Fun, local park with a lighthouse. Park also had a mini amusement park for young kids. Great views of Lake Winnebago and the surrounding area. Beautiful views of the marina as well. Park is clean and well manicured. Bathrooms were not open on this visit.

Fun. Lighthouse Park has a miniature train, a kiddie tilt o whirl, and a carousel. Theres a park across the street with several playgrounds. I was disappointed the lighthouse was closed, so we couldnt go inside.

Wished we could still go to the top. Beautiful view. Only thing is the over growth of the plants around the seating. I make sure I come here every time I visit Fond du Lac. Great place to play Pokemon go

So picturesque! The harbor nearby & all the nicely landscaped area around it. We had fun exploring the whole area.

This is a beautiful lighthouse and park! I sat on the bench looking out over the water and it was so relaxing and beautiful!

Beautiful family park. There are plenty of people out there walking on a beautiful day. And there are a lot of families fishing theyre too. In the enclosed deer pen there are a couple of newborn fawns. Unfortunately the train is not running nor the merry-go-round.

Beautiful place, super windy. The water was magneficently dark. The lighthouse is a nice addition.

Its a wonderrest place the park has improved no gangs. The light house is a step back to the past, looking at it is calming. It makes u smile to see it. At night with the marina lights its breath taking.

Serene location. Lighthouse is closed for the season. Worth stopping by to enjoy the view.

A must see destination every Year. Beautiful views and great park history to see climbing up to the top. To bad its closed for covid-19 right now. First time I ever saw it closed. I pray they leave it as is and dont develop around it.

Great lighthouse with incredible views of the lake and surrounding areas. Nice place to have a picnic, or just sit and watch life go by! We went there around 10am on a Saturday morning in the Summer, and it wasnt very crowded. Lighthouse is open for climbing all day, and is a really fun experience.

Love eating here to watch the lake and listen to music.. good place to relax

Beautiful lighthouse and great spot to start a trip around Lake Winnebago to see all 5 lighthouses (or 7, depending on your definition of what a lighthouse is).

Great little Lighthouse. Sadly the pandemic kept us from being able to climb it but it was well taken care of and the grounds were nice.

The Fond du Lac Lighthouse is always a great place to visit. Hopefully it stays public and doesnt get demolished like it may.

Lakeside Park is the best park, its huge, full of places to hang out on a summer day. The lighthouse is a highlight of the park. Resting by Lake Winnebago is calming and exciting when people are boating. Lake Winnebago is mysterious.

Place is a historic landmark for fond du lac. But theres always so many people loitering there, its kind of uncomfortable.

I love walking up the stairs to get to the top of the lighthouse and then using the telescope that is up there. It is really cool at night as well.

Its a great place to visit... Great Outlook over lake Winnebago. Great and safe for kids. And there are parks around there so have fun be safe and learn some interesting facts while you walk to the top of the lighthouse.

The lighthouse in Lakeside Park is so pretty. You can see for miles from its top. Inside, there are pictures with written history about the park. Explore the large beautifully landscaped park and make sure you visit the lovely lighthouse. Right now the park us decorated for Christmas. During the summer its the perfect place to have a picnic and spend the day.

Lights are pretty. The no parking between 10pm to 4am sucks. I get out of work at midnight and like to stop and go while playing pokemon. Im always worried Im going to get pilled over for pulling over in no parking zones. Id walk... but... burrr!

The past meets the future ! Great views of Lake Winnebago, and cool history about the immediate area, on all 4 levels. And you can catch your breath if you just had dinner

Its (the lighthouse) a logo for both the city and the county of fond du lac. No charge to go up to the top, maybe 70 and overlook lake Winnebago and the harbor. Never a crowd, will take you 10 minutes. There is a parking area adjacent. If youre a lighthouse enthusiast, its ok. But I wouldnt plan a day trip around it.

Just a beautiful view from the top of the lighthouse,,Ive been visiting the park since I was a young boy. I enjoy the walking trail,,landscape photography,,fishing and relaxing by the lakeside.
