck E. Make a comeback with changing its mouse again? Hire more people if your understaffed. Make our experience worth the $100 I put down each time we go.

Had a great experience! The Boys in the kitchen Erik and Leandro are the best.Their pizza was the best I’ve had in along time. These boys are good at their job and are kinda cute!️ Food came out fast and looked almost as good as the cooks!

Some of the machines get stuck quite so often. The ticket to receipt collector machine frequently jams up. Is a good place for kids. But needs to maintained in terms of machines over there

My kids are super happy that Chuck is back

They had horrible service. The ticket counter took my tickets and it didn’t even count them. Went to complain and they said she never heard of that happening. Didn’t even give me a refund. Not only that my baby brother asked for a giant slinky and they gave him a small one and charged the price of the big one. Very upset, and definitely will not return.

The entire place was dirty especially the drink area, bathroom and table. They gave us an empty bottle of Parmesan, the pizza looked bad and the appetizer came after the pizza. The quality is not nearly as good as it used to be with higher prices. Disappointed. Although the games were still ok.

For the record,, Chuck E. Cheese has been a go to environment for Childrens Birthday parties and entertainment in the PAST.Fast forwarding to the PRESENT . Chuck E. Cheese has lost its luster when it come to this particular location . The restaurant and entertainment areas are in my opinion,,, ENTIRELY WAY TOO SMALL !!!Furthuremore, aside from the oversized mouse, this location is understaffed and the manager needs additional managers to facilitate customer concerns to insure a pleasant and enjoyable visit .... after-all lets face it ,,,, The average family visits Chuck E. Cheese at least 1 to 2 times a year depending on the age of their own children, invitation to another childs party or in my case just to take my grandson out honoring a request to go and have fun barring the expense we have to endure until they get older and realise that there other venues to go to.Lasly, I could go on with this review however, I suspect this one wont receive the attention it deserves to reach SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND ACTION.The menu choices have to change .Pizza is easy to sell anywhere and the Salads in my opinion have changed offering assembling varieties to appeal to Healthy alternative choices for adults as well as children . This location lacked the basic fundamentals to HACCP[ Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point]Look it up folks ... youd be amazed what goes on at this location .Food handling , Restroom , Dining areas, Beverage station / Salad Bar were not maintained by staff . I saw the manager all over the place doing multiple task thus the reason for the 2 STARS . I wouldnt be surprised if everyone working that wasnt working were TERMINATED !Until,, Chuck E. Cheese makes significant changes to this location and where it is ,,Expect the similar if not , the SAME experience ........ Truth hurts , but sometimes its the path to getting it right for others that follow.

My children loved it exceptionally and we got the all you can play and we were able to pause the card while we ate

Pizza was surprisingly good. Weird now you have to pay just for the wristbands so your kid doesnt lose their card thats rather annoying. $1 by the way all the games worked thats a plus.

Im glad this CEC has employees that actually dont take forever to come fix a game. They still have some of the games that have stuck around a while. I wish they brought back the Tower or Power game. The Simpsons pinball type game was a jackpot win for my daughter. And the photo sketch picture machine actually wasnt out of order at this one.

Have my grandson here today for his second birthday. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt crowded. The kids had a blast playing games eating pizza and gathering up tickets.

My daughter enjoyed the unlimted hour she had to play and get the most tickets. Food isnt desirable at all, tastes not good. Individual pizza was way over priced $10.00, tasted nasty:(

The 20 something bucks for an hour is a perfect package for me. The arcade place with the slide and playground was perfect for my boy he really enjoyed this place just for that id give it 5 stars but im giving it 3 instead because the place smells not so pleasant and the food and beer is rediculously priced.

As Soon As I walked into the restaurant i was greeted by a very handsome sweet young man and he also took my order and i couldnt say no to anything he suggested because he was so upbeat and full of life. My daughter mentioned to him that it was her birthday and he instantly knowledge her and said OMG HOW OLD ARE YOU TURNING and gave her a sticker with her name on it. The fact that he did that made my day, I didnt get a cake for my daughter and he not only played games with my daughter and sang happy birthday to her but also bought her a cake. My family and i are extremely impressed that this kind of service in given at a chuck e cheese and defiantly will be returning and recommend this place to my friends and family. When leaving I asked another young man to speak with the manager to let him know about the extraordinary young man and the amazing service he gave us and to my surprise he was the manager. Francisco is the best!

