Good people! Not great management! The people who live here look out for each other. Not an organization but neighbors who care!

Here for 20 years. Homeowners look out for eachother. Just gotta keep your yard clean to keep from getting any notices. No Party People. Very peaceful. Everyone minds their business. We have lots of places to walk to. Were surrounded by Grocery stores..Metro Bus stop right up front, swap meet right next door. Lots of gas stations. Right across from Kaiser Hospital. Also surrounded by Dentist offices. Restraunts, Stores, Hotels, Storage Units, Car Repair shops, Clothing Stores, Car dealership, Thrift Shops, Theres Jobs left and Right. Manager is not very Helpful. Doesnt Live on Premises. So thats Really Awsome. Managers Father is The Best Maintenance Person. We also have a friendly young man that does Landscaping for everyone in here. Does a great Job. And our Rent here is affordable. I doubt that anyone is moving from here. Its too Awsome!No Police Activity! No Theives! No Drug Activity.. We also have the Best Security...only Patrol at Night. Lots of Parking. Just dont park in Fire Lane.

Cleaning up more, need to have cars that are broke down hauled away. Good management

Quiet place to live...No police activity...near hospital, and many restaurants within walking distance. Home sweet home!

A Good site to live if you need a house with low bugdet, and you have everything near and so cheap right there, in the zone.

Manager Rene has been approving tows. Even towed my visitors car this morning. Why is there visitor parking if you are towing visitors cars? Manager lives on site and also parks car in the visitor parking lot. If only it was not so expensive to move a mobile home I would have been gone.

Neighbors from hell

Peaceful park but the management is garbage. They dont do anything to help the park look better or maybe even build a lil park or add some grass to keep the kids out of the street. I mean when your main office is only open for 2-3 hours a day you know they dont care.

Great community.. little parking tho..

Eh... Its pretty much there for food 4 less and big lots. Nothing to write home about.

I have lived here for 4 years the management office is only open from 1 to 3 and he knows nothing Im always given wrong information then hell say I never said that .... they r always turning our water off a lot of times without notifying us .... if I didnt win my Mobil home I would of moved a long time ago
