I got food poisoning here! Rancid butter. I barely made it home before I defiled my bathroom while I suffered in cold sweats. The auditorium was hot and smelled of mildew. Im sure caused by being closed up for months with no ventilation. Theaters should not be reopened! They are a petri dish! Enter at your own risk!

Great customer service from the guy at consession stand. Rude guy where you buy tickets before entering. If not for him would be 5 stars. Arm rest is movable in theatre. Seats very comfortable unique style. Plenty movies to choose from.

I like the changes they have made. You get to pick a seat (where you want to sit) prior to going into the movies. Love it. However, I would like to suggest that they find a way to keep the popcorn hot/warm and if possible to have the butter slightly warm as well.

Multiple issues here !My family and I went to see Jumanji December 30 2019 the 4:45 pm showing. Arrived 20 min early to get tickets and concessions and to get seated before the movie started. First ,out of 4 ticket windows only 1 was open, when purchasing tickets I believe an assistant manager was in the booth with the ticket person counting money in plain site causing a distraction to the young lady trying to sell me tickets causing delay as well, also ignoring my wifes statement about one ticket being for a child, it took my wife asking her 3 or 4 times before the young lady responded to her question that one ticket is for a young child. Next out of 6 stations I believe only 2 were open to buy concessions with only 1 person at each station taking orders for concessions , there were 2 families at 1 station and 2 young adults at another, we waited between 5 and 10 min, we did not get anything .My family and I opted out of getting concessions to avoid missing the beginning of the movie as well as previews for upcoming movies .Get into the theater and then the speakers are not working for the commercials or previews , not the first time I have experienced this issue ! Once the movie started speakers worked fine.With about 40 minutes left of the movie the air in the theater was so cold that my nose and feet were so cold it was hard to focus on the movie, my family was extremely cold as well as well as other people around us complaining, luckily we took jackets . After the movie my son and I went to the restroom. The mens restroom was clean however the womens restroom floor was sticky and among other things. However in the mens restroom one urinal was out of order as well as a bathroom stall causing long wait issues. The out of order facilities looked like they were out of order for a while sense they were marked as so. Next Here in the restroom I had to let my young son go first because the stall doors are out of alignment to the point they wont shut and lock !It has been a while sense we visited Swamp fox theaters hoping they would have been some corrections to the theater ,however after this past trip that was suppose to be a fun and memorable birthday trip for myself and family it will be a while before we go back !Please look into repairing/updating this theater ASAP , and inform me when this has been done. Hard earned money these days to be spent at an enjoyable place to only be ruined by an experience such as this leaves a lasting bad memory , one of not wanting to go back.Had some discussions with family the other day this place was built in 2002. Just a note !

I have been attending this theatre since it was built. It’s size and concessions set it apart from the other local competition, and is for the most part a nice theater. Unfortunately, they have removed all combo deals at the concessions, thus increasing prices for relatively inexpensive popcorn and drinks. With one of the distinguishing characteristics of this establishment tarnished, it may be time to look elsewhere. I’m well aware theaters make the majority of their money on concessions. The combos were expensive enough, there is no need to rake its patrons over the coals further. Bring back the combos.

Everything was excellent. Me and my just seen Bad Boys 3 and looking forward to seeing something else this weekend. We appreciate what you guys are doing. Thanks!

What can I say? Its fabulously made over and close to amenities/ hotels in the area. It has multiple moves available and close to the Mall. They get the latest movies in as soon as possible. Comfortable seating too.

Id give you one more star, but the snack counter employees are literally the slowest people I have ever seen. Its possible they are going that slow as some kind of challenge, or a bet, but they are also totally friendly, so its odd to say the least. Theater, bathrooms and lobby are clean though. The prices are silly high, but thats all theaters. We will recommend!

My husband and I go to the movies quite often. And Im disappointed to say that Swamp fox has definitely gone down hill over the years. The theater hasnt seen an upgrade since it was built. I would love to see the owners invest in some modern upgrades to the place.

Most of my experiences here are good except for the over priced popcorn and drinks. I dont buy it anymore.Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience. Went to the 1:10 PM show. At 1:20, the screen was still black. Another movie goer went and asked if they had forgotten to start the movie. Yes, they forget. Someone came in to say the movie would start soon. Well, 20 minutes later, the manager came in and they were having technical difficulties. She moved us to another location. After a total of 35 minutes, the movie finally started. With this inconvenience, she could have at least offered free popcorn and drink. After all, there was only 4 of us viewing the movie. By the way, the movie Overcomer was AWESOME. I highly recommend it.

10/23 For the 3rd time in the last 3 months the website was completely wrong on the show times available. Went to see a movie at 2:00 p.m. and the only available showing was at 1:15.At 7:41pm on 11/26, my wife is trying to call for correct ticket times and has been hung up on twice. Also not great to give everyone the same BS form response if you want people to think you are taking them seriously!