Its decent for the kids and not crowded during the weekdays. Only one bathroom all the way in the back and its worn out. The drink area needs to be cleaned especially where the straws are. Buffet/Salad Bar is a joke, literally nothing but some salad and dressings and a few pizzas. The pizza is good hasnt changed. All of the games were working which is a plus. The kids got alot of tickets. Dont waste your tickets on cotton candy, just buy it for 2$

Great place for the kids I went yesterday on Thursday night and it wasnt that busy. The pizza was very good I also have the sampler and it was also very good compliments to the chief. Also about the cook he was very helpful and went out of his way to help ke take my food to the table. Will come back next time in weekday because weekends are too bussy. Great as usual

Kids love it. Its my idea of hell! Las Vegas for kids. Bad food, noisy, chaotic, a kids paradise. Arcade type games - get tickets, win prizes. Not for the faint of heart.

Place lacks machine maintenance, theres a line as long as the DMV to count your tickets.

The placed smelled of urine and throw up. It was very hot, I dont think they have ac unit. It was overly packed maybe that should be a issue for the Fire Marshall. And the MANAGER was the rudest person in the place. He said he had no time to help and passed me off to an employee that was busy already. Very rude. This place was a joke. Anyways worst place ever. And I really love Chuck Entertainment Cheeses. Ill find a different location for now on.

This place is fun to take the kids but it has a smell

Overall good experience. Games are ok. Good enough to keep children occupied. Play ground is pretty small compared to what it used to be in the 90s and 2000s. Food however is over priced. For 2 large pizzas and a lg order of wings along with 4 cups I paid around $80. That is not including tokens for the games. For the money I could of probably got more bang for my buck at Johns incredible pizza.

I hadnt came here in years.I brought my youngest daughter that is 14.She ate,played games and got cotton candy with her tickets.She loves cotton candy and she had fun.

Big problem at this Fontana location most of the games are not working or giving tickets to the kids not only that but i have been here since 3:46 and is now 6:20pm not once has check e hase come out to interact with the children i confronted the manager by the name Andrew and he said chuck e has been out. I told him he only came out for the birthday children and was only out for about 10 min with the birthday children and not the rest, he was very unprofessional on his response along with his staff. This location needs better customer service. I leave very disappointed along with my 5 year old that wanet to give chuck e a high five.

My kids love Chuck Cheese! We went the day before Christmas and I was EMPTY! dont get me wrong I loved it cause no lines and everything was ready really quickly! My kids go to use all the games the wanted without having to wait! The employees were great as well!

The place looks great. I hadnt been her in a couple months, and they upgraded here. The staff is so welcoming, and most importantly its very clean with working games. Very impressed.

Friendly employees try to be helpful. The games work. This location is clean. Manager is helpful. I like the unlimited games for 2 hours option. The kids were able to just play and have fun without worrying about how many tokens or points they have.

Great atmosphere, courteous staff members. There were a lot of games to play, and plenty of room to roam around with your children. Most of the parents were properly supervising their children,. So thats always a plus ... And the food was great. I totally recommend this Chuck-E-Cheese.

This place sucks. Customer service is horrible. Place smells like rotten milk as soon as you walk in. It’s dirty. They left me standing there just to skip me & go to another consumer. Horrible service. One girl was on her phone right next to the cash register & the red head was just standing there. Felt no hospitality what so ever. Won’t be coming back.

This place is amazing during the week early afternoon! Not crowded. They do not have all the prices that they have in display. Over all great!

Clean place kids loved it and the have a playplace. Food took a little while but over all great experience.

Twice asked employees that the ticket counters were down and only one was working and they only made one more ticket counter work even tho there was a line of customers trying to count their tickets. It took nearly 40 min to get our tickets counted since we had to wait in line. Not sure why they couldnt get the other three machines up and running.

During the weekend its packed, machines down only one person fixing them. People not watching their kids.

No 5 stars because it smells musty in there. But my 3 yr loves it & its easier to watch over an energetic lil one ndoors than at a park!

The cashier didnt know the menu, the picture booths were out of paper and there werent any big trash cans so we had to leave our half eaten food on the table. My son is autistic and he loves to get his picture taken, so he was extremely upset that he didnt get to take his picture home. The tables were dirty, probably for the same reason why we had to leave ours in the state it was. The bathrooms were horrible, my boys didnt even want to use the mens room. The food is good but way over priced.

