Apparently they dont normally sell alcohol at their shows. Definitely would have helped me get through the ballet. Otherwise very nice little theater. Snack bar employee was wonderful, greeters were nice and audio acoustic properties seemed great throughout. Not a bad seat in the house due to it being relatively small. You can easily see the stage of performers from the top, back rows.

I have gone here a few times for quality concerts. All of the stages were appropriate both in size and acoustics for the music. The staff(volunteers?) are both pleasant and efficient. The location has easy access from Sac and the best parking of ANY musical venue in the area. Being from the Bay Area, Ive found Sac to be a jazz desert. Harris Center and a couple of other entities are steadily changing that. Great ticket prices as well. It has something for almost any artistic taste. Great place. Support them.

Ive seen so many great shows here, its incredible how many acts come all the way out to Folsom! The theater is nice and has a huge parking lot; because shows are generally in the evening, Ive never had issues with parking. The snack choices at the theater are pretty poor, but Im not going there for food anyway!

There is no such thing as a bad seat! I have enjoyed performances of varying styles in different rows and seats placement, as well as different theaters within the Harris Center...each show was great and the view was always perfect! There truly is no such thing as a poor seat within the Harris Center.

Harris Center is a great venue for live entertainment. Even the largest stage is still small enough to give the entire audience excellent line of sight. A very well designed structure. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Amazing talented players. My complaint is with the staff. Why toddler children are allowed in and people are sat after the show begins is amateur at best. Its so disrupting to the show and disrespect to actors and the audience. I give them zero stars.

Saw Spamalot here recently. The show was great. The theater was great. We sat just about smack dab in the middle of the mezzanine and had a pretty good view. If we could, I would have preferred 2 or 3 rows closer to the front of the mezzanine. The acoustics are great. These only complaint is the leg room is almost as bad as on a plane. Trying to walk past people who did not want/need to get up for a potty break during intermission was like what I think walking a tight rope must be like.A photo below of the view from our seats.

Excellent. Saw Four Tenors and they were wonderful..had a full house. The Center is easily accessible, I was provided a parking permit with my tickets (which made parking easy), volunteer ticket-takers were very helpful with assisting people to their seats, comfortable seats and pleasant surroundings. They do a fantastic job of putting on performances. Well worth checking out.

The Harris Center is part of Folsom Lake College. It is a 80,000 sq ft regional arts center. The actual theater itself is a somewhat small venue (like the size of a high school multi purpose room) for the performing arts, but with graduating and balcony seating. It is a very nice place. Their 2019-2020 Season, which goes from August through July list a variety of shows. The general admission seats appeared to be the balcony seating. But honestly the first two rows of seats right in front looked like the only bad seats to me because they were too close to the stage. We were there to see Cirque Mei, which were elite circus artist and acrobats from the Hebei Province, China. It was a good show. There are bathrooms, a snack bar, and an art gallery located within the center.

Enjoyed a play performed at Stage Two last week. The performance was good but we did not like the double standard policy of seat reservation. Seating was supposed to be open, unreserved seating, as was stated in the website. For this reason, we arrived at the Harris Center one hour earlier, so we would be first in line and get the best seats for our granddaughter whose birthday we were celebrating. We were first to enter the theater only to find out that the first and second center rows had been reserved by staff for other people who were not even in the building (they arrived right before the performance). What??? Preferential treatment for friends/family members? We were certainly not happy about this. That is the reason for the low rating.
