Bad experience...visiting some friends our car almost got towed away from mi friends house without any warning. The park doesnt provide enough parking for visitors, but they want to tow away your car. There was loud music from neighbors and management dont do anything...

This place is under different manager,and they have cleaned up the park really nice and clean , we have a family owned moible home there for over 48 years I have seen the good and the bad and Thanks to the New manager and maintenance guy it really nicekeep up the good work guys ,nice job

Orangewood Mobile Home Park is no longer a place to feel safe or raise a family , the Management Company whose name I will not state caters to the tenants that deal drugs, threaten and steal from other tenants in the park because they are afraid of tenants using personal issues( discrimination) against them in court. In 1990 this Park catered only to seniors 55 and older it was strict with rules and tenants were safe in their homes, and happy it was owned then by a lady named Marquita. A few years later Marquita allowed a family to move in , when tenants complained about the fact it was for Seniors only a eviction was not done because the family threatened to use discrimination and Marquita did not feel like fighting the battle in court, so now the park is for families as well as seniors seniors that still live in the Orangewood Mobile home park have grown accustomed to the fact that is no longer a Senior park ,but now the tenants have new issues to fight and again without the assistance of the owners or the management company in charge. I believe the owner now is related to Marquita ,they have hired a management company to oversee the rules and regulations and would make positive changes the tenants were advised that the park changes would benefit everyone, however adding lighting, trimming trees , planting bushes , a new sign , purchasing new washers and dryers do not help with the predators that live in the park. These predators buy , sell and use drugs in the homes in the trailer park, one tenant has rented a mobile home inside the park (#13), she walks around the park threatening tenants with violence, borrowing money , has got into a full face confrontation with several tenants and caused a caretaker assisting a disabled tenant into a vehicle to drop him to the ground which lead to a fist fight as the caretaker was defending not only herself but the gentleman she was assisting, this predator claims she is disabled , gets a check from social security each month claims she is unable to work , yet able enough to start fist fights and walk as if she owns the park without a cane with several complaints about her constant drug sales daily if not in her trailer but in the park, her threats to tenants police have been called, No eviction was done, another predator that lives in the park , moves in with his grandfather, he buys , sells uses drugs and steals from his grandfather for his drug habit while his grandfather has to beg people for food complaints have been made , police have been called No eviction has been done, a tenant that is known for drug making and selling in the park within his trailer a known druggie and again no eviction is done complaint after complaint by tenants in this park and nothing is being done to protect them. The seniors, the families with children are no longer safe in their homes from these predators,as theft is high and everyone is on guard as items become stolen on a daily basis and all this Management group does is say write out a complaint but still nothing is being done. Why ? because what I have learned they DO NOT want to hassle with costly court evictions or hassles by tenants that might use the discrimination card, they believe its easier to make the tenants believe that their issues are being heard and complaints are taken seriously when in fact they are only blowing smoke up the tenants asses to shut them up. Good for you Orangewood Mobile Home park ,looks like the drug dealers and sellers and thiefs and bullies are who you truly value not the families with children, not the seniors that still reside there not the tenants that actually work to pay their space rent , its nice the park is doing a cosmetic change to look nice but the true danger are the predators they are protecting..so future tenants beware...!! If you do not believe this blog , walk in and ask anyone of the tenants that live there, they are willing to share all the information you need to deter you from moving in to this unsafe drug known park..!!