Definitely wont be returning very poor service!! Party was booked for 5:30 got seated at 6 got our food at 7:45 almost 8 service sucked didnt get anything I paid for in our package but the cups food was cold brang the wrong food twice! When asked to speak to a manager their was no manager! The whole point of me booking a party was to be stress free! I was more stressed out there then anything before I was so upset! On a positive note my kids had a blast with games!

It was actually empty and not as loud compared to the weekends. My autistic son actually had a great time during quiet sundays and wasnt overwhelmed with the loud noises and sounds. We didnt need his headphones once. Great staff and chuck spent extra time with my Son since there was only 7 kids there at the time and he kept following Chuck around. Miss Roxana the manager she was amazing.

I will be honest. Last time I visited chuckie cheese was a bit long ago. I felt like you werent getting your monies worth when it came to the quality of their food. I just whant back for my 3yr old and I have to say they have upgraded their pizzas 100% I whent to the one in Fontana on Valley and Sierra Ave. Also now u get a card loaded with points instead of tokens, witch is pretty awsome since now ALL their games are just ONE TOKEN per play . Paid 11$ with a coupon for 45 points.

Man talk about terrible customer service, long wait times for purchasing food, tokens, and even extreme wait time to receiving any food purchase. The self help card reloading and balance check machines didnt work. Never booking a birthday party with them again.

Booked a birthday party. Everything was great host breahna was very nice. This location is to me just another Chuck e cheese. The staff is nice..... considering most of them are teenagers. But they are so understaffed. You have to wait in line for so long for everything. There was like 20 people to get hand stamped checked to get out....im surprised they all waited to get checked out.

Decent place for a Chuck e cheese. Pretty wide open and spread out which is nice. You dont feel so crowded during rush hour. They do need to clean a bit more. Theres food and trash everywhere the tables are left unkept for a while before someone comes out to clean. Staff could be a bit nicer. The gal stamping us coming in gave us the same stamp as the people in front of us, when we pointed it out she just shrugged and was like whatever. Yeah whatever is right.

I went in a week ago with a party of 4. The food left us all sick for a few days after. When we went some games were down, understandable, however not understandable was the amount of games that didnt have tickets. My party had two children and after every other game they had to wait for an associate to come restock the tickets. Generally I do not like to complain but the time it took for an associate to show up was ridiculous. Then at the end of our trip all the ticket muncher machines were down. When we asked an associate about it they just rolled their eyes...okay rude. Then when we FINALLY got to the prize area the lady behind the counter was beyond rude. As the kids made their selections she huffed and rolled her eyes. Most of the prizes they didnt even have in stock. At one point she even said just take it home and use it a different day um after this experience I dont want to come back. Honestly who knee Chuck E Cheese went downhill that badly.

Theres decent food, good games and the rich smell of pizza in the air. The staff seems a bit overworked and rushed but try their best to answer questions. My nieces loved the experience and I have no reason to complain about the service.

We had our twin birthday party here on Sunday Oct 22 @9am and it was AMAZING our hostess Elian was great good attitude and we had most kids under 5 and she just went with the flow .....very understanding and she just made it her goal for us to enjoy which we did adults and kids....there was only 3 cast members and it all went well food service........i would highly recommend a VIP party at 9am....to anyone .Thank you chuck E cheese for make the twins birthday special .....the Lake family

Not a good customer service. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and they gave me a thin crust pizza and they didnt want to change it they said if I wanted a stuffed crust I had to order a new one

Prizes for the kids are not what they use to be for 206 tickets for two kids u get two items each and one to share for for 75 tickets u get three things n two of the items are candies come on there kids Im sure your employees can dissiffer which kids worked hard for there tickets and if there is a school event u should really give the kids a break on the prizes cause Im sure parents are spending well over 50.00 and if they have more than one child it adds up.. beside that the ham from the salad bar was salty n the dough on the stuffed pizza wasnt cooked all the way n the crust taste like it had to much garlic

Not the best CEC but its near by so why not. I do enjoy on I believe Wednesday or Thursday. I think Thursday for 1 hour $14.99 on all games so thats nice.

The pizza is much better now. They serve alcohol which I guess is a plus but whos gonna drive your kids home if all the moma are drinking? Nice staff, clean, and good for school age or pre-teens.