I dont like the new system. But the theater is clean. Snacks were fine.

There was a show for 5:35 pm for Star Wars, we arrived at 5:50pm, as we were buying our tickets at the box office, the lady said the movie has already started, therefore, we went ahead and bought $45 (3 tickets) for the 3D version 6:05 show. It was past 6:33 and the ads were still playing... not to mention, the screen was horribly blurry (no the ad part was not in 3D). Then we realized, the lady at the box office lied to us about actual movie being started when the ads lasted almost 30 minutes prior to the actual movie starting. Next, when the movie did start, left side on top of the screen had this huge black blur line across as we put on our glasses. At first I thought something was wrong with the glasses, but it appeared to be that way for all three of us.... Absolutely hated the experience.. Was unable to watch the movie clearly... especially for this high of a price..

Went with my family to see Angel Has Fallen and bought our tickets all to get turned back around on the inside. They tell us we cant take our baby into an R rated movie. Weve watched so many R rated movies there with all of our kids and not ever have we gotten turned around before. I asked if that was something new that they started doing. They said well, we were always supposed to do that but we havent always done it.

Its ok if you paying the high entry prices. The seating area is great but they show way to much advertising before the movie starts. Its a nice place but I cant pay 50 dollars every time I want to see a movie for two people including snacks. Ill just stick with the Julia 4.

They cant seem to get the ticket sales in order. On a weekend with several new movies being released. Thay only had 2 ticket sales windows open out of 4. It never a great experience getting tickets.

Absolutely horrible experience last night. So someone in their infinite wisdom has decided to do away with the box office and force everyone to come inside to the concession stand to by tickets AND food. This created chaos. So no matter if you bought your tickets on Fandango, you were forced into the line with the masses and thus making you miss the opening of the film. Do yourself a favor and find another theater.

It was horrible.....i have came here three times....And each time they did not have the Cheetos popcorn I noticed me be small thing but when you go someplace and pay your money you look at the menu you want whats on the menu Ive been there three times and it did not have the popcorn and nobody seemed concerned about making it he told me where I was kind of difficult to make and nobody feel like making it really but I feel like paying $10 over to see a movie!!!!Next time i go... and they dont have the popcorn corporate will be notified #I am Petty

Where the elite meet to eat everything under the sun and pay triple the price too. Spent $150.00 for 2 adults and 1 child with minimal snacks. Restrooms not very clean waited forever for a girl to change a register tape. Not at all worth the money.

Great, clean movie theater & nice staff. The ticket booth to buy your ticket is outdoors. As soon as you go in the ticket taker is right there.We went on Christmas eve so it wasnt crowded at all. We ordered food easily & did not have to wait long. The theater was big with plenty of leg room. Comfortable seats. If you dont have the regal app & regal rewards card you should definitely get. Its free & we earn free popcorn, free movie tickets & much more. It is great!

Went here to watch IT chapter 1. The theater was nice and right at the mall. Ticket prices were decent and so were the food prices, no assigned seating, which is a plus in my book, cannot stand to be told where to sit, let me chill not going to rant here. Anyway, clean bathrooms, and floors, and friendly staff, would recommend anyone in the area to stop by and watch a movie.

Im a big movie fan and usually try to go a couple times a month. While we only have 2 choice of movie theaters in town, this is a great theater. The atmosphere is nice and its always clean. It may not be as cheap as the other option, but Id rather pay a little more for my ticket and have a better experience myself. The seating is nice and the screens and sound is good quality. The only drawback Id have is that the concession stand seems a little overworked sometimes, as the lines always move slowly and it usually appears they need more workers. Overall, a great place to see a movie.

Should always have 2 lines open, 45mins to a hour before the movie start times. Other than that theres no complaints at all.

I also was in the movie Downtown Abbey 4:15 PM September 22 showing that stopped playing 20 minutes before ending. Disgusted to say the least. I had to give one star to post a review. I felt sorry for the employees who were forced to be the fore front to ending the box office. The movies were the last place I could take my elderly mother in law for entertainment without walking or standing. No refund was offered, no credit for another viewing. Last movie at Swampfox for me.

I love going to the Swamp Fox with my friends and my family. The staff have always been very friendly to me. The chairs are comfortable and I really like the stadium seating. The staff strives to keep the areas clean. I have never had a bad experience at the swamp like we call it. I know the food is pricey but I also know that is how the theatre makes their money. So I really dont mind the cost so much. I especially like speaking with Angie every time I go there. She seems always happy to see us and she really makes us feel like our business is appreciated.

Went to see Just Mercy. Very disturbing to my spirit but the same things are still going on today. It is not easy being black but I am a strong black woman who would not have it any other way.

Very unorganized. Girl assigned to ticket sales also on her cell. Concessions slow . Went to see downtown abbey. Movie stopped 20 minutes before the end. NO ONE knew how to fix it. There one job is showing movies, and could make it work. And the movie started from beginning for the next show time.

When I walked in they scanned the ticket on my phone. She told me my theater number. I walked over to get some popcorn and the woman worker that was standing there told me I am selling tickets not concessions than why are you standing at the concession stand. I had to goto the other side to get my confessions. I got my concessions and proceeded to goto to our theater number. We were almost to our theater and a man says I have to see your tickets. If your going to ask for our tickets again you should tell us when we showed it the first time. The movie was great

Best place around to see all of the newest movies. They also have 3D movies and IMAX movies here. Large selection of times and good number of individual theater rooms, so you should be able to get in no matter how busy. Prices are not too bad. Staff has always been very helpful. Good selection of snacks available.

Great experience! My mother and I went to go see the movie US at 7 pm. It was great! Service at the concession stand was great. I purchased my tickets off of the Regal app! No waiting in line! Everything was awesome!!

Its the more pricey theater in Florence but youre getting a larger variety of movies to watch and larger theatres. The concessions are good and the theatres are always clean in my experience. There is a play area for small children.

Clean theater. I like how you just could not walk in and out of the building. You had to go past the ticket agent to get in and they checked bags. The concession lines moved fast and I dont think the prices were too outrageous. The theater was too cold for my liking but otherwise good experience.

Constantly have to deal with people talking and using cell phones during movies at this place. Brought it to managements attention multiple times, but nothing has changed.

Tickets were advised cheaper and this theater would not honor it, after I called and verified and they were very aware of it.

Its usually pretty nice and clean. Busy at times. Just the food drinks and candy are super over priced as any theater now days I guess. But a nice place.

You are our hometown theatre...my Soldier (son) came home for Christmas we decided to go and see a movie Christmas day at your theater...as we were standing in line unknown to us there was another soldier in front of us in line he asked for tickets to a later show and pulled out his military iD and received a military discount..unknown to my son...as my son and his wife approach the window to purchase thier tickets I encouraged my son to pull out his military ID due to being an active military soldier...the older lady in the window told my son he couldnt receive a military discount until after 6pm...my son was ok putting his military iD away..I think its a disgrace that you do not give military discount at any time at your theater...I could see the disappointed look on my sons face..he serves his country 24/7 you need to honor our soldiers wether its 2:00 or 6:00! Change your military discount policy!

Enjoyable movie experience!

Saw a movie here while on vacation. Seems like a nice place. Staff was friendly. Place appears clean. Had the usual selection of theatre munchies. Overall pleased with my experience.

Plenty of theaters. But on Saturday, no Icees available, no Sprite, staff not aware of the national popcorn day promotion. I wish the butter could be layered by the staff when requested.

I just saw a 10:15 movie. The lobby was filthy and covered in popped corn. I spent a lot of money on concessions for my family, yet so many people brought outside cans and chips in. No one monitors this. Maybe we all should smuggle snacks in as well. For the money I spent I felt I was gypped. Im also fairly sure a couple was close to getting on in the back row. Again, no supervision to ensure the enjoyment of all patrons. Probably shouldnt give it 2 stars, but I liked the movie, which shouldnt factor into the rating.

Ive had a very pleasant experience every time I have been here. Ive never had problems with seating or outrageous bathroom lines. I always go to the early showtimes and I believe that always brings better crowds with no problems.

Afternoon movie for my little grandchildren. All was good.

The theater is decent. Prepare to have people talk the whole movie, people to use cell phones the whole time and kids/teens walking in and out the during the movie. It has potential to be a nice place if management would enforce any since of common courtesy.

Came to watch the lion king with my family. Box office line was long but went through relatively quick. The concessions line however was way too long and it looked like the stand was extremely understaffed. Then I saw two managers just standing around talking while the line was packed. It took me 27 minutes to get up to the counter and when I had got there the boy at the register told me they had run out of their kids packs and had to wait for a manager to go get them more. I understand money but really, BOXES?!? Once a manger had finally decided to get them we got our food and went into the theater which was still a mess from the last showing. It was just a really unpleasant experience

Service buying tickets and at the concession stand was great. Sat down in time for previews and had sound but no picture. Took going to office twice by different customers to get it fixed. Screen looked like someone had thrown a large soda at it and floor was very sticky. I expect more from a Regal cinema. Theater # 13.

OMG !! Swamp Fox is my go to. I went to see Venom with my Aunt and my Cousin, then I went to see Greta with my Aunt and my Cousin again, then I went to see The Curse of La Llorna with both of my Aunts, my three cousins, and my Mom. All of them were awesome. Theres never been a time where we go to Swamp Fox and the lobby hasnt been cleaned or the bathroom dirty. The ticket master (man/woman) is always professionally friendly and the vendors are nice as well and they all (ticket master and vendors) work as fast and as effectively as they can while still being respectful and cordial. I would highly recommend the Swamp Fox theater to anyone. I definitely wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!

Went to see Little Women just now and could not get a ticket. Computer was down and they would not accept credit card only cash. Yet for concessions they would take a credit card. Hmmmm. They should have let us in since we were already there. Bad management

The stadium style seating makes for really good viewing regardless of where you sit. Its always clean and well staffed. I gave it four stars because the concessions is extremely over priced. Im not sure why some movie theaters charge so much for these items. I think I would rather pay a few dollars more to watch a movie and be able to bring my own snacks and drinks.

This visit was for a special screening of Harriet for High School and Middle School students. Staff was very accommodating.

First the ticket price is ridiculous! The concession is even worse. I can go to Coastal Grand put my feet up and be comfortable. The adult drinks at Coastal Grand is cheaper than the popcorn and soda. And the seating is hard and uncomfortable. Ill just ride to the beach here on out! Oh Hellboy was good

Watched the new spider man with my son tonight. Had a group of about 15 kids wander in pushing their weight around continuously talking, making abrupt noises, kicking and bumping seats intentionally running off several paying customers and or making them switch areas of the theater completely. To my surprise upon leaving the security guard on duty tonight stood up for all of us, when apparently no one else would, approached us all and offered refunds and free movie passes for the inconvenience. This gentlemen deserves a promotion and pay raise for standing up for his customers tonight. Job well done sir. Keep up the good work. 5 stars for this guy. 3 for the theater as they need to employ more people such as him and make a better effort ensuring non paying and or troubled customers stay out.

Just like you expect from any movie theaters these days its going to be pricey if you want a decent experience. unfortunately concessions is on the rather high-end compared to other theaters I visit. They do offer a birthday party package which I did use for my son it was nice to have that available. Still as I mentioned before it is rather pricey they do offer military and student discounts at the ticket booth besides that expect to pay.

Nice theater but they really do need more employees! They normally only have one ticket booth open on the outside! Line is long! Then on the inside they only have one cashier line open at the concession stand where theres also a long line of people waiting.

Good movie theater. I always enjoy it. John Wick III was horrible. It was all fight, kill, fight, kill kill , one sentence of dialogue and start again. Dont waste your money.

I very much enjoyed the Fathum Events showing of Chonda Pierce Unashamed. It was the first Ive seen of this type of presentation there at the theater and it was great. I was joined by several ladies from church and we were able to get seats together and enjoy the show.

Plenty of room but a little pricey

I frequent this theater often. I find the theater overall a clean and comfortable place to spend two hours for some entertaining viewing. The staff have usually been friendly except for one worker that is always rude and disrespectful every time we go in and she is working. Her name is Ashley although she spells it a little differently. She is abrasive, arrogant, dismissive and down right rude and nasty. If she is working concessions on the day we go, we will not patron the concession stand just because of her attitude and horrible treatment of the customers. You would be wise to find others that would do a better job and kind service and friendly engaging behavior.

Wasnt me once again it said I was there two months ago thats my husband mr. Maltese and his girlfriend I dont know what I want to call the right now but lets just say Flora & her kids along with his lil ALLURA

My fiance and I went to see End Game tonight and it was awesome. The theater was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

I was really disappointed to find out we had to pick our seats before going in. There were less than 10 people in the whole theater. But we had to have assigned seats. Never had to do that before. The popcorn was very disappointing also.

There was no heat in the theater; and was 30 degrees outside. Everybody kept their coats and hats on.

This place is laughable at best. Dont ever see a movie after 10pm. They advertise concession staying open until the last movie is over, however they close it down at 11pm. so much for buying a large drink and popcorn for the free refills when theyre not open to serve you. And the manager for this theater is a douchebag. I hope you dont have any complaints because she sides with her employees no matter what. They need to close this place or sell it to someone who knows how to manage a theater.

This is a good theature. Good sound, good seating...wish concession prices were lower, but I expect high prices at the movies!

Sound was good but picture quality was a bit blurred. Seats are small and too close. It was so cold in the theater I had to ask a employee to turn the heat on which they just did. We could see our breath it was that cold. Not a good experience.

Love the popcorn and reclining seats. Very clean bathroom and certain rooms were cleaner than others . The hot dogs are Nathan and very good as well. Download the Regal App and can earn more points to qualify for the popcorn or free admission much sooner.

Fresh Popped Popcorn. Serves the Original Soft drinks of Theatres., the One, the only, the First......Coca-Cola. No Generic Sodas like Pepsi sold here. Only the Refreshing, The Real Thing....Coke. COKE is IT.
